Crossplay and Shared Progression
GOALS uses one connected ecosystem across PC and supported consoles. Crossplay allows Steam, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S users to play together, while shared progression allows the same GOALS profile and progress to be accessed on more than one supported platform.
Use the same GOALS account when linking additional platform accounts. Store purchases, virtual currency, and platform-specific entitlements may still be subject to the rules of the store where they were obtained.
Download and Installation Help
The Download Does Not Start
Restart the Steam client or console, confirm that the store account owns the free game licence, and check whether the platform services are online.
Not Enough Storage
Free more space than the displayed download size. Installation and patching can temporarily require additional storage beyond the final installed size.
The Game Will Not Launch
Install all pending system and game updates. On PC, verify the game files through Steam, update graphics drivers, and confirm that Windows meets the minimum version requirement.
Unable to Connect
