HYPOTHETICAL SITUATION:
My favorite player is Wayne Rooney, who plays for Manchester United, which is also my favorite team. Since Rooney is my favourite player, I want him on my created team. The only problem is that then I would have to take him off of Manchester United. If I took him off of Manchester United, then they wouldn't be my favourite team anymore, and I wouldn't play with them.
My Solution to this problem is to duplicate the player, so they could play for my created team and Manchester United.

The defenders who you aint controlling in your box need to stop running away from his man, most of the goals in teh game are from that jsut a simple pass across the goals unmarked.
The keeper needs to stop running out if you havnt told him too...leaves the goals vulnerable to a lob & even the lob needs to be made harder to do.

- No. One & most needed is Woman's international & club teams, UEFA Dream Soccer had this back in 2000 on the Dreamcast, why no fifa/pse has had this i have no idea, it a potential market that is not being explored, it shouldn't be a storage problem for ps3 (blu ray disk) and pc/mac (HD's) but if it is the men's leagues should be more localized to the content it is being sold in.
Other things that would help improve the realism in the game are:
- licenced UEFA Champions League and League Europe
- more stadiums
- more sponsors
- more realistic crowd
- player wadges and club budgets like in real life
- the bench with reserve/sub players and coach barking orders/hand signals
- you should be able to see players warming up
- you should be able to trade players ( player+money for player)
- in manager mode you should be able to practice shot free kicks ect)
but woman's football is needed above all !!!
and we need hand balls!
Have recurring injuries, like i.e ledley king’s recurring knee injury, inabilities to train and such :)
I think the 360 dribbling on Fifa 10 was great, but when dribbling with the likes of Messi and Ronaldo, it still felt like you were dribbling with a normal player. I think individual players should have individual dribbling styles, like messi having the ball almost attached to his feet and ronaldo also.
-PLAYERS SPEED
I have thought through every game that some players' speed really ins't implimented that well. In Fifa 10, the likes of Theo Walcott and Messi still can't seem to outsprint some obviously not as fast defenders.
-CUP CELEBRATIONS
I never know if i've won a cup or not anymore. There used to be a cut scene at the end where they showed them lifting the cup. Now they don't show any difference to winning a normal game. Bring this cut scene back!
-BETTER MANAGER MODE
Now that Fifa Manager has kind of lost it's flair, i think some of the factors should be brought into the manager mod on the FIfa series, especially Fifa 11. Things such as being able to set certain routes for players to run when in position. Or where for players to be during a set piece. Also make it more realistic in the league. I mean two seasons i played, Man United came mid table! And this was before I'd taken Rooney off them!
-MORE CUTSCENES
Need to make more cutscenes. Simple as, the start of the game, i like to pretend is a real match sometimes. Like have the players in the tunnel before the match. And watch them warming up.
-BETTER COMMENTARY
Sometimes the commentary is rather off, like sometimes the commentators comment on a defender taking the ball when it was a Striker and in the wrong hlf. More accurate commentary would be nice. Also players' stats could be brought into the game more also. Like the commentators could comment on Messi's ball control, or Walcott's speed, or Drogba's strength. And i like how the commentators sometimes comment on the players' history a little. But it would be nice if there was more than one fact for the big players. Also with the goals celebrations, i often do the same celebration and there's only about four different reactions from the Commentators on this celebration, more variety needed.

I believe that is it. It may seem like i'm being picky and i've probably missed a few things out, but i believe if these things are covered then it could be a truly stunning Football game.

