Needs something new to keep it interesting. Sounds daft but I'd love to have a referee mode for one.. Also it seems they have taken it as far as they can on the pitch so maybe some off the pitch tactics for career mode like heavy/light watering of pitches to quicken/slow the game based on your opposition.. Better incentives for winning cups e.g better training facilities which quicken player stat improvements & fitness etc

EA sports you should be refunding everyone for this flog of a game. Look at all these negative comments.... Take some responsibility for this s*** and release a f***in decent fifa! You’ve ruined the fifa name. Gameplay is ass, scripting is on 100% of the time sucking off the computer, defending is absolute shambles. I could go on. Just f*** off. Never buying this s*** again. You’ve legit ruined gaming for me

This game is gonna kill someone. Its so unrealistic its very stressful. The " Constant Pressure" tactic needs to be taken away... There is no skill in selecting constant pressure tactic. Fair enough if you have the skill to close down and pressure manually. Weekend league is a joke. My last 2 records are 19 losses and 11 wins.. I thought we were suppose to be matched with simular skill level players? I ndvdr am.. Everyone seems to be better than I am! I don't understand how the Gk collects the ball, when my player is between the Gk and the ball... Its not possible.. Well.. It is on fifa. So unrealistic.. Players in real life don't skill move 100% of then time once in the penalty area.. I get so many red cards and penalties, even without touching the controller sometimes... Very frustrating.. I hate the weekend league, but feel I want to play it for the rewards. I don't know what's going on with my right stick switch... Never end up getting the player I want, even if logically it should be a certain player, but it never turns out to be that one.. I'm sorry for the rant... Don't get my wrong.. I like playing football games, but due to alot of faults, it's very frustrating.. I have broken various controllers.. I don't mind losing to better players.. But unrealistic game play, constant unlucky touches or bounces, losing the ball when I've clearly and fairly won is very unfair, unrealistic and very frustrating! Maybe I should give up Fifa and try a different football game!

Anyone noticed how the difficulty has been upped massively on SBs??

normally only concede 1-3 goals on legendary against the lower rated/chem teams. now im conceding 4-8 bronze/silver players are keeping up an tackling sterling/mane/werner etc

defenders just stand an spectate most matches an let players walk past an keeper does nothing.

possession used to be 60/40 to me now its high 60s to the AI/ bronze players doing skill moves ive not even seen neymar do.

FIFA 21...CONGATS to make one of my favorite game - most hated game.

Defening my self in my feld is worst feeling ever. My defenders are 87+ overall and they just watching as a spectators, no matter i do in the settings.*uselses*
Goalkeeper save unreal shoots from distance, but always missing a slow shoots from close distance. *usesles*

Its way more easy to play with 1 striker...and go thru all enemy player and score, then making a passes (short passes and long passes) to make an actually attack.
You just broke the game.

My defenders just follow the enemy striker behind and when they are infront at him....they RUN AWAY...DA FAK?!

This is easily the worst fifa/football game in existence. I play fifa for the career mode but it’s the same old s***. Negotiations suck. I don’t care about watching that crap. The transfer hub is so slow and s***ty. Scouting sucks and you end up having to look for players yourself. Teams get unrealistic points and goal tallies in competitions. Now for gameplay.... my word is it horrific! I’m sick of Sheffield United and Portsmouth playing like peak 2004 Barcelona with their one touch passing and movement. Every single computer controlled player shouldn’t be quicker, stronger and better than all of my players. Harry Kane shouldn’t be missing absolute sitters because the game mechanics make him take a touch from a cross even though I’m belting out the button for him to shoot first time. Passing is diabolical, unless you’re the computer. Players are so unresponsive in every facet of the game. Defending is absolutely atrocious. You may as well just make the tackle button a foul button. Half the time I don’t even press anything but my players give away penalties every game. Players never track runners either. Then up the other end, they either make constant runs way too early and they’re offside or they just stare at the player with the ball and do nothing. Goalkeepers may as well not exist, except computer goalkeeeprs because they are man of the match every game. Set pieces are absolute crap too. They’re basically just a goal scoring opportunity for the computer because counter attacks are stupidly overpowered. Tactics are by far the worst thing in the game, and have been for years. If I instruct my team to press, they should bloody well press. If I want them to keep possession, they should be able to keep possession for more then 30% of the game. I can’t understate how s*** this game is. EA sports needs a complete overhaul or give the game to someone who gives a s***. I either win a game 9-0 with 20% possession, or lose 5-0 with 30 shots on target and the computer only having 5 shots. Strip the game back to basics and start again. No one cares about agile dribbling and bulls*** shooting and Volta. Just give people an enjoyable football game or leave the sport alone and go make some other crap. I actually despise EA sports for what they’ve turned this game into

