MANAGER CAREER means MANAGING and ADVANCING your own team. Career differ from a single match, it has duration, you manage for a period.
Regarding to EVOLVING, the players should be able to evolve if you are a good manager, or perish if not. Showing if they are in form or not is a good idea, but with period, their ratings should increase or decrease. Especially the young players, who aren't on the peak of their capabilities,with time passing, they should get better and better. For example, IF you are a good manager, after 2 or 3 months you could see your players' ratings rise a little bit or a lot. On the time table on Career menu it would be nice to edit practice sessions and define which days you'd like to train and who are the players you'd like to participate and that would affect their ratings and form.
Regarding to MANAGING.
It's nice that you can choose your formation and modify it,adjust your custom settings (custom tactics) that include speed, aggression, chance creation etc and create set pieces, but if you cannot create tactics of your team for the gameplay then none of those abilities are meaningfull. It would be nice to define how you'd like each player to act on the field during gameplay. For instance, you choose a 4-2-3-1 formation, when you have ball possesion and the time you create a chance, you'd may like your RAM player to run a specific path you've created (just like set pieces) in order to startle opponents and probe for gaps. Also, you'd like this path to be run just the time you create the chance. Maybe, you'd like to create paths for more players and define if you'd like them to run their paths at the same time, or a player should run his path after an other one completes it. And these tactics could be enabled using spesicic buttons (example, the arrows for custom tactics) and thus we could choose the time we'd like our players to move on the field as we defined and save these tactics just like created set pices. This could superbly work if you are a TACTICIAN Manager and you love to probe for gaps.

2. Bij speltype straat tot stadion zou het leuk zijn als je bij een profclub een echt contract kan tekenen: Hoeveel seizoenen je bij die profclub gaat spelen, je salaris per seizoen bij die profclub, met dat salaris kun je bijvoorbeeld een nieuwe auto of huis kopen.
3. Het zal ook leuk zijn als je bij speltype manager een gesprek kan maken met bijvoorbeeld de voorzitter of een bepaalde speler, en dan ook met een paar mensen tegelijk.
Met deze mensen kan je dan een gesprek houden:
1. De voorzitter van je eigen club.
2. Een speler van je eigen club.
3. De zaakwaarnemer van een speler uit je eigen club.
4. De assistent coach van je eigen club.
5. De scout van je eigen club.
6. De dokter(s) van je eigen club.
7. De financieel adviseur van je eigen club.
8. De materiaalman van je eigen club.
9. Als je een speler(s) wil huren of kopen: De coach van een andere club.
De voorzitter van een andere club.

5. Dat als een speler zwaar gebleseerd is dat hij dan met een brancard uit het veld gaat.
Als een speler licht gebleseerd is dan loopt hij mank het veld uit.
6. Als er een wissel is dat je dan ook ziet dat de vierde official het bord omhoog doet en dat de speler die eruit gaat en de speler die erin gaat elkaar langs de zijlijn een
high five geven en dat de coach de speler(s) die eruit is gegaan een vestje geeft.
En het zou ook leuk zijn als je soms even de warming up van een speler(s) langs
de zijlijn kan zien. Jij kan het spel dan even op pauze zetten en bepalen wie er
van jou team de warming up gaat doen.En dat de speler die eruit gaat en de speler die erin gaat elkaar langs de zijlijn een high five geven en dat de coach de speler(s) die eruit is gegaan een vestje geeft.
7. Meer sets van commentatoren. En dat je dan voor de wedstrijd, als je de spelers het veld op ziet lopen dat je dan ook ziet welke commentator er deze wedstrijd is en ook welke scheidsrechter, Assistent-scheidsrechters en 4de Official.