Also, more player customisation would be good, like having certain running styles, attitudes, free kick run ups, pre-match behaviour etc. But it looks like Personality+ might allow that.
And make some more celebrations! Like picking up the ball, or interacting with other players/corner flags etc.
One thing I think about Manager mode, although this could present problems I realise, is changing my team's kit slightly from year to year as they move from Div 2 UK to EPL. Or at the very least, upgrade stadium so I don't have to choose Emirates from the first year to help me out later on.
Oh yeah, and one more thing.
The one thing PES has always had over FIFA, is perfect player faces, and body shape/hairstyle.
Making FIFA's players better would be cool

if you could be able to sort out number 7,5,4,2 the game would be allmost perfect, number 1 doesn't really matter because if you could change there overall it would be your choice if you disagree with the overall

make the computers do tricks on the players if the team your going against has any players that do tricks. ex. if you go against milan make ronaldhino do some tricks on you, or r.madrid with ronaldo, make him do some tricks on us.
p.s. we want the fifa11 to be more challenging.
a good idea would be to follow the ideas these people gave you
change some of the goal celebrations because some of them stupid and atual players dont do have the dances they do in fifa 10. also to make a celebration that quickle gets the ball when you make a goal just in case your down by a goal
you should make the managers celebrate when a goal happens or when the team wins a cup. also to make a manager facial features for manager mode.
dont make every player you buy number 2 and also make the keepers more intelligent dont just make them come forward every time you start to attack
Custom Kit - So create your own kit within manager mode, just to give it more variety.
Part Exchange - So you can trade players of include them in part of a deal for a better player.
Maybe Even a create a Team: Where you receieve a certain budget to start a team, to draft in minimum 23 players to start playing in a lower league of a country of your choice...this will create individuality and give you some sense of achievement when you created team reach Champions League Final...this would also give people a chance to completely customise the way they play...and possibly bring there local teams into the game.
Please consider at least the last one...would love to manage my own created team to Victory.

Passing: I think you need to make the passing harder, its too easy to belt a high pass across every player to a little winger hugging the sideline.
Goal Keeper's: I would like to see the Keeper staying on his line, with the option to bring him out if required, at the moment if im through on goal alone the keeper walks off his line, i understand you can stop this but by the time you have tried to defend and opted for your keeper to back up onto the line, eh is already in no mans land. This is then leaving the easy option to lob the keeper, which in honesty lobbing isnt the most difficult thing to do. (The amount of Goals i have scored and conceded due to this is unreal)
More AI Playmaking: When your playing the likes of manager mode (which by the way is brilliant with the introduction of the wage's and the fact you can't sign Ronaldo to Accrington Stanley) i have noticed, that although i have the option to control every player on the pitch. When i am running with the ball looking for options, looking for through balls, over the tops, or even one-two's, the AI seem none responsive and are usually found in a stationary position parrellel to your player. For example i would like to see, if im sprinting up the wing look to whip a ball into the box, i want to see midfield, strikers racing to get up and want to help in scoring.
Handball: This is a pain and needs to be looked into.
Ricochet: At present when you tackle the opposition, if it is a ball winning tackle 9 times out of 10 the ball will ricochet between the players and end up back with the opponent. (the amount of Goals we have conceded online when someone makes a quality tackle and it rebouds to the striker off the tackler is annoying)
Also with the Ricochet the game doesnt seem to recognise if the ball goes out of play off a slight deflection off the opponent it doesnt recognise that there has been a deflection and awards the opponent the throw, goal kick, or corner even if it is blatant who it came off on the screen.
Manager Mode Loans: This could be improved to help utilise the ability of loans when at a lower table/league club. for example 6month loans, 1 year loans with chances to sign at the end.
At the moment if you loan someone out or loan somebody in, then if they reach the end of there contract whilst on loan to you, they automatically join your team for free with the agreed loan amount and the chance of renewing there contract with you. This should be resolved so although on loan you can still discuss contracual agreements with your players who are on loan.
Although these are all big long paragraphs, they are all just little niggles that once improved would make the game, The Best Game...