the latest patch （mid March update）turns all goalkeeper to a piece of ,,,,, paper

Not only they don’t dive for the ball
But they just wave their hands when the ball goes right pass them

It’s been so many times that when we shot the ball right in the middle, the goalkeeper just kneel there and let the ball in

I am going up and down at D1/2 level
The games I played were usually around 4goals per games, rarely seen score over 7goals ( I mean goals combined from both sides)

But since the latest update, it’s now around 8goals per games, totally insane

I just finished a game with the final score 11:7
And I had 12 shots and my opponent had 7shots

Has it happened to anyone else where you play an online game, and then halfway in, a message pops up saying "you have lost connection to your opponent".. and then after that another message pops up saying "the outcome of this match is under review"... but you still stay connected and your connection is 100%.. but then you never recieve the win or points or anything?

I am very very disappointed with this FIFA 21. I purchased this game only for TWO players I love.
And this players are liked much but FIFA 21, they discriminate my favorite player ELDOR SHOMURODOV, He has chinese face in FIFA 21, but he is not and his real appearance is far from chinese. FIFA 21 they destroyed his face, creating for him chinese face. So angry so disappointed I am. And ODIL AKHMEDOV also same issue, but he got scaring random face.
I used live chat to connect with FIFA 21 support, they just said they will forward my enquire to relevant department, and it's been awhile. they do not give any update on this.
I still hope after this complain they will change their faces. It is just disgusting to play with those players.
Now i just regret purchasing fifa 21.
Please, change their faces real ones like you guys did for other players and do not discriminate appearances.

imagine opening a div 1 rank 1 + Gold 2 in fut champions and not having any walkouts and the highest player ingot in the fraud rewards is a 85 rating player . We get that There are glitches in the game but why the rewards are that bad? Fifa showed us that fifa 21 sucks just like who created it...

This game with the whole company is a fraud. Starting from scripting the players and the gameplay, through the driven unfair and unbalanced pack givaway. The gameplay doesnt even worth a penny, runs, easy passes and ball control fails, 96 messi is even worse than the 93 (even my friends hadnt believed it until they tried it), the player switching is a disaster. One day I loose 7 games, the other they I win 10. How? When I start the WL with 13/15 i couldnt even get Gold2, but from 14/22 i could reach Gold 1. How? I hope, if there is any god, you have to pay back every single Penny that you got from fifa points.

This game is total waste of money! Very bad gameplay and sometimes even illogical in game play the point that it will piss you off and make you regret spending that money on it! Seriously needs a lot of improvement in all aspects! Ultimate team is the worst game mode ever! The idea is great but the execution is could not be worse! Very complicated! Sometimes I wonder if the engineers ever went into ultimate team menus before launch. A menu cannot be this complicated! I want to play it but I hate to see that menu! Player career mode is a bit better than before but still missing a lot! Like for example as a player you cannot talk to your manager or request anything or even decide to rest an easy match! Overall I give this game 3/10 and would never consider buying it again unless ea sports does some serious improvements to make it more comfortable for players and adjust the gameplay!

