There are many things I think could be improved for FIFA 14. I have really enjoyed the overall gameplay the past few years and don't have many suggestions on that front. One thing I would like to see improve is the ease to perform skill maneuvers. Sometimes, it feels a bit hard to pull off a trick in the game at times. The major improvements I want to see in FIFA 14 deal with career mode. I think the transfer market needs a complete revamp. First, I would like to see the ability to list an asking price for a player. You should be able to change the "value" of a player so that teams will be more willing to bid. This could work both with players you want to get rid of, as well ones you don't want to. Listing an asking pice either high or low will either decrease or increase the chances of bids, something I really would like to see. Second, I think the loan system needs to be changed. Loaned players are usually not allowed to play against their parent clubs. That has not been the case thus far in the FIFA series. Also concerning loan players, one should be able to loan out a player outside the transfer window, which is the case in many countries in Europe. I would also like to see an ability to subsidize the wages of a loaned player to increase the chances of a player being picked up by a club on loan. In the careers I have had on FIFA, I have players whom are making wages too high for many clubs in Europe but he isn't playing regularly. I often "loan list" these players yet because their wages are too expensive for a club in the championship, first or second division, they continue to sit on my bench. If I really want a player to get experience I should be able to cover a percentage of his wages so that he will be able to get playing time at a smaller club. Third, I would really like to see an ability to solicit players to other clubs either for loan or for a permanent transfer. Fourth, I would like to see a reserve league as well as youth league and competitions, this would help the players who are on the bottom of the roster to gain valuable experience and playing time. Fifth, I think changes need to be made to the way players improve. Often I see little progress for highly rated youngsters for years at a time. Sixth, scouting could be improved. Instead of just using scouts for the youth team, couldn't scouts also look at potential transfer targets? I would like to see that. Seventh, I would also like to see an abili to improve facilities as well as add assistant coaches, and other vital members of the club not currently seen in career mode.
