isnt it possible to have all of the features from the next gen consoles on psp but just at a lower level of graphics or watever is effected?
AND ADDING TO WHAT I SAID ABOUT THE MANAGER MODE AND BE A PRO MODE PERSONALIZATION, I MEANT LIKE A LIFE IN A MANAGER OR PRO.
-Substitutions need to be easier to do manually. Straight from the Pause menu?
-Have an option for auto subs
-The quality of passing is too good when players are off balance or facing the wrong way
-Get rid of the cut scenes. Presentation should be live like MLB the show 2010.

variety. I had about 7 players injured with a 'dislocated finger' in 1 seaon

Cinematics:
FIFA MM is currently so stale and textual, a couple of repetitive 'newspaper clippings' that tell us about exciting events. Here's a couple of cinematics that would really improve the overall experience:
- New coach/ player signed - video-newsreport of player signing contract, holding up the shirt, maybe some footage of earlier goals or actions. Fans buying kit with the players name on it, show happy/angry fans!
- career highlights: video-newsreports of the team good/ bad season performance, cup win/loss etc.
- team atmosphere changes (player feuds, coach performing poorly, player out of form)
- Raised/ lowered attendance or popularity (scenes of fans going/ leaving to the grounds, buying kits, getting player autographs)
- a 'match of the week' type of show would be really cool, showing what your competitors are doing and which players are excelling.
- proper celebrations when winning big games, more than 6 dancing players on the pitch after cup finals, instead showing medals being handed out, holding up the cup, celebrations with the fans (maybe even show the big celebrations in town the day after!)

2nd team/ Youth academy:
This could be a terrific new addition, (especially if 2/3 promising real youngsters are used for each team) where you have a second team that plays against other 2nd teams, watch youngsters develop, give them the opportunity to come to '1st team training', try them out for a single match before adopting them in the 1st team. or punish 1st teamers by having them play in the 2nd team for a while. (enables the purchase of 16/17/18yr olds and having them get xp without 1st team play)
Player 'ego':
Players have personal preference for position, kit number, team-mates on the pitch, and player atmosphere is affected by this (the managing of players' egos is a big part of a manager's daily task)
Players can be influenced by other players and the mood of some players, you should be able to reward well performing 2nd teamers and punish players by making them train with the 2nd team.
This could also result in some very cool in-game cutscenes with players yelling at each other during games, or wrapping an arm around a player that needs some love wink
Real life happenings:
Football news these days is as much about players and results as its about club financials, sponsors going bankrupt, rich new owners etc. Why not have the occasional good/bad luck off the field. Midseason your sponsor could go bust and you can choose a new sponsor based on your current performance. Or a rich new owner comes to your club when you get promoted, you can choose to accept (more money, lower board atmosphere) or decline (no extra money, boost to board happiness) for instance..

Stadium - fans & atmosphere
I think a big part of football is stadium atmosphere, the fans getting behind the team and pushing them onwards in bad times and giving more momentum when things go very well.
Team songs!
Every team has their own songs, and most teams use many well-known ones, why not have the option to pick 3 'chants' from the database, for instance: you never walk alone, the saints come walking in etc, you can make this 'sims speak' so it fits with most teams.
Team entrance:
This is one of the biggest moments of the match, fireworks (where legal happy ) & banners, club song gets sung, fans holding up team scarfs. (depending on fan-atmosphere off course)
At least a couple different cutscenes would be nice so you dont see the same clip 100+ times in a MM career. Maybe show the teambus/plane arriving and the players stepping of the it in tracksuits with their ipods on.
Goal celebrations:
After a goal is made you usually see a shot of the entire stadium erupting, fans hugging and celebrating or crying/ cursing after an away goal.
Fans' favourite players:
The fans always have a couple of favourites and like seeing youngsters advance to the 1st team, this could result in player-related chants, seeing kits & banners with their name on it! I imagine it'd be great fun to get that rival team's player on your squad first, and then try to get them to win the hearts of the fans.

New modes!
Practice mode
A proper practice mode allowing you to play short matches against the 2nd team or subs where players gain XP, allowing you the option to try new formations or strategies.
This uses up a (very) small percentage of player's fitness but improves fitness in the long run. You could even have potential new signings come over for a trial.
Specific individual training:
Bad keeper? your CAM has poor passing abilities? In real life this would mean they'd get a lot of focused training on these elements. In fifa these might use up enough fitness that it would mean the player can't play the (entire) next match for instance.
Scouting mode:
Whatch short clips of players that your scouts have found, not too many stats show, making the choice not such a clear yes/no case, just like in real life.
'Next year's kit':
Playing 6 seasons in the same kit is really annoying, and boring. Why not be able to change the away kit's main colour (within reason) for upcoming seasons?
Our home ground
Upgrade bits of the stadium (more sky-boxes, more seats, roof) or buy a new stadium (very expensive) and choose your new home ground's name, look, amount of seats etc. (this is especially important when playing with smaller teams that grow)
Please the fans or the sponsors:
As a small team you're much more reliant on match-day ticket sales, which means you'll have to keep the fans as happy as possible, while a big team would need to keep the sponsors happy but don't need to give a crap about the fans (just like in real life)