I urge everyone to stop playing fut mode if you’re having issues with the latency and crap servers and slow play.
This mode is ridiculous fifa! The game is always slow no matter what you do and it’s nothing to do with my internet connection etc etc. Shame on you fifa for making such a s*** fut mode. Asking kids to put money on it and then making such an unfair game mode where it is not up to the player to control it and be skilful.
I have a team with 84 rating and always play against 88 or 90 rating teams??? What the hell? The game is so slow that my players look drunk compared with my opponent which always are on the fly! Tell me how is that possible?? Tell me how do I have Aubameyang or Werner, 94 pace and 92 and they are so slow and wobbly that you can’t do anything or have a normal run! Tell me how?? You choose a tactic before the game and during the game is you switch to attacking the game changes your tactics to 4x4x2, what the f***??? The midfield and defence players are static!! Tell me how??? The prizes are ridiculous....always the same s*** cards, week after week, repeated and low rating players, what the hell??? Are you expecting me to buy fifa points and put money on this s*** mode?? No way! How can you play a mode that only seems to work for some people. All the other online modes work fine but not fut mode, uau! Well done! I play on Xbox and this is the last time I will buy this crap fifa EA money makers. Your game is scripted and awful! Shame on you!

The game needs more improvements for Ultimate team like the goalkeepers the way they dive and parry the ball is shocking the defending needs improvement the Referees need a lot of improving and AWB, Rudiger Kai haverts and Lucus mora need updated cards and chelsea keeper mendy needs an updated card

When you play a career with an Argentinian team, the local tournamente is incredibly short, so you finish playing local 3 months before the next transfers market opens. The problem with this is that the game assumes the season is over, so it doesnt let you train your players anymore, so you have significantly less time to grow your players via good sharpness and training.
In addition, if you qualify for a Continental Tournament like Copa Sudamericana, it will start 2 months after you finished your local tournament, so players arrive to continental matches with extremeley low sharpness due to not being trained in 2 months.

It is really shocking to me that till this day EA hasn't given us an actual change that is needed, so many wrong things I don't even know where to start... This whole skill gap thing is absolutely ridiculous!!!, why the hell is FIfa turning into PES now? This game is all about spamming Skill moves and making runs... There's not even room for slower in game players.. Like I cant build my own style and also play my own style?? This game is all about copy pasting Meta tactics and players, fifa 21 is basically a game made for fast paced players only... There's no creativity whatsoever, it's like my midfield is useless in defense! Also this new defense mechanism is a big WTF?!... Players don't even switch properly.. This caused me to receive Alot of goals!!! As if there isn't any AI for the defense...., lastly this game has very unfair moments like when a player just has alot of curve and im blocking every angle real good but hey!! All he has to do is sprint a lil and shoot a curved ball and there's nothing for me to do to stop that!! Is this game all about high quality players only now? Please fix this game.. The only reason I buy fifa and not PES is because fifa USED TO allow me to play my style and be creative around what I have.

The amount of times advantage bites me in the butt is ridiculous. If my player challenges a keeper and hits him it’s advantage, sure. But for the advantage ‘timer’ to run out and a foul be called while the keeper is still in possession of the ball is awful. If a go into a hard tackle outside my defensive box and advantage is called and the attacker still manages to get a shot off, why is a foul called. That would never happen in real life. I don’t get how it’s so difficult to mess up. It’s like the advantage timer isn’t so that advantage runs out and no foul is called, it’s like the timer is there to countdown when a foul is being called. Why does the timer exist if the foul will be called regardless. Fix this, please, it’s making the game so much worse than it already is.

one of the worst games i have played, passing doesn't work its like I'm playing kids football vs adults players don't mark each other anything like that, they walk about the pitch like headless chickens and shooting is also shocking to init

Fifa 21 is by far the worst game I played. It doesn't make sense that the players are slower than reality. For some reason in Ultimate team my defence is all over the place and my players are dead slow to react to anything. And how would the slowest defenders from the opposition with less than 65 pace still run faster than my strikers at 91 an 96? Also my stickers can barely pass the opposite defence as they are not moving past the defence line. They easily loose the ball, fall for the slightest touch and take ages to get back up. My players don't chase the ball, tackle too late and seem to avoid the opposition.
Was this game made in a rush? I certainly won't buy the next ones and switch to PES.

