1. Handball - There is no handball rule in Fifa 10 and a number of times players or keepers handball the ball (keepers outside the area) and play continues is ridiculous.
2. Lack of African Teams - There are only two african international teams in Fifa 10. Teams such as Ivory Coast, Egypt, Ghana, Togo and other top African teams need to be included as some of the top players e.g Didier Drogba, Kalou, Essien, Adebayor play for these national teams.
3. Lack of tournaments - Tournaments such as the World Cup, African Cup of Nations, Champions League, Europa League need to be included to beat any other competitors such as PES.
4. Player ratings - Some players are extremely overrated and others extremely under rated hence the rating system needs to be more realistic.
5. Goalkeeping - The goalkeeping has come a long way since the days of Fifa 07, 08 etc. but still has many issues in it. Such as keepers unnecessarily coming off the line, making silly challenges, missing easy saves etc.

5. When you win the league in Manager Mode you could get money bonus like the real thing. And ask the chairman for more wage cap.

The shooting is ridiculously bad, the game is slow as hell and the tricks and flicks are useless because the tackling is far too easy

Think Fifa should deffinatley have scottish football leagues like they have with the english leagues. basical replace some on the leagues with decent leagues such as;

Greek leauge
Scottish lower leagues
and replace them leagues with;

Create your own team to play with during manager mode (like FIFA 09 on ps2), design own boots, and make your own manager. OH, please make virtual pro available for children, its reallyyyyyyyyyyyyy annoying!!!!!!!!!!
and stop being so english!!!!!!!!!!!!!! game covers are just english players, how about Scottish player Darren Fletcher, English Lampard or Terry, Welsh maybe Ryan Giggs and Northern Irish, well someone of that nationality! Its just so offensive
The lesions can be more real because the players stay 1 week out and this isn't real.

In Fifa 11 the manager mode can be better: the good coach can training your country in the World Cup. The friendly can be choice for the coach and no for the computer. The world interclubes Fifa can have in the game after win the Uefa Champions League.
The fans who go to see the games can be more real like 2010 Fifa World Cup and Madden 2010 we can watch her faces like the other games.
The final of Uefa Champions league and league Europe can be much better is very ugly the final is normal and the stadium is bad. The comemoration is really really bad isn't have emoction.
FIFA 11 have to be much better in the details while the Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 is much better in this like have contract with Uefa and Commembol.

2.) stadiums - some of the best looking stadiums in the world are in America, yet there are none on FIFA 10. Seahawks Stadium would be great, especially because the Sounders have set attendance records recently. Also a bigger stadium that the USA national team can use would be great also.
3.) World Cup - if there was some way to integrate the World Cup into manager mode it would be amazing. the option of managing the national team would be awesome as well, it would be really cool to make international selections and then be able to see if it worked out for you. maybe a World Cup manager mode?
4.) instructions - i love the gameplay for FIFA 10, but it takes a very long time to learn how to do everything. i play the game almost everyday, and i have for a year, but i still haven't completely figured out the controls. free kicks are very hard to figure out, even curving a ball is difficult.
If they make players play like they do in real life, as well as the teams, everyone will be happy.
with the additions of improvements of graphics, manager mode, and cut scenes

changes in weather throughout the game. like when you play a game at dusk it shouldnt stay that way for the whole game it should get dark like 5 minutes after the second half. when it is overcast it should rain some of the game and then stop and start raining again. changes like this make it much more realistic.
-when your captain gets subbed off, instead of having the sub wearing the armband, the captain could take his armband off and give it to him. even better, under team management you could have a 3 man list of captains so if your liverpool, steven gerrard could take off his armband and give it to torres or reina and then come off. this would add more realisim to the game.
trading shirts at the end of the game and shaking hands and having players interact with eachother at the end of every game would be great.

when you score a top goal you should be able to save it then in ea sports extras look back at all the goals youve scored.
A simulating calendar in Manager Mode.
Rather than having to sim to the next match, you should be able to sim individual days, especially when it comes the transfer window.
IMPROVE THE ADVANTAGE RULE, it should last 5 seconds no? It often lasts less than 1!
Reserve/Youth Teams - Frustrating that you have a limit on your squad, ie that if you want to build for the future you can only have a certain amount of players. Also, Having reserves and a youth team would allow you to shorten the size of your current squad so you aren’t having to scroll so much.

they should definatly have create a club where you can create your own kit and stadium.and have more realistic kits like liverpool or chelseas.Get new owners for your club and have accual sponsors like carlsberg.As the years go on as a manerger you can change kits stadium ect.

