i have 27 improvements

1) The players' faces are not as good as pes. They need to look more like the real players.
2) On pes you can customise nearly everything add this to fifa.
3) You should be able to use fifa store credits to build a stadium.
4) Referees should sometimes make the wrong decisions.
5) Managers should be visible on the touch line and they should be sometimes sat in the dugout and sometimes standing in the technical areas.
6) Subs sould be seen warming up.
7) Instead of going onto arena before a match it should be pre-match training.
8) as said above , players should be allowed to celebrate differently , depending on how important a goal is (you should still be able to choose which one to do) taking off a players shirt, running into the crowd and running to the dugout to celebrate with the rest of the team.
9)When a team wins a trophy , gets promoted or is saved from relegation the people on the bench and the manager and coaching staff should all run on to the pitch and run to their team's fans if they are away. If it is a small team in a cheap stadium there could be a pitch invasion.
10) diving - on pes you can dive but no matter how clever you are the referee always books you. On fifa 11 you should be able to dive and sometimes successfully trick the ref. He could even show the opponent a card.
11) handball - you should be able to handball it by preesing a button and somtimes get away with it.
12) ball to hand - there should be ball to hand .
13)passback - you should be allowed to pick up a pass back.
14) deflections should be more realistic
15) players should sometimes fight with each other . there should be different levels of aggressiveness when it comes to this with players like bellamy, rooney etc being more aggressive.

1-There should be players and managers on sideline.
2- When the game is paused after the game is stopped for a while like for a throw in, now after making substitution we have to wait for another stop in game.It should rather substitute the players right away
3- Their should be little delay in offside decisions like in PES that is sometimes when you scores then afterwards the refree raises his flag.
4- The commentators should be changed or there will be an option for having different compares in a match
5- The players or captain must surround the refree after the random committed fouls. Just like they are arguing with the refree
6- In manager mode there should have realistic movements of manger from one club such as during a year if some club fires their manager and they are willing to hire us as manager so we should be able to accept or reject as the manager of other team

i think most of my ideas were said already, but these are mine:
1. Indoor games (like FIFA98, This was FUN)
2. More different ways to score a goal
3. 45 minutes Halftimes, maybe an extremely realistic game mode
4. more spectactular and different intro sequences
5. things to unlock in multiplayer game mode like titles or special player gifs

and at last: I want a FIFA Street 4 and it should be like FIFA Street 2 ;)

- The English Cup To Be known as The Carling Cup.
- Champions Leauge Mode, + Europa Leauge Mode.
- All Cup Competions To Be Licensed Under their real names.
- When Playing In Exhibition Mode, You Should Show The Managers And Their Names, And A Little Fact File About Them, Also Their Emotions On how their team is performing.
- In Manager Mode, You should also be able to make a face for the manager your acting as, and be able to write comments, when something big has happend to your team, and your being interviewed.
- Also, Their should be an online manager mode.
- And Their Should Be More Options Of Stadiums, such as
the city of manchester stadium, villa park, white harte lane, also some championship side stadiums, and leauge 1 such as The Den , and leauge 2 stadiums.
- Their Should also be new owners coming in.
- Also, Celebrities Showing Support For Their Club.
- Also You should be able to take players from the youth academy, and upgrade them to your team.

These are just some of the things i think needs to be improved :
-No limit when offering to re-new a players contract,so you can offer players an inflated deal to keep them at the club,or reward them.
-when winnning titles on manger mode,show a much longer celebration,show players dancing around,running to the fans,then,they walk up the carpert,receive there medals,then the captain lifts the cup,this would add a major boost to the realism of the game.
-have the option of choosing an existing manger,or to create your own,and if you choose to have an existing manger,it has the option of the majority of mangers,then,at cut-scenes,show the manager,on the bench,discussing tactics,or when your team scores,show him running up the line,or going to the side lines to get the word to his players.
-have handballs and dives
-fans more louder,and you can hear them more clearly,sing familiar songs for chelsea,fulham etc.
-have takeovers at clubs,like new owners,more active in the transfer marget,make it more realistic, (like when players are put up for sale,no one ever buys them wen they cost £10,000,000)
-get more messages from the mangers befor transfer windows,saying how much he will allow you to spend

Goalies are too far off their line when a player breaks. In reality, goalies can often read the movement of a player and can tell whether they will chip because it is pretty obvious pace-wise. They don't get chipped often because they are not AS static as Fifa shows, moving up/down the field & left/right in their little area to both put off the player and better pos. themselves.

Bigger pitch size for proper play . In fifa 10 it feels like there is no midfield due to the small pitch. Better tactics ie allowing ur backline to be pushed up pushed back. Player movement should be better ie quick turn quick stop. Shots should be more refined. Free kicks should be easier to take.