While playing online, the game lags so bad if the opponent has a poor internet quality, it shouldn’t continue instead just call it off,
Overall poor defensive strategy, just giving a shoulder push results in a penalty
Waste of money.......definitely will not buy fifa 22 anymore until and unless they really work and improvise the gameplay

I don’t get it. In FIFA 20 the players became tired after the first 45 min. They were down at energy like they had played 2x 120 min in one 45 min. Since FIFA 21 came out, it’s the first time it happened, and now it’s to match in a row I happened.... Come on FIFA, do you read our feedback at all? You are making some Update when nobody now it, and now you have killed the game.. And how do I know that you have made an update .. ? Bc in my career, I have Jayden Braaf, their wasn’t a picture of him, but now there is a picture. I didn’t notice until today, the face has been added like 2-3 days ago. You have my word, if you don’t fix the problems of the game, I can’t loose more money to you, bc you don’t deserve my money at all.

Not the same fifa I used to play for the last 6 months, even worst now, it super fast, was super slow before and now suddenly is super fast in weekend leagues, it is just not good for you when you used to slow passing and game and suddenly bam super fast. It just helps to better squads. Same kick different time, but different shots, it is very slow or super fast whatever computer decides. This fifa is a joke.

Ok, so far I play fifa since October, it is the worst game ever. First it was very slow, a lot of bugs and kicking your out of the game very often. I wanted to enjoying playing weekend league, but not in fifa 21, now it super fast and and you always lose the game I usually win 6 out of 30 which is ridiculous, because despite the fact you quit it still puts you against strong players with 11 strong cards, stupid computer and stupid game. If you do not put money you will lose and get stupid award of 78 player card or similar, not even from premier league player. I have good a squad, stoichkov and rooney and grealish, keita raphina deulofeu, ashley cole and coeman van dyke and bellerin plus allison for goalkeeper. Well defenders and goalkeeper are useless, computer does not help you at all, it just someone who is there just for a number, useless nothing in common with previous fifa. Was extremely slow, now suddenly it is super fast, just EA are the worst, MONEY MONEY MONEY, that it is for them,nothing else. I wanted to enjoy but you can't with all those stupid cards so I have to sell this fifa and forget about it forever. Just can't have a fun, you will always lose it does not matter what you gonna do, you can't buy ronaldo or pele or any good player without putting money in the game and those players are only for youtoubers, not for you. I was doing all challenges and objective and still can't get anything from this game, always lose. Whatever you do if you do not put money for players you won't get anything, just some stupid games. Computer does not help you at all, striker is fast but defenders are watching at him no reaction, the ball will pass by defenders but still no reaction, they will stand like a ficus in the house. Goalkeepers are useless, I do not know why do I have a goalkeeper if they just stand and look at the player how do they score, no reaction yat all. Always got goals from a corner, stupid stupid stupid game. Forget about it, just play something else. EA is worst, do not forget it.

Hello fifa. I just completed a fifa 21 cup match which I won and the match ended normally. However my team never progressed to the next stage? On my seasons menu it says I'm in the quarter finals..however when I go to the table it says im in the round of 16.

This game is so s*** ,Ea don’t consider in their players.
I think this game don’t have to be pay to win you cheat by helping better squads and you just need to fix your gameplay and not to bring unfamiliar players cards that will play like they are the best.
Like Tavernier, Klaiber, Bebou, Malen, Reinier, Tonali, Areola and more.
Even though I play well and try to enjoy the game you never help.
In your gameplay the players play as if they are being paid and selling the game.
I would love it if you could improve your game.

Very unfair and frustrating when playing weekend league FUT champs.. I always get put with people who are better than me, therefore not winning many games. I won 6 out of 30 last week and this week, I'm looking like I will get a worse record.. I don't know how the better players end up being matched with me, I can only assume they lose lots of games before the weekend, to make sure they in a lower group, therefore able to win more games. If I go back to " Division rivals" to play, then I'm back at being matched with simular skill levels. I want to play FUT champs to get better rewards, but it seriously frustrates me! It's not close loses, I'm talking, 6-0.. 10-0.. Makes me want to stop playing fifa 21!

It seems to be some kind a update which is done secretely. This morning my defenders was able to stop tricky moves and even sometime my defender outrane the strikerwhich was consider as a miracle from my side. Also looks like more goals are possible outside the penalty area. We will see, i didnt get better for 24 hours to have skills to stop tricky moves, probably the game do it for me.

