i think that the crowd can be improved.
i agree with the previous comment, with chesting the ball, the opponent seems to nick it off u as u bring the ball to ground off the chest.
i think that also add a world cup mode possibly?
As a manager you should be able to talk to the press, even if its as simple as picking 1 of 3 responses to a question, you should be able to complement or complain about opposition, create rapport with managers and a feud with others
When bidding for a player in the transfer window you should be able to simply enter how much you want to pay (transfer fee and salary) rather than holding the up button
Management reputation, i played with R.Madrid for 5 seasons, won the league 3 times and the champs league twice but was still only 1 star
Other clubs should be able to tempt you away from your current club based on performance, plus moving club shouldn't have to wait until the end of the season
Board confidence, it makes no sense to be sacked when you are top of the league and you happen to lose a game
In game, i'd like to play at stamford bridge during the day at some point, game time is always at night and mostly raining which makes the game a little repetitive. Also, the FA cup final is never played at night and champs league games are never played during the day.
for me its all about being as realistic as feasibly possible - this is why fifa is better than PRO!!

Tweaking the graphics, like always, goes without saying.
Adding in a few more ways to foul or earn fouls.
Diving, or pulling the jersey of a player who's free to your keeper, might just help in some situations, and is worth a red, or yellow card at times. It could be controversial, so you can keep it away from online matches.
Add, Be A Ref or something like that, it could be very interesting. Sometimes people don't want to/or can't play very well, so being a ref, might be a new fun mini-game. You could give indicators of fouls or something, and the referee (us basically) could decide whether to call it or not. You can nullify this in Manager mode and Online servers too, to make it fair.
For Personality +, I think adding Traits to the players, again, would be very useful and make it more realistic as a game in the whole. The way players take free kicks, run, if they dive, their style of defending (no-nonsense defending or just getting in there and getting out).
Passing needs to revamp completely, by adding more kinds of passes which require actual skill and are only executed most of the time by the best players in those kinds of passes, (Xavi, or Fabregas) and not by players with weak passing ability.
Shooting in Free Kicks, Penalties and Open-Play needs a bit of improvement. Adding more shots in open play, which are only for specific situations might be useful and easy on the eye. And Adding more styles to take free kicks in the game, by moving the player in question to the left, or right of the ball, and adding more options to the second free kick taker, by running over and just tapping the ball to keep it in play directly, or crossing it in the box.
I really like the idea of the penalties in FIFA World Cup 2010, with the composure bar and the idea of the left analog stick's distance to where the ball goes. But adding direction in the chip shot is also needed.
Adding you're fully custom plays into simulated matches in manager mode, would add a bit of a more managerial role into it. And also adding a possible minute-by-minute commentary so we can intervene when things go wrong, or give the team a different play or tactic.
And the idea of pep talks and displays of anger at the end of matches. Adding on press related comments after every match where you're decisions take a toll on the team.
Adding a team-chemistry bar, which actually affects you're team. (Playing two players who hate each other, or don't have much chemistry, having their morale decrease or something)
Having a player ask for a transfer, and swapping players, (something like in NBA Live 10?) and the CPU asking to transfer you're players, who aren't on Sale or Loan.

Those are the main basic, gameplay issues or improvements I would like to see in FIFA 11, and I'm sure many will agree with the idea's.
Creating Stadiums, Creating Kits and Creating Teams and Chants could be add-on's to boost sales and earn more fans, but might can be quite expensive and hard to input into a game as team's and player's sign deals with EA and would not like to see themselves changed due to the license agreements. BUT. IF Possible, It would be a great addition to an already great-looking game.

Also they need to add in argueing with the referees, more commentators, more stadiums, create your own team/boots/kit and they need to have a button that makes your player dive when someone is near him or has tried to tackle him
2.managers should be seen on the sidelines.
3.players shud be shown exchanging shirts.
4.player v/s manager or player v/s player fights can be shown.
So I would like a fifa with less graphics quality and better animations and feeling of control.

also there should be more varied cup competitions like the asian champions league and the copa libertores.

the general gameplay should consist more realistic action like handballs, fights and diving as this is a common part of the modern game.
more realistic fans in the crowd and crowd chants and rude crowd chants if possible.
1. Add referee. I'm asking this for a third years in a row.
2. Better gameplay. Make it as good as on PC.
3. More national teams (add Lithuania etc.)
4. Make players faces more realistic.
5. Make free kicks as good as in a World Cup South Africa 2010 and add free kicks various.
6.Add International leagues (Like Europe Cup, Champions league etc.)
7.To make trick exectly wich you want is very difficult, so my sugestion is to make tricks with arrows not with anolog stick.

