***THE ULTIMATE LEAGUE***
Rules for TUL (the ultimate league) :
You can win an ENTRY CARD with 10 wins streak or find it in one of the golden packs to enter the competition for TUL. There are 5000 teams in the competition competing for the spot in TUL and only 1000 teams can make it throught. Both The competition and TUL should restart every 20 days or so, allowing other teams to enter the chalenge. Which means 500 teams will be relegated every 20 days from TUL and now only 500 teams promoted from the competition. Now when you are in TUL only first 30 games will count for points whether you played it in one day or 20 days, but it doesnt stop there, you should still play with other teams making it harder for the ones,who didnt play 30 games yet. Now if you are in top 500 after 20 days of TUL you get rewards like top players or points for the transfers and so on. you could make it even more interesting for the winers, you could give tickets to real premier league matches. you could charge people like £10 ($14) per season which is 20 days and get real nice presents for the winners of ***THE ULTIMATE LEAGUE***
AI players making effective runs for someone to pass to.
AI players challenging for the ball rather then running away.
AI players not running away from a pass or a stolen ball.
AI players actually playing their position.
Passes that get to the player rather then behind them even with assisted turned on
Fouls other then slide tackles and trips called (these are the only fouls I have ever seen).
The auto switch feature actually working to give you a player that is near the ball and/or in a better position to get the ball.
No safety zone around the keeper.
No invincibility for the keeper.
As the teams play better with difficulty, so should the players on my team
Better handling of the ball; i.e. when a soft pass comes it should be trapped and not bounce hard off the player.
Clearances out the sideline happen far too often and shouldn't be the main option for the AI.
All of these are incredibly frustrating. I am not the best at this game, but I should be able to play well enough on the hardest difficulty with some success if my AI teammates actually helped me.
Finally, someone that actually plays football should have a say in this game. It does not seem like anyone who plays or even enjoys this game created it or all of these items wouldn't be such an issue.

3.Bring in international games in manger mode so there are times when there are no games or if its the African cup then players like Drogba and Essien fatigue are lower and you can become a international manger and instead of playing every weak make it so you can arrange friendlys or do training.
4.Add more leagues like the Greek won and Scottish 1 divtion and more from out side Europe.
5.Make real players in scouting.
6.Change kite numbers.
7.Add more commentator for manger mode to give a bit more realistic, and make the league more realistic so its usually Chelsea, Man U, Liverpool and Arsnil who usually finish top 4, and if there is like 1 point in wining the league then make it so the commentator up date you in the scores.
8. Get basically all the country's in it.
9.Make your own teams and players for that team.
10.Give away more free kicks on lower levels.
11.This one is likely no to happen but you could have something like a Match Of the Day were they show you all the goals and have best goal of the month and year.
12.For signings have the players holding a top or scarf on a news paper.
13.Players coming up threw the youth games like under 18's.
14.Better fans and stadiums because for teams like Hibernian who are a Scottish team can site 17000 in real live but in Fifa there stands are rubbish.
15.More money for winning the cups and leagues.
16.Other teams buy more players.
1) Have the ability to change kit numbers in manager mode
2) Be able to design a new kit for your team at the end of every season on manager mode
3) Have to Russian league (for players like Zhirkov, Wagner Love, Bilyatendinov)
4) Design your own stadium (if possible, this is probably quite hard to do)
5) Have official national kits (Russia, Netherlands etc.)
6) Do a bit more work on a few players faces (Gerard Piqué, Ezequiel Lavezzi, Andrei Arshavin)

2. When you opponent scores, instead of looking hes celebrations, you should be able to make some "negative" celebrations. Like pushing your team mates or shouting to referee.

More types of stadiums (Almost all Coca Cola League II clubs play in the same stadium)
Better goalkeepers on high balls. Goalkeepers are very bad at parrying high balls from the middle line (at the beginning of games and after goals) and at parrying crosses with effect. Often they make horrible mistakes with these types of balls.
Arena mode with free kicks with walls.
Manual goalkeeper control like in Fifa 08 on the PS2.
Teams realistically change tactics. If they're behind they bring on another striker, switch to a more attacking formation and put on more pressure. In important games (manager mode), like cup games, if a team is leading they should try to maintain that lead by putting on less pressure etc.
More accurate formations of teams- some are completely inaccurate.
Better referees, referees sometimes only give a foul, no card, for challenges which would get a red card in real life. Better advantage- sometimes you score, but the referee calls you back because ýou don't have advantage.
Different atmosphere in stadiums when different teams are playing there (Inter and AC Milan in the San Siro).
Different commentators for different regions.
Keep all the commentary from 09 and add a lot of new commentary- especially specialized commentary on season progression in manager and be a pro mode, team tactics, etc.
Dutch national team license.
Champions League license.
Russian and Argentinian Leagues.
Different pitch conditions in different stadiums.
Handballs back in the game.
There should be more penalties for receiving many cards in online play- maybe rank deductions or you start a number of games one goal behind. Referees for online play should also be harsher, give a red card for a bad tackle instead of just a yellow one.
More new players in manager mode. After a few years, all the teams have average age of 29-30 years.
Referees shouldn't stand in the middle of play where they often get hit by the ball.
Using manual controls should result in more points online, as should playing against a better team.
Teams play worse when they are losing by two or more goals, and teams play better if they are ahead by two or more goals.
Incredible players are enormously overpowered- they outrun every player, and even the worst gameplayer can shoot the ball into the top corner with them. They should be toned down a bit.
More names in the commentary- for when they score, but also when they give a good pass or bypass a defender.