- The Goalkeeper positioning and reflexes need to be improved for FIFA 11.
- In Manager Mode, you should be able to do a 'swap deal' with other teams.
- Instead of just slide tackles, if a player is clipped in the box and goes down then it should be a penalty.
- Highlights of other games in Manager Mode or Tournament Mode?

Make it so that you can do an online manager mode with your friends, so a few teams from the prem are chosen and you play the league, the teams not chosen can be played by the AI instead.

-Have players taken out their club for international matches (spec world cup time)

I'll write my proposals for the FIFA 11 on PS3 mode.
1. add to the game more leagues such Greek,russian, etc
2. use keeper's away kits
3. add more balls and stadiums
4. fix the lags on the goalkeeper outgoing of the post
5. add to the game the third kit for every team
6. make the tranfers on the manager mode more difficult and more realistic
7. make the manager's mode invironment more realistic

customize boots, kits, long or short ankle tape, when new kits and boots are made you should be able to get them out of the fifa shop, make players face and the way they wear there clothes better, make a new stadium and choose where it is in the world, definatly make the free kicks easyer and better, dont keep the penalty thing on fifa world cup.

upgrade from 720 to 1080 to experience the full HD

FIFA 10 was almost perfect but the only thing that stopped me from playing this game all the time was that each and every stadium are the same. If you either play at santiago bernabeu or old trafford, I mean you cant tell the difference. Both the nets and goals are exactly like and the distance from the goal to the crowd or stadium is way to far!! this is a problem that makes fifa a lot more boring than it should be. and add more, more, more stadiums!!

fifa 10 is a very good game but i think some things could improve on fifa 11
1.team chants as they walk down the tunnel EX. man. utd vs liverpool they could sing glory glory man united and you`ll never walk alone
2.manger mode you should be able to see them come off the team bus and at half time when they`re having a team talk
3.tournements such as champions league and europa carling cup and should get the right amount for winning or coming in the top 10 also get the cup for winning the play offs
4. watch you team get the trophies they win

- champions league and europa league should be available like PES (with the real music and scorebar etc.)
- with the squad updates, don't downgrade a player if they've been injured e.g. Torres being moved down to an 81- he's injured a lot but still scores loads when he's fit
- there should be more official stadiums instead of just calling them 'ivy lane'
- Ultimate Team should arrive much earlier or just come on the disc so we can play it all season round
- try to solve the problem of people quitting when they are losing e.g by banning them from online play if they have a DNF% beyond a certain point
- FIX THE EA SERVERS!!!!!!!!! i am always losing connection with the ea servers when playing online like on FUT. this doesnt happen on any other game so fix it please!
- continue improving on manager mode. it's getting better but still needs improving
- on be a pro, don't take marks off the player for shouting for the ball and not recieving it- i'm only giving the player with the ball an option so it doesn't mean i'm playing badly if he doesn't pass to me!
- apparantly the pens are much improved on Fifa World Cup 2010 so use the same penalty system in Fifa 11
- five-a-side mode would also be good like on the older games although this should be an optional mode instead of replacing the arena.
- keep the free-kicks exactly the way they are
- LEVEL WITH THE DEFENDER MEANS I'M ONSIDE!!!!!!!!! so many times have the two offside lines on the replay been so close there's not a pixel between them and they've beome the same line yet the linesman still raised his flag
- players sometimes get booked for minimal contact in a slide challenge but don't in absolute crunchers! this is often not the case but it needs fixing nonetheless
- keep tweeking the already great gameplay like you do with every addition to the Fifa series, e.g you could get the keaper to try to keep the ball in if it's rolling out for a corner instead of letting it go. just keep making those tiny inprovements.
- add Sanders to the commentary names for be a pro haha. i've been using the name 'Sanz' whoever that is!
- add more official kits and make more of the players more like their real selves in terms of appearance like you did with Fifa 10.
- bump up the resolution to 1080p so i can play my favourite game in full HD
- improve the creation of set pieces
- Gerrard is better at Lampard at pens! look at their penalty records, Gerrard scores more and never goes down the middle like Lampard so either make Gerrard slightly better at them or Lampard slightly worse
- ibrahimovic is always over rated on Fifa, he's got good ball control and a good finish but he is too lazy and isn't as good as torres, drogba, villa eto'o or tevez
- your World XI teams are always terrible! i don't know if players pay to be on it or what but it should be as follows:

-Online tournaments and leagues should be made easier to access, i can't ever get in to one when they look really fun to play in

- Could have a online manager mode like i am manchester United my friend is Barcelona and i buy Messi he won Money or a offline manager mode but you can select more then one team then your friend offline play in a team and you in another team