Add a Fifa 13 online co op career mode for two players against the AI.
This is really missing in the game. I play career mode with a friend at home but when we don't have time for this we really want to start a career mode against the AI online but it is not possible.
Career mode offline adds/ overall adds:
I've been a huge fan of PES because there career mode options are amazing. You can decide so many things about your team and players.
I think the career mode in Fifa could be more interesting when you add the next things:
1. you can train new skills and new positions for players if you pay enough gold.
2. you can choose the positions (in the formation) manually of your own players on the pitch. In this case you can create your own formations very easily.
3. You can decide as a manager what kind of training your players will get individual or as a team (personal training or team training). So if i want to i can tell a central back will focus on his speed at the training ground because i like fast defenders, for example. Or a striker will focus on strength and heading because i want to create a power header player. PES is doing this very well, i think you might learn from it.
4. The transfers could be more realistic, when i try to buy a good player i have to pay a lot of gold. If i had the same player then the AI doesn't want to pay a lot of money for it. In the real world you can see that clubs pay ridiculous prices for players. I rarely see this in the game itself. In the real world they would pay 25 million for some players while in the game they only want to pay 7 million.
5. Lets get more in touch with the story of be a pro. In pes they show a short movie that you arrive with your manager at the conference room with the media hanging on there lips because they want to see the new player. With these kind of things it really feels like it matters that you come to the club, instead of a boring text in the newspaper.
6. Add that you can create your own team kit.
7. Add that you can play indoor soccer just like Fifa 98. For me it was a great game because of that extra option.
8. Maybe it is nice that the captain on a team can communicate with his players, like motivate them when you think it might be crucial (last 5 min for example). A good captain has more chance that it has affect on his team. You could add a extra option at every player that they listen good or not good. So when a captain would shout something to a player like Balotelli it might be less affective. In matter of fact it could have the affect on a player that he's going to be lazy (for example). So it is like a emotion edit just like on the real pitch.
9. It could be nice when you add that when a player like Messi is playing other players will work harder / play a little bit better because the aura of Messi is there. When Messi isn't playing this aura could be reduced because there biggest player is on the bench or injured. Another option might be to add that older experienced players might "teach" things to younger players when they are at your club. Players will have a little bit more vision for example as a result of the experienced player. Old players might be more interesting when you add a future like this, just like in the real world.
10. Add that when you buy or have a moody player, that he might affect the mood of your other team players. Players who doesn't have a moody character won't get affected or not that much. Players who have a moody character as well might get affected faster in a negative way. The motivation of the players will decrease.
11. Add on the offline career mode that when you have good doctors, your players get less injury's. Add that you can buy physical trainers etc its quite fun in PES.
12. I really miss the opportunity to have influence on the youth squad. You should have an option to select a trainer for them or train that team yourself as well beside the first squad. You should make decisions at what kind of formation they should focus and what kind of skills like strength speed tricks. In this way i would really have the feeling like i have a youth squad that's being prepared for the first team with choices that i made myself or a trainer that i buy to train them. When i buy a trainer for the youth team i can decide if i want to make decisions myself or leave it to the trainer. I think PES has all these options.
13. More emotions on the pitch.
14. It is really annoying that i can't skip the short movie when players from the bench comes into the field. I have to wait very long before this is over and i can't skip it.
15. Become a referee mode ;).
Make your own team in the game like nba 2k 12 and pick your own team mates for the team also you can put your created player in that team if you want to
Put more hair styles for the created players like neymar's Mohawk a typer ext.
Make your own arena
Have after games interviews and you can type in what you want the player to say and he says it
Put more international teams and the fifa World Cup mode
Make your own team jerseys 4 your created teams
Put the classic teams in and the classic international teams
Make your own boot like paint and brand

1. The AI have got to be better... the decisions that they make, the marking up and the contact they make to the ball they are like bronze players in comparison with the ratings on Ultimate Team, at least make the AI a 75 rated, then they have alright stats, and maybe one person in each position (1 Defender, 1 Midfielder, 1 Striker) to have a better ratings than the others... maybe an 80 rated? or maybe a special attribute or trait such as: Power header or Long Throw in?
2. In the Edit pro section, i think as well as the things they have got in FIFA 13, (Information, Appearance etc) they should have a section purely on attacking and defensive work rates for your pro, such as on Ultimate Team, you can set them to either: V.High, High, Medium, Low, V.Low etc, but if you are an attacker and you have Very High attacking work rate, then you can't have anything higher then Medium defensive work rate, the same applies for defensive work rates, when you have Very High defensive work rate, you can't have anything higher then a Medium attacking work rate. If you only want a High attacking work rate, then you can only have Medium defensive work rate or under, and the other way round. If you only want a High defensive work rate, then you can only have Medium attacking work rate or under. All of this will apply when you are holding down the auto position button (LB on Xbox 360 or L1 on PS3) and then you are in position the same as a person would if you have a high attacking work rate, you would be up the pitch further then some, and if you have a high defensive work rate, then you would be further back in defence more than some.
3. In addition to the last question, all AI players in Defence should automatically have high defensive work rates and one or two in med or high attacking work rate too. In Midfield most AI players should have both attacking and defensive work rates on medium, the odd one or two again may have a higher attack or defence rate than the other. In Striker, The AI should have high attacking work rate a low defensive work rate, maybe one or two again a bit differently with a higher attacking or defensive work rate then the other.
4. If you add the Commentary Name section in FIFA 14, then with the other commentary names you have, maybe if you can, add all of the known players in there such as (Messi or Ronaldo etc) maybe the top 250 known players can have there name put inn the commentary name section so you can make your pro have the commentary name of a professional player and maybe replicate them, such as if your pro is a goalkeeper, then you can unlock extra choice with the names such as (Casillas, Buffon, Neuer etc), the same with defenders, you can unlock extra choice with the names such as (Thiago Silva, Sergio Ramos, Vincent Kompany etc), the same applies with midfielders, you can unlock extra choice with the names such as (Xabi Alonso, Iniesta, Reus etc), the same principle with strikers, you can unlock extra choice with the names such as (Falcao, Messi, Van Persie).
5. Some people like to make their pro ugly right? so why not add some more features such as: Acne, moles, scars, maybe if u wanted, a bandage over a few fingers etc? This is a mates suggestion.
6. Just a Suggestion... but i think at the beginning of when you play pro clubs, when you first create your pro that you can do a trail in a practice arena, you can practice shooting and passing to complete accomplishments on their separately to accomplishments you can get within a match and then you have better skills on your pro that you can apply on your pro.
7. Add more celebrations to the game as a whole, replicate the ones in real life that are not already in the game.
I hope you can consider one, some or all of these ideas and i would be privileged to see my idea on a professional game.

