i think in player carreer should start from the youth system let player feep the life maybe go to a bar show him in his house driving his car and also in the dressing room

1. Add more Leagues and National Teams. (More Asian and African National-Teams and Leagues).
2. Add youth-leagues/U-21-leagues in Career-Mode.
3. Diving should be a part of the game.
4. Goal-Line Technology (I've been robbed for goals many times).
5. Have at least 2 divisions for each league (This way relegation and promotion will be a part of each league).
6. Manager-Mode: Remove the option to browse jobs, and add the option to choose from jobs at the end of each season. (Also add Reputation. The more REP, the greater job offers).

CAREER MODE :

Signing contracts with companys in order to rise your budget
Training sessions

QUICK PLAY:

Classics teams like Real Madrid with Beckham Ronaldo, Barcelona 93', the best Brazil, the best Argentina, Peru, Nederlands, Manchester United etc

hey ladies/gentlemen, my biggest advice would be to PLEASE RETURN THE MAX ZOOM OPTION so those of us who enjoy/prefer that option of a very close- in view of the game/field. in fifa 15 the makers have made it so one can only zoom in so far and it really sucks. in fifa 13, one could zoom in super close which is the way i like it b/ it allows one to see footwork, moves, etc. and i think that is important when playing a game like soccer/futbal. next bit of advice is in manager mode/season allow capability to set weekly training schedule, rest,vacations,how long and type of practice, create random "real-world" problems such as wrecked new car, bar fights and late nights, star players caught smoking, more detailed /involved pregame video of fans/mascots, use/employ real-life managers, include a "loyalty bar" for each player which will come into play for contracts, renewing. show more post game interviews/video of fans,players exchanging jerseys,stadium.

Gameplay:
Player personalities. E.g Diego Costa is quite aggressive. When he is tackled he might brush past the defender angrily or push them aside. This behaviour can be eligible for yellow cards/free kicks. Neymar dives a lot. It will appear like he is fouled occasionally so the ref will stop play but at the last second realises the player was diving and may get a yellow card.
Add leagues: Brazilian league, Greek league and lower leagues (e.g bundesliga 3)

In Player Career your manager can be sacked. A new manager will arrive shortly afterwards.

The press will commonly ask for your perspective on things. For example, a fellow team mate of yours is sold to a different club and you have the choice to compliment or insult the player due to the decision. Same with a sacked manager or an important event during last match.

1) On player career, when simming a match you can occasinally be subbed on by your manager
2) Extra legends: Ronaldo (Brazillian), Nesta, Cantona, Shilton, Muller and Maradonna

EA should do like 2k and have the career mode more realistsic, so you can choose voice, age, they can talk to eachother and stuff like that

Stadium upgrade - not alot to chage but i think u should be able to expand the stand such as the KOP end

Get sponsorship by the champions League and the Europa League it will feel alot better

i think the cpu should do more kicks from long distance and goals that the player leaves dribbling everyone

i hope there should be indian super league in fifa 16 with the latest squad. Another thing i would suggest that when a player scores a goal, his celebration should be more specific and real. the motion of players can be more specific e.g. ronaldo run..... player should have mentility like real world......

It is very important the return of the League of Brazil, with faithful updates.
Integration of the UEFA Champions League, Europa League, Copa Libertadores of America and the Club World Cup.
Regarding the gameplay, it is important to look at the competition and observe that the competitor, players are graphically more real, the personal ID works great and the movements are more human and not like robots and dolls as currently in FIFA.

I think what is needed is MORE BETTER commentary! Not just Martin and Alan. Include Daniel Mann, Bill Leslie, Peter Drury, Rob Hawthorne, Ian Darke, Ian Crocker. Even include some people from Bein Sport maybe like Ross Dyer and Ray Hudson. Just squeeze in better commentary. The game would be PERFECT!!!!!!! and even include a more realistic feeling too.

I think that the whole career mode needs massive improvement. The money business in career is terrible, your set with a certain transfer budget and wage, yes thats ok but say I sell a player for say 50mil come the start of next season that moneys gone and you cant buy players with it. I think job offers shouldn't only come from international teams, I think that if im managing a team like bolton for a season or 2 and doing really well then I should be getting job offers from better teams who have sacked their manager. You need more interaction with the players/staff throughout the season because once the transfer market has closed you play around 40 games and it's the same thing week in week out which is why people quit and start a new one. I also think they need to bring in a manager/owner mode where you decide where all the money goes for e.g. if we sold messi for 150mil you decide what goes into transfers, stadium upgrades, training facilities upgrade or staff upgrade.

Fifa 16 should have a better carrer mode with more statistics. For example, you should be able to see what season you won the league and who was the top scorer and also what team won the russian league two seasons ago and who was the top scorer there.

Also the swedish second league "Superettan" would be great!

PLEASEEE include an Australian stadium, like ANZ Stadium or Suncorp Stadium

Get rid of almost all of the unnecessary and totally unrealistic skill moves and shots. All of the goals of the week are dominated by goals that never ever happen in real life. FIFA needs to make the game a simulation not an arcade farce of pretty flicks and tricks. I moved over from Pro Evo, don't make me go back!

Leave the stupid ultra fast pace to ultimate team nerds and sort out online seasons.
Bring back the option before the game of choosing a team and a kit, only have the designated star teams to choose from its not hard, 4 and a half star you play LIVERPOOL FC YELLOW KIT EVERY SINGLE TIME HOW BORING.
Remove the over the top through ball because i have never once in my life seen a real life player perform one.
Coin toss What end your shooting at first, online leagues with friends, last ditch sliding tackles where you clearly take the ball and get sent off.

- First of all, i agree with Robert, let us play as referee, THAT would be awesome, and i have thought about it for a long time.

- Let us choose players reaction when the referee makes a decision,like players do in real life!

- And in FUT: let us decide how anything with the team looks like, everything from the stadium,team logo, clothes, etc. Not just choose it from a card in the packages. let us be the designers, then it will feel like it is our team.

- And about the stadium: Let us build it, in some kind of creation mode in FUT, and we can upgrade the stadium as we earn more coins, add more seats as the team progress, VIP areas etc etc.

- And for god sake, let us at least make at least 1 player our self in FUT.

More signature scoring moves e.g if sterling scores he puts his hand over his face and when win the league fa cup etc have players champagning each other etc, more commentary rather than repeating it every so many games... A referee mode,bad reactions for e g if tackled inappropriately ballotelli could headbut Suarez could bite... In career mode apply for a job you would like rather than the clubs without managers.. My player:

-When you sign to a club you have a contract for example: 2 years also saying
your squad role sort of like Manager career.