I also think that the department in which FIFA falls short is the editing department. For such a brilliant game, the editing system is dreadful when compared to that of PES. For example, on games like PGA Tour Golf and PES, avatars can be made to look however you want them to look: there are endless possibilities. On FIFA however, the choice of hair colours is frankly appalling (There are only about 8 or 9) and creating your own face takes a lot of time and generally doesn't even end up looking realistic anyway. To solve this problem, FIFA should use the editing system that PES use - have a inbuilt bank of about 500-1000 real player faces to choose from - this way you could design players quickly and they would also be a lot more realistic, besides the likelihood is that you wouldn't even recognise the actual players face you were using so they wouldn't just look like clones of a real player.
There should also be much much more space/memory/whatever for creating players and teams. Currently you can only create about 20 players- there should be no limit! I had to keep deleting my old creations to make way for my new creations and this was quite frustrating. You should also be able to create several of your own teams complete with logos, kits, perhaps even anthems etc. there are so many options for FIFA to consider.
One more point - I agree with comment 9726 that it would be great if you could choose to argue with the ref or to dive etc. it would add a new dimension to the game - integrity. You could try to persuade him not to book you but perhaps get sent off for dissent. Anyway PLEASE READ my comments my plans are simple to implement into the game but would make a world of difference
There should be more Nike Boot Designs ,like Adidas F50,Predators etc.
There should be a under layers option, under shirts, under shorts, etc.

i have some ideas for fifa 11. first the online feature. i would like the lay out of fifa 09, that was much better than fifa 10. but this is a very good game. i loved it this year! thank you,

2.Loaning players actually getting played by the club they are loaned to
Here are a few suggestions I have.
In terms of gameplay, FIFA 10 is really great. The only thing that I can find wrong with it is that when you shoot, the ball doesn't move fast enough into the net. I know that the World Cup game has changed this, so hopefully we will find faster balls in FIFA11.
The other gameplay related thing is playing online. I think FIFA10 has the highest rate of players lagging, even with decent connections, so perhaps something could be done about that.
Within the game, I would improve/include these things:
-Ultimate Team should come standard
-Customizable jerseys for manager mode
-Harder levels
-More teams, from smaller leagues, (ie, Swiss second division, USL rather than just MLS, and so on)
-More stadiums
-More realistic crowds
-More variety of boots

I think it should be easier to score with long shots, and there should be a fifa world cup.
i would like it if you could swap 1 or 2 of your players for another player this would make the transfer window much more exciting and also you can ask a team if you can take one of thier plaers for one of yours
For example pressing square will do their celebration that they always do.

when your not on manager mode, you should be able to create and edit players including players already on the game if you think they are over or unde ratted.
Now FIFA should add-
- change your kit in manager mode after each season.
- players warming up at side of the pitch.
-better croud chants and louder croud cheer when goal is scored.
- choose the colour of top worn by the ref.
- at half time see the manager speaking to players.
- more stadiums
- stuards surrounding the croud near the end of the game.
- manager runs onto the pitch when winnig a cup.

Get rid of the annoying bugs like cloned teams, every match taking place in the rain, and so on.
Make it so that when lower-league teams are promoted, their kits get properly sorted out with their new league's arm patches and numbering styles.
Make injuries more varied, both by their cause (how many real-life players are out with bloody 'whiplash' though, on average?) and the length of time players are out.
Be able to talk to the media - more realistic press conferences and interviews etc.
Bring back the chemistry system, along with increased player interaction - players could be given a 'confidence' rating, which affects both how they play and how they react to your decisions (asking for more money with contract renewals, etc). Make it harder for a new manager to gain the support of fans and players - I didn't expect to be at 5 stars at the end of my first season, after finishing 10th in the Championship with Barnsley.
Just give it a bit more realism and personality.
The ability to see each manager individually in the World Cup game was a neat touch, that could be replicated in FIFA 11. Although, I suspect only recognised coaches like Ferguson would be included, with lesser teams being managed by Generic Manager no.2 and so on. There could even be a Create-A-Manager mode! Unimportant, but would be a nice little touch.
Oh, and the ability to import teams into online play would be good, as long as there was some way to stop people who build a superteam of Ronaldo, Messi and the like playing with people with more obscure (i.e. worse) stars in their team.
Elsewhere, an Edit mode á la PES (although from earlier versions like PES6, where people were granted pretty much full control) would be interesting.