FIFA 21 is a complete pile of crap. There is literally nothing good about this poor excuse for a game. EA don’t care about their customers, or delivering a quality product, their only goal is lining their pockets.

The ‘ultimate’ mode is a complete joke. It supposedly replicates the best players in the world...hahaha. It’s just 90 mins of the AI running around using the trick stick. Absolutely pathetic gameplay. What is realistic about a player doing step-overs in circles all the way up the pitch? Nothing, that’s what.

This game gets less and less realistic every year, and it’s beyond the joke now. The ‘best players’ that this new style is modelled on aren’t good, and don’t know anything about football. It’s just sweaty gameplay and totally sucks ass.

My wish for FIFA 22? Don’t make it. Your product isn’t worth £7.99, never mind £79.99 you thieving c***s!

So when you play squad battles last 10 min you can't get any points, there is no progress but they can take 1 game out of players contract and they count Red cards....wooow

I find it so annoying that your goal keeper cannot release the ball during a goal kick but the opponent can have a player run forward and mark your defender for a possible pass to him before the keeper kicks. Its almost like an intentional freeze on your keeper

The balls collection is not updated. The yellow and the new Nike Flight balls are still not available. Also, please bring back Martin Tyler and Alan Smith, that Derek Rae and Lee Dixon commentary is so so boring.

I have been playing fifa since 2010 and this one I hate it, has so many bugs and thing that got me furious. The player change is bad, the deep pass is just terrible, please correct this mistake, this game is not good

You have to do something about rivals self-relegation. It has made that mode unplayable

I hate that bug. I move with my player -in player mode- with ball without sprinting and stamina is going so low as if he ran 10Km

Its absolute rubbish this game Fifa 21. Its so unrealistic sometimes actually most of the time is just ridiculous. Defenders freeze about 3 or 4 meters away from the striker, even Messi in a real life probably wouldnt be able to do it. To get the ball from the striker its so hard and especially if he start to make trick moves its impossible and if you touched during the trick moves in a penalty box is a penalty. None existing defending, every through ball is a 90 % chance for goal its unstoppable. And my lovely one when you hit the bar all door is shaking just like there is a hurricane on the pitch. Start from the center and one player goes through whole team just like they are 5 year old kids and boom goal. Is it possible in Fifa 22 the goals to be normally scored with the goalkeeper, just start some "considered very hard" tricky moves and there you go he manage to go through the whole team. Guys from EA you will understand the result of this crappy game, that was my last money spend for you. Try to hire people who understand this game (not computers guys only) and to take a look at the final product and to tell you this is ridiculous this is good this can be done in real football and etc.

Sorry for spaming – guys from EA take a look at the statistics every player how much time spend playing, how many quitted games have (as a percentage of all games) and you will see in numbers the joy which brings this game. In Fifa 19 i played with hours 3-4 or more. And barely quit the game, in this crap 21 after 30-40 min of playing and the game is out of the PS just dont have such a strong nerves to play more.

Ok, here is my rant about Fifa 21.
I've always been a fan of Fifa and EA could count on my money when it came to buying the next release. Every new version had their own specificities, like overpowered headers or overpowered la croqueta.
I think Fifa 21 is the last one and I'll go back to playing Fifa 20. Why?
EA used to have an intention to make their games realistic. Not to the full extent of course, they needed to remain enjoyable and spectacular as well. "It's in the game". I get it. But what happened in Fifa 21 is ridiculous.
Players act like figure skaters, especially defenders.
Every game has to have many goals, defending hardly exists. In the past if you had decent dribbling skills you could go well with a few skill moves each game. Don't get me wrong I don't mind learning new skill moves, I've done that with every new game. But the game so far have looked fairly realistic. That's over. The game turned into, how somebody put it, a goal scoring bonanza. All that matters is that. Pure arcade. Pathetic.
I'd really welcome if EA just used one of the older game engines and people could choose from a more realistic yet spectacular one and a pure arcade mode. Whatever suits you best. Then EA could sustain those engines and generate their revenues through yearly team updates, skins and what have you. Not to mention FUT...
I'd gladly pay for an update where the teams have the most recent players in their forms etc whilst keeping an old and proven game engine that provides the best experience for me. Hate the EA decides for me what I want.