When a cup match is won, better celebration movie PLEASE… seven guys jumping up and down with NO trophy NO confetti falling and hardly any fans cheering is beyond LAME…
Improve the fan interaction (more painted up, holding scarves, and actually interacting, singing songs for the right teams during, before, and maybe even after games, like Liverpool’s You’ll Never Walk Alone which is sung before and after games, so like when the players are entering the pitch this should be heard, and maybe even after the 90 minutes)
More media for manager mode, PS2 has bunch of questions that the manager gets asked after every game (in press conference) why get rid of it for PS3? keep it i say
Ability to manage national team, or even for that matter have players called up for national team (again, PS2 has player interaction with world cup during manager mode, PS3 doesn’t)
Ability to create new stadiums (when improving a stadium you can choose to either renovate or completely build a new stadium). Would allow for players to feel like they have more control over club in manager mode
NEW JERSEYS! going for 6 years in manager mode with same three jerseys is LAME. Give the ability at the end of the year to modify the jersey, let’s be honest, most big name teams switch jersey styles and even sponsors every year (the old PES games had this, dont know if new ones do)…. if you do this though, don’t make it lame with only a few choices to choose from…. go all out
weather should affect the players more (rain and snow especially) if it is raining or snowing have players slipping, if it is sunny and over 90 degrees have players getting tired faster
realistic injuries in manager mode… i’ve had at least ten players get “whiplash out for 1 week†what a load of crap… be more realistic, i’ve been playing manager mode since FIFA 10 came out and i still haven’t had any major injuries even if the computer completely hacks my player. Also add in stretcher removals for the serious injuries
intro movies to games should be longer… maybe have view of fans walking into stadium, a bird’s eye view of the stadium, THEN go to the players in the tunnel ready to walk out. of course still have ability to skip for those who just want to jump in and play
fix the offsides…. need i say more? ok i will… the offsides system set in FIFA, while insanely precise is unrealistic… no sideline official calls offsides as well as the FIFA sideline officials do… maybe you should just create a program to start using them in real life… that’s how effing good they are :P… unrealistic though….
the start of manager mode should not be august, but late june.... make summer transfer window more realistic along with the process of transfers....
ability to talk with players (not sign though, just encourage to come to club) even though it’s not the transfer window (this might take a few FIFA’s to implement) EA, you guys make NCAA Football… in the dynasty mode you recruit… that type of recruiting would be awesome in FIFA… would make transfers less about money and more about what the club offers and the managers ability to negotiate. far more realistic too…
along with the ability to talk to players, more competition in transfer window... very rarely does a player NOT go to my team even if offers are coming in from other clubs
ability to terminate contracts… playing as lower level teams like Leeds United for example is difficult when you want to get rid of a player that has a 3yr contract at the very start of the manager mode but you want to get rid of him to open up some player wage space for better players and NO team will even put up an offer for him in the transfer window… mind you a penalty should be given if a contract is terminated (like paying the player X amount of money)
you ladies and gents working on FIFA 11 and on have so much potential, please listen to these comments, i love your games, but they have so much room for improvement… challenge yourself everyday and don’t get cocky just cause you’re selling games :P

just some typical english grounds rather than just the biggest clubs. International tournaments under the offficial name. Also call the club european tournaments by CL and europa league. would appreciate more realsitic climate in budget for example administration forced to sell players at cut prices. also would like to see players have more ay in transfers ie you accept bid but doesn't want to leave. in terms of ticket prices if too high for average game ie NOT against rival, some empty seats in stadium. Would like to see messages from crowd like seat cards that form "come on...." at the beginning of matches. have a change to club kits like when you have new sponsors have their logo put on.

