In the new FIFA's the option to create a completely new team should be available. I.e. A team name, a modifiable stadium, modifiable players, and modifiable kits. This should be run around real leagues. For example Red Rovers, created in the Premier League. This sort of thing has been done on the Nintendo DS and single players can be created on the Xbox 360 however a wider variety of possibilities and modifications is what I am looking for. Also, the possibility to create your own manager and to be him in manager mode, with an enhanced transfer market. Or the oppurtunity to play as one of your own created players.
The idea of small realistic things such as more yellow cards for small things like yelling at the referee and holding the ball for too long. Also, better graphics on all the fans instead of just focusing on 4 people that always look the same (FIFA South Africa World Cup)
Finally, with an Xbox Live link, the option to update your teams instead of buying the new games (could cost money) .

3.retired players in manager mode can play again as youth players because after 4 or 5 years all teams in league is full of old players and their is no youth player to fill their space
4.fix some problems like: substitude sub player,goalkeeper get forward so early when a player of opponent come near and you can easily cross to other player in opposite side to shot in goal,etc.

1.) Please check through to make sure is bug free I think there really too many major glitches in FIFA 10. Like the "negative balance" glitch in manager mode.
2.) Better control in aerial heading, I feel helpless in FIFA10 or even in FIWC when the CPU connect a last minute header even i have got defender beside him, jumping or what ever. I think EA should come out with a better aerial battling heading system.
3.Better 'play on' system. I feel furious for calling back for free kick when there is clear advantage.
4. Fix the loop hole when the keeper is doing the goal kick (ball in hand) and is possible to get in front of him, intercept the kick, get the lose ball and score a easy goal.
5. Improve the player search engine, possible to put in priority search like player with good speed, good in aerial heading, good finisher and etc...
6.Please make it possible to adjust the defensive, utra defensive (the bar below) mode thing even when the game stops for free kick or whatever, not just during game play. Sometimes during intense game is just not right to release the analog stick and reach for all those buttons
7. Implementing a ball curling system during gameplay for passing and for shooting would be a good idea.
8.I think the simulation result for the manager mode is still not accurate enough, I still see team winning the leaque and find themselve in relegation zone the year after, it just loses my eagerness to battle for the title with my previous year rival as they are already at the bottom of the league. Doesn't feel real.
9. An addition of morale stats for player would be good, so that we have to do some team rotation in order to keep the player happy or else the player would not extent the contract anymore.
10. Club willingness to offer a deal for a player should be base on performance or ability of that player and not by simply putting the player for sale and there will be team coming up with offers every week for the player. It just doesn't seems logic. Please make it possible as well to replay the offer with a request of higher deal as part of the negotiation instead of just accept or reject.
11. Player morale should drop as well if there is other bigger club approaching them and their current club is not doing well, not winning cup or thieir most of the time at the bench.

A skilled player should be able to hold and shield the ball for longer periods before been bungled off.
please please reduce the effect of assisted passing
make one two pass easier to execute rather than the current one.

THIS WILL PROBABLY NEVER BE READ BUT AT LEAST I TRIED!
-and I want to have a multiplayer be a pro than you can train both player 1 and player 2 or more
-and I hate when I have to pause the game and go in a team mananger just to have a subtitues than i have the idea to press select and than will you get a the players on the subtitues and chose one of them and then will come the players than are not on the SUB and chose on of them it will only take a 3-10 sek you can do it when it is a freekick throw in goalkick corner or something

make stadiums like parkhead and ibrox, eastlands and white hart lane available for download - and sort it so they are automatically selected as that teams stadium, not like the problems i still have with the bernabeu and real madrid.
if they could add in more teams into rest of the world, like partizan belgrade, red star, steaua and dinamo bucharest, unirea urziceni and cfr cluj, shakhtar and dynamo kiev, levski sofia, litex lovech, estudiantes, independiente, colo colo - fifa has tended to be focused very much on western europe, so increasing eastern european teams would make the game so much better
remaking the free kicks to where you could choose where to hit the ball like in older game and remove the thing on manager mode where the players ratings change depending on their mood/morale - it always gets to a point where my entire team are worse even though im on a 10 game win streak
having reserve and youth teams would be great as you can see yourself who the possible stars are that are in your youth academy and give greater depth that is needed

one other thing i forgot to mention is that it would be good if a press confernence could be given when you sign a player, and asign him his number there so if you signed messi for man u, he wouldnt be given the no.2 or 3 shirt
Have more leagues such as the Russian, Ukranian, Greek, Croation, Serbian, Welsh, Romanian, Bulgarian, Egyptian, South African, Ghanain, Morrrocan, Saudi Arabian, Chinese, Japanese, Iranian, Israeli, Dubai, Uruguayan, Argentinian, Chilean, Paraguayan, Honduran and Qatari ones. You should also have the African, Asian, North American and South American versions of the Champions and Europa Leagues as well as the World Club Championship. Also, some teams such as the Irish ones cant qualify for European competition. The maximum amount of teams should be able to qualify by winning qualifiers.
2. Manager Mode Should Be More Realistic
Players should be able to pick up long term injuries rather than making it last only a couple of weeks. Ridiculous transfers shouldnt be made like Ronaldo going to Hull City. Teams should have more realistic budgets and salary limits like ,for example, Man City having hundreds of millions and Portsmouth have minus figures.It should be alot easier to get fired like it is in reality. Players that are playing well (rather than players that are only fringe players) should try to force their way out to go to bigger clubs more often. Some players are worth too little. Too much upsets happen, in my first season, Man U came 12th, Eerton won the league, and Villa and Arsenal got relegated. Hull came fourth and beat Man U and Liverpool in the fa cup on to way to losing the final to Sc***horpe.Good teams should be harder to beat and weak teams easier to beat. You should be able to manage national teams to the World Cup and continental competitions.

There should be more national teams, at least the ones at the 2010 World Cup.
4. Accesories
There should be more boots.
-show the keeper drinking his water.
-wen a player tackles another player, you cud have the player tht had been tackled to try and cheat and get a free kick but doesnt get it.

1. When you win a trophy I would like to see all my players celebrating with fireworks and many pictures, not just the 11 players that played the last game. Carrying the right cup, for example the champions league, premier league etc. The design of the cup really symbolizes and means a lot to us football fans. Maybe some photographers in there as the players run around the pitch celebrating. Because spending many weeks to win a throphy just to see 11 players standing there kinda ruins everything.
2. Save pictures of your winning team in Manager Mode every year. That way you can go to your office and see which players help you get get promoted or win an important throphy. After all the players look very realistic and I think deserve a little spot in your history as a manager.

Include Aussie stadiums. Let us update (and change) teams jerseys and let us make logos! Will the latest A-League teams be in, and can we transfer managers.
Fifa 11 should have:
- Handballs
- More realistic crowd
- Goalkeeper kits
- Diving
- Realistic referees (can make mistakes)
- Save instant replays
- Licensed UEFA Champions league & Europa League
- Clock keeps ticking during free kicks / substitions / injury time.
- More realistic injury periods