1. The old format of PS2, with the sponsors, board messages, internal memo and their stories, including also the respective chemistries with the fans, press and board, added to the current implements of FIFA 13 career mode like the found solicitation, press conferences, players stories, etc.
2. The uniforms edition option for face next season and more realistic pre-seasons, where you choose the place or country to do it.
3. An existing rescission clause for players and coaches, for example when Dortmund didn't want to sell Gotze, but Bayern Munich paid that rescission. Your lost an important player, but your team would win big money.

5. Chose your own coaching staff, for example hire an assistant coach level five, a kinesiologist level four, etc.
6. The existence of merchandising area or souvenirs, where you can order kits, flags, scarves, etc. during each season, that would provide incomes.
- Stadiums & others:
1. More collection stadiums of the World Cup for example in the game store.
2. The return of Camp Nou, Estádio da Luz, Estádio do Dragao and José Alvalade, and the inclusion of the Turk Telcom Arena, Olympic Spiros Louis, and Donbass Arena.
3. The public doesn't appear distant of the field like in Bernabéu or the Emirates Stadium.
4. A new graphic engine, hopefully like FOX engine of PES 2014.
1) if your playing a 'drop in match', if the opponent quits, everything you've done in that game SHOULD STILL go towards your players achievements. If anything give a bonus because you was obviously more than likely to good for your opponent.
2) I always complete achievement and a couple games later I may do the same thing and get the exact same one pop up again! I don't now how many times ivegot the achievement for playing in the snow...
3) if I'm 93 sprint speed, a defender is NOT going to keep up with me whilst jockeying. Sort that out.
4) the computer team mates should get better or worse the more you play with them, the league your in and the results your team is getting.
5) at half time, let us know what we're done in the first half acting towards achievements so we have a clearer idea what to work towards and also again at the end of the match not just tell us 7/10 goals e.g 1+ 7/10 goals.

1. Custom Strips - You should be able to change things on your strips as you progress through the seasons. It is boring playing with the same few strip choices for like 5-6 seasons.
2. Custom Stadiums - If you start in a low league and work your way up you should be able to see a physical change in your stadium. For example, when you are playing bad and losing a lot there should be a lot less people in your stadium. The more games you win/titles etc should impact how many people turn up to watch you play. You should also be able to build your stadium to fit more people in!
3. Reserve Squad - A squad like Barca B that you can use to train all your young prospects up.
4. Aging - As a player gets older, they should start looking/playing older. Not just putting their stamina down to like 25, but adapting their game style to suit their age.
5. Player Customization - You should be able to change hair styles on a player, player positioning, such as, changing someone from a LM to a RM or a CM to CDM, etc etc. If a player is with you for a long time they should also have some sort of loyalty bonus when you play them. Like a boost in moral or leadership skills.
Example clasicos, derbies, champions league match ups,
Europa league match ups, etc.
It would be neat to see it in like Barca and Madrid ones this year
And new celebration on the iOS version.
In squads menu, there should be a button u can push if u want the exactly similar or alternative player on a specific position. My idea of that is, if some plays with a team he doesn't now, there is just function he has to use to see a better or worse player but for the same position.
In manager mode they should allow other teams managers to be sacked and replaced eg mourinho sacked,benitez takes chelsea job
And also they should allow turtle necks for created players
In manager mode they should be able to retire and unretire like scholes.

And also world player of the year,player of the year of different leagues top scorer of different leagus and player of the decade