Go back and play the old PES games if you want to understand the nuances of football. I played PES for 10 years and FIFA has failed what PES nailed on the PSx. So here goes:
Positioning. Wow. How can I expect to defend when defenders don't know how to anticipate passes? The essence of defence is in positioning and keeping shape. Combined with the stupidity of the point above, it is simply impossible to defend effectively. Positioning is intelligence. I will suggest using chess engines as a guide to demonstrate how a computer can understand where to position himself given the possibilities that the opponent can have. The same will be for attack.
There is more to attacking than forwards making absurd runs looking for 80yard through balls.
There is more to defending than holding down press and sprint. In reality this will cause two things:
Defenders will be utterly exhausted.
The simples still will take the ball away from the onrushing defender and he will foul the attacker. It is a prime example of how to be carded.
Seriously, players learn this when they are 12.
Football is a game of expansion and contraction. Take ball control. I contract the ball closer to my body when I want to hold onto it from the pressuring defender. I expand it away when i want to move it forward, push it past defenders and into space. I do not have to out and out beat a defender to gain an advantage. I need to just push the ball where there is space. It allows me to hold the ball, to position it for a better place to shoot/cross/pass.
EA needs to emphasis TEAMWORK. It is not impossible to give AI assist so that the players assist them in an intelligent manner.
The essence of close ball control was laid out by PES when they added the Technique stat. This is the speed in which individual animations are performed by players. So Ronadinho would have Technique 99, allowing him to perform many stubtle moves. Sol Cambell had Technique 70, and you could see that his ball control was awkward and not very elegant. Introduce this into the game so that weaker teams have lower technique. This way everyone won't play like Barcelona. It also explains why weaker teams cannot hold the ball as well as Barcelona. Many players have excellent ball control, but they cannot hold onto it under pressure.
Speaking of stats, can you please clean up the stats list so I don't lose 15seconds scrolling down the page to see how well Gallas tackles? Refer to PES.
Anyway, if you combine the above with the expansion/contraction, you have a system whereby players can shield the ball with L1 to protect it under pressure, and L2 will allow them to attack defenders. Add to this a sprint button. It works alot better than the gimicky 'trick' idea with the right stick. Ball control and dribbing is intuitive and comes from the heart. I do not wish to memorise stick movements for step overs.
Steal PES' shooting mechanics. TRUST ME.
Polish up the set pieces. I mean COME ON. Goal kicks are horrendous. Just watch what happens in real games. Positioning. The defenders need to be back deeper or forwards are able to flick headers on. But this does not happen because the forwards are too stupid to run forward anyway. Goal kicks become pointless and a constant frustration.
When Adeybayor was out after what happened to Togo, ManCity had no tall strikers. They needed to push Barry up forward so that Given's goal kicks would be flicked on by him onto the toe of Bellamy or Tevez. THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN. Instead for some reason Tevez will stand ON THE HALFWAY LINE and be forced to out-head Vidic, Ferdinand, Terry, Dawson, etc etc. Are you guys retards???? How do you miss this? PES handled this 10 years ago.
Set piece preparation. This was nice, but man it was gimicky and a pain to handle. All you need to do is choose who you want in the box to meet the header, who will stay on the edge of the box to pick up loose balls, and who stays back on the halfway line. Seriously, why was Shaun Wright-Phillips asked to cover the Spanish counter-attack???? And I don't have to fine tune runs. Near post, Far post, 6 yard box, and a few runs down the middle is more than enough. Very simple. Players are not robots. They make organic runs.

-Much improved presentation: The gameplay is always of vital importance, but why not add to the side of the game that goes un-addressed every year? It's a long shot, but why not have Sky Sports graphics in the game, just to make it a tad more realistic? These are the sort of ideas that seem to get shunned every year because EA has total domination of the football gaming market :(.