Make the clubs rules stand in the game theres a team in mexico called Chivas who allows only Mexican born players, you shouldnt be able to put ronaldhino on that team a true fan of the team like myself gets mad when you see something like that. remember, we who play FIFA are TRUE SOCCER FANS we take pride in the game and our teams make us proud that theres a game that does just that

In real life when a player is injured...sometimes he cannot continue playing. If there are no more subs...have one player less.

2. Multiplayer Arena - Able to have a friend or computer player playing with or against you (make it optional)
in the arena.
3. Indoor Football Mode - Make a new game mode so teams can play an indoor career. Make it
5-a-side or at least reduce the quantity of players in the team,
4. Improved Be A Pro - Give the ability to play as the goalkeeper in Be a Pro mode. Also make it
better by having stages. Start off as playing in the garden as a rookie. Build your way up to sunday
league teams, academy, reserves, professional etc.
5. More Realistic Physics - I have noticed in the replays the way the player kicks the ball is unrealistic.
The ball should be aimed more to the middle of the foot. The direction the ball goes in should depend
on how the player kicks the ball. The speed of the ball should also depend on how quickly the players
leg swings, add speed of the players movements depending on power bar. E.g. Longer you hold down
the power bar, the faster the players leg swings. If the weather is rain, make the players hair become
wet. If it is hot the kit would stick to the player and they will sweat etc. Make the players clothes bounce
as they run and make the shirt move as the legs and arms do.
6. Improved Manager Mode - Be able to choose the players numbers. Because I signed Luca Toni,
and he was numbered, 2.
7. Improve Scenery - When the player slides, make mud come off the ground and fly above player.
Leave a slide mark on the ground, to make it more realistic, for the rest of the game. Make crowd
reactions. If the ball flies towards them, make the crowd catch it or dodge it. Make the crowd stand up
and cheer a lot more obviously when a goal is scored. Make the crowd wear tops to suit their
favorite teams home or away kit. Make the crowds cheers a lot louder and make them shout towards
the referee when a foul or offside is given to the opposition. Make it so you can see the substitutes and
managers on the side line in the dug-outs and make the manager move round telling the players
what to do when you make a tactic change. Make it so you can see players warming up as they are
about to be substituted whilst you wait for the ball to go out of play so they can come on.
8. Better Celebrations - When a goal is scored at a crucial time or if it is an amazing goal, make the
take his top off or interact with the crowd; Make him slide on the knees and make the duration of the
celebration last longer (only if the goal is scored at a crucial time or if it is an amazing goal). Crucial
time means: Last minute goal, in a cup Final etc.
9. Momentum - When a player scores a goal, he will perform a lot better for a set amount of time
representing an adrenaline rush. The players will start off better and the crowd will be louder in a
crucial match.
10. New Game Modes - "Your Team" - Build your own team, create your own players and create your
own kit and progress into the higher leagues starting off in the lowest league. Develop your players
and sign new ones as you will be your own manager. "Indoor Football" - Take your favorite team to the
indoors to compete for the brand new 5-a-side Indoors Trophy. "Training session" - Play with any team
or any player in our new Training mode. This differs from the arena as this is spectacular and more
in-depth. Train dribbling by going around cones, shooting by getting given lay-offs, free-kicks by
having a still shot over a plastic wall etc. "Adidas Live Season" - Instead of making adidas live season
effect the whole game, make it into a game mode as it was annoying as it was effecting the whole
game. I was hoping it to just be a game mode in 09 when I first heard about it anyway.
11. Improve Matches - Make it so you can warm up the players before a match for more fun. Make this
new feature optional though because people who aren't fans of it can choose to just skip to the match.
Do this new feature by having the players automatically warming up and have the ability to just change
player until you get to the one you want. E.g. you're playing as a player doing shooting practice but
you want to pass, change player until you get to the players who are passing.

2.Managermode should be much more difficult, its to easy to just play a couple of seasons and then you have money to buy any player on the game, example: played with leeds united in the championship and bought c.ronaldo from man utd.

5. Get back good old training mode so its possible to learn free kicks, dribbling etc. free kick mode today is not good i think.
6. People who quits from xbox live matches should be punished much harder, most frustrating thing in the world when a you go up to 3-0 after 25 min and the opponents quits.

I have always dreamt of a FIFA Retro game where you f.example make a game that starts in 1990 with all the good old players like "gazza" cantona, steve bruce, mark hughes, brian mcclair, andrej kantchelskis and so on(very man u inspired this)and as the game progress the young players like beckham, neville brothers, solskjær and so on will come on in to the game(this has by the way nothing to do with fifa 10, but dont you people think it would be great??)