Player performance:
Are there any suprises? youngsters or newly transferred players on their debut? Is the league's top scorer playing? Anyone doing better or worse than expected? 'Player ego' could come into play here with stories about off-court 'adventures' or bad/good behavior.
Players/Teams without 'audio':
Young players could be called by their specific characteristics, for instance: 'the captain passes the ball nicely', 'good shot by the promising youngster', 'bad loss of the ball by the off-form player', anything to make John say a bit more! happy Maybe even including a databse for 'first names' to be used for non-audio players, its not uncommon for a player to be called by his first name in a match.
Teams could also be named by their performance: 'the league leader is doin well', 'the underdog scores', the 'city name' team is playing well...
Team performance:
Here I'm talking about their performance in relation to their pre-season expectations and last year's performance. If a small team's doing great and is in the top-5 I'm sure the announcer would mention this occasionally

more realistic injuries-longer timescales and more than just a bruised toe

Loan players that arent on the transfer list-i.e. easier to loan ppl not listed

just the small things that would make the game better really, FIFA is not just a game...Its your dreams conveyed on a digital platform!!!!!!

Other than small things an unbelievable game,graphics are more than good,play system is great!Manager mode is my favourite just needs a bit more work so that each game doesnt feel like an individual match,i'm sure it would be complicated but would be great during your match to hear martin tyler and andy gray talk about how close other teams are winning the league/being relegated/result from first time the two teams played.
I know its only a game,thats why nothing is as good as real football,but still,we can hope :)

Personally I like the game play improvements from last year and they have a good base of game play down just need to keep refining of course and I’m sure they will.

Include- fifa need to take this sort of ideas and thinking into account, leagues history, past winners, honors for each club

Before playing your first friendly’s, league games, cup games would be nice to click on leagues, the league you’re in, for example premiership, a page of all the current teams with their honors/managers English championship/premierships past winners, golden boot winners, player of the season of recent seasons, if u win the golden boot, trophies then gets added to that history a picture of the trophy would be great it all adds to it of playing a football game and gives sense of history when playing taken from the real game, same goes for other leagues.
Separate page for your club if you’re playing for example as Manchester united it will be showing all your past honors, stadium name/capacity/manager (you)
If created a team from scratch obviously you start from the lowest league and as u go on through the years all this information will be recorded in history of past premiership winners, fa cup winners, champions league winners all trophy winners list goes on

create a weather system seasonal in manager mode and tournaments based on the date and time if not possible let us edit our own temperature, wind, rain, clouds, humidity, I’m sure players of the game would love to adjust the variables to put into every game to make each game seem unique and different, not the same game every match during a season even in exhibition which is meant to let u make up your own match, but it’s very limited with the same intro of the refs checking the nets, 10 second intro, view of the stands b4 a sub when played 100 times over a manager mode it gets very boring. Add these features to the game and all fifa fans will be overjoyed.

- be able to see what is happening in the different leagues throughout the world, not just your own, this would make it exiting to see which teams will be playing in the 'ECC' or 'EFA' the next seasion.
- Lets have a better pre-match / halftime and post match analysis. e.g. who will be a player to watch, how many have they scored/conceded per game, top goalscorers, keepers with clean sheets. if its a rivalry more facts and statistics before and during games. mention the score last time these clubs met, comment on home/away form.

- do away with cut sequences and instead have everything inter integrating with the game (camera zooms and pans during goals/penalties/fouls etc)
- injured players to leave the field to receive treatment and then wait for the referee to signal them back on
- keepers to not be as good. if you want to make it more challenging to score goals, just change the shooting system because it's annoying when a shot is heading for the top corner at full pelt for the keeper to then make a flying safe the majority of the time
figths
played the demo for the World Cup game and it is really impressive. One thing I would suggest, though, is that while you've dramatically changed the goalkeeping and now they don't leave themselves vulnerable to being lobbed, now the issue is that they barely come off their line at all, meaning often you can get to the 6 yard box without a challenge from the keeper. My suggestion is to revamp the lobbing system, for example make it unassisted. Completely unassisted, making the power and direction completely up to the player. That way the goalkeepers will be able to come off their line a bit more, without it being an almost guaranteed goal. As for the CPU players, maybe have them attempt to go round the keeper, or maybe have them nervously shoot at him.
