1) Player faces, some of them are terrible and look nothing like the players they are supposed to.
2) Over aggressive A.I, you get shoved off the ball far too easy.
3) More realistic A.I, is Gary Neville really as fast as Theo Walcott?? Don't think so.
4) Crowd/Atmosphere, there is no atmosphere at all and the stadium announcer sounds like you got him from Mcdonalds.
Also im not going to go on but i think it would be a great idea if you were to be able to buy your created team a sponsor in manager mode your start of small with somthing like diadora and you climb higher to reach sponsors like nike and adidas?? and when you play a game with your team the sponsor is on the shirt!!

And fifa should do the same as pes2010, in the sense that during training the players improve during manager mode. Also players should be called up to international duty, and there should be international manager mode
Also get lisence from uefa champions league for the game, last but not least, waaay more leagues including Russian, Welsh and African
2) Lower clubs (like hull or portsmouth) need to have real stadiums that are the actual stadiums (KC Stadiumf for hull and Fratton Park for Portsmouth.)
3) Limits on transfer window spending for teams like Manchester City
4) More realistic with owners of clubs changing and giving you limits on spending and refusing to give you money to buy a player.
5) Making it harder to just buy all the best players in the world (like Messi, Torres and Drogba) because they would bever really leave their clubs!

The little things that count
- have them with flags, flares, banners, etc.
For example : if you can notice, when AC Milan scores at the Guiseppe Miezza the crowd stands up and runs down the stands, do to the excitement of the goal their home team has just scored. So basically more realistic crowd.
When a player is injured have them actually escort them off the field with a stretcher if needed.
When substitutes come off , it would be cool if the trainer puts on his jacket for him or give the coach a high five for a good game.
If a sliding tackle is made in the snow the tracks should appear

Also , all the stadiums should be normal ones and not ''ivy lane'' which is the most common for most prem teams. referee and linesman talking when their is a foul in discussion etc and players should fight/ scrap when a bad challenge is made and the advantage rule needs altering to favour attacking teams.

I was also thinking of if fifa can make a custom under shirt creator that can say like " i belong to Jesus" , "Told you so" or other stuff or even peoples pro clubs badge with the name.
The things FIFA 11 MUST include are...
1. FULL Stadiums. In FIFA 10 is a stasium NEVER full. Not even THE KOP is full. That's NOT Realistic.
2. All Manager Mone bugs to be fixed. Especially the whether bug. It's ALWAYS raining. And it's pretty much ALWAYS Night when you are playing. That's not cool.
3. I really wanna have the old CLUBS back. When you not were playing with your pro, like in FIFA 09. I think that Club Mode was totally brilliant. FIFA 10's club mode is OK, but not better. I think you should add the old version too, when you played as real players in real teams.

10.When players are FREE AGENTS they should be put on the game as a free agent DON'T JUST LEAVE THEM OUT

12.You should be able to offer players as a PART EXCHANGE in manager mode
13.MORE STADIUMS or MORE STANDARD FAKE STADIUMS for example many stadiums around the world look like the emirates but you can't obviously assign it to other clubs and find a way so that the JANUARY SQUAD UPDATE DOESN'T CHANGE THE STADIUM EDITS people have done.
14.As you travel up leagues you should be able to EDIT YOURZ STADIUM excluding the real preset stadiums.

big matches should have more passion and aggression in the way the tackles and extra effort is put in. there should be fight cut scenes for the worst tackles and fines and bannings accordingly.
when someone has lo morral or is unhappy they should show it on the pitch ie not celebrating in cut scenes and angery when subbed.

1. I really think you should put in more AI Subs near the touchlines warming up. Jogging a little bit and stretching, as well applausing if a teammate score a goal or does a fancy trick. And the option in the pause menu to warm up a sub for maybe 1 or 2 in TOT stats, or agilty or something increase for just that game.
2. Include assistans coach tip for example: " Rooney has been terrific in training "
3. This is a big must: include some flares and more passion from the fans, you did a good job on the fans departement for fifa 10 but they still look stale in between goals. And crank up the volume on them a little bit aswell. Especially in derby matches.
4. Please, why do i play manager mode and win the league without seeing any trophy beeing lifted? Or atleast a mock-trophy ceremony? I mean you play throughout an whole season including the cups without seeing any trophy beeing lifted, it takes out the passion.
5. Pressconferences on signings, big games(derbys, finals, clash of giants) with managers trying to egg other managers on with comments, such as real life.
6.What happend to the player tunnels? They've completely vanished. There should be several sets of pitch entrance cutscenes for different types of game (league,cup,ECC)
aswell the ability to pick whatever combination of the actual available kit. For example. If Man United have a red home kit, with white shorts and black socks, then i should be able to pick the black shorts from the away kit. or the blue ones from the third kit if you understand. This should be done on shirts, shorts and socks.
7. Please, more than one colored Nike Mercurial Vapors, where are the lime ones? blue ones? red ones? make them available to choose not locked away somewhere that some players have on automaticlly.
8. More celebrations cutscenes, i mean if Liverpool and Man United are playing in the champions league final. and Rooney scores in the 89th minute to settle it for Manchester. There should be a storm of all United players rushing towards the players who kills off the match. Eventually with the bench players also running onto the pitch. As again, real football matches are sometimes.
9. More than 4 seasons for be a pro. I mean you put an awesome feature in a game for so little time.
10. The players should argue more, i mean i know you are all for fair play, but thats not the reality of football. The reality is that they argue and yell alot at eachother and the ref. So include that aswell, or have it happen more frequently in the bigger matches.

... More online game modes instead of just match after match doing the same thing you should be imaginatifve and create things like kick up tournements or something where you use the sticks and the buttons to controll it and skill competitions