2. Better runs. Improve the directions of runs to incorporate both diagonal and checking runs.
3. Referees make correct calls on deflections. Too many lost corners because of bad call goal kicks.
4. Improve changing players. The game will often switch to unwanted/uninvolved players on defense and right stick control isn't that accurate.
5. Improve multiplayer mode. When playing with other players on the same system, the switching of players could be more fluid and less confusing as to which player will be who.
6. Allow players to play co-op online, not only in the Be A Pro section. I want to play co-op games with my online friends against other online opponents.
1. The ability to go head to head with a friend.
2. Better celebrations when winning a tournament
3. Some sort of optional ranking system matchup (for online play) so that a brand new Ultimate Team can face another team more on their level if they'd like.
4. The ability to create your own kit/badge.
5. The ability to have a card for your be a pro player to use strictly on your team if you'd like.
I really can't wait to get into FUT 11! FIFA 11 ftw!
My suggestion is to be more realistic in any injuries embargoes medical treatment when the injury and the injured player

-swapping shirts would be cool and it would be decent in your BAP career if you could look back at the shirts you have collected from important games. Also can you add the champs league and europa cup and even the countries cups e.g. Scottish cup to the BAP career.
-more choice of commentators as Gray and Tyler get tiresome after a while and also make sure to get the facts correct as Gray talks about Celtic winning 10 in a row which is a basic mistake to make. Also dont let townsend anywhere near the commentry as hes clueless.
-Again add more scottish leagues as nothing beats winning the champs league with the team you support.
-Dont overate England as they are not a 5 Star team.
Upgrade the keepers as they have a tendency to run out like a madman even when the defender clearly has it covered only to just get in the way and allow a cheap goal.
-more fluent control when chesting a high ball as in fifa10 theres no point in chesting it as everytime the other team just nick it off you as you take an age to bring it down. Also improve the heading as only score about 1 in 6 headers.

Overall: More realism in terms of weather, wind, rain etc. crowd reactions and offcourse better REF desicions/reactions ex. the REF keeps gettin in the way (MAKE HIM JUMP ALLREADY) when i drible, pass or shot the ball. even fifa 94 had better REF AI OMG... PEACE
Also there should be more international teams such as ivory cost and serbia.
u shud also be able to sighn a new manager wen ure manager retires for instance alex ferguson may only be at manchester united for 1 more season soo u should be able to sign moyes or oneil from everton and villa.

another thing is you should be able too see the unveiling of a player and present them too the fans like real did with kaka and ronaldo
so if it is a low class player the stadium will be empty but if it is a high class player the stadium could be full this could also be helpful for ticket money and sponsorships

3. Have the option to customise the kit after one, maybe two seasons. Teams kits dont stay the same for 15 seasons.
4. Show managers expressions, more activity and more focus on what's happening off the pitch, such as subs getting ready to come on etc etc.

6. More realistic crowds, acting more riotus in a derby.
7. More injuries through the season, most players seem invincible to bad tackles.
8. Have the chance to dive. Yeah this could be controversial, but its what happens in football. I wouldn't make officials make wrong decisions, if it happened to you in a crucial game of the season, and the other team won because of it, you would be livid, and the whole point of playing is to enjoy a challenge.

also, i ALWAYS find the lower league team in england the hardest - the premier league is so much easier. i dont know why.
plus most online gamers ruin it. too many times in the second i score the first goal in a game against someone online they switch off so it doesnt count against their ratings and dnf. its pathetic and now i rarely play online because of this.

And can we have a mode where we arent playing we are just managing. That would be awesome. We create ourselves and stand on the sideline, only coaching. And in bea a pro, we should have less control. We should only be a player, working to get on the bench and starting lineup and for a new contract. We can be subbed off and on by the manager, who we cant control. And also can the computer managers not be dumb and play terry at rb and giggs at lb. They never play there. And one last thing, like nba live/elite, there are hotspots. There should be parts of a pitch where a player performs better. Thanks
O yes can we please see the argentinian and russian leagues. Their top ten leagues and I hate the fact that their very good players such as veron and krasic arent in the game. and for international teams can we have the top ones in the fifa rankings. otherwise fifa 10 was a sick game.
Also i've sometimes found that offsides are given off deflections from the other team still, or when they are clearly onside, which could be improved. The silly fouls could be sorted too.
