2.you should add more football boots for player editing/creation.
3.In manager mode, you should make it so that the manager does not have a limit when bidding for a player.
i also think that you should have a reserve team as well so you have a choice to manager chelsea or chelsea reserve or youth

2. in manager mode when you upgrade your stadium manager your stadium should get bigger!!! i got to the premier league with wycombe and they still had town park as their home ground
3. also in manager mode when you sign players it show a picture of them holding your club's shirt on the newspaper
4.also in manager when you start the manager mode career you can design the manager like what he look's like, what he wears and what kind of personailty he has and when you are playing matches you can see the manager walking up and down the touchline or giving instructions
5. make the transfer market more realstic like you woudent see frank lampard going to wycombe would you?
6. and on manager mode when you win a trophy such as the F.A. cup you actually see the players lifting the trophy

Something else that also would be great is if the On-line be a pro mode got much more detailed. like that u made your own player and started out in arround 60 in normal quiality and when u were playing you gained experience and gets to level up your player. It would also work into the fifa clubs mode where the managers could offer you contracts. Some inporvement to the fifa clubs aswell would be like if there was almost a manager mode. where you could get bigger and better stadiums after a wile and desing your own yerseys and not pick an excisting team but make a total new one with you choosen name and yerseys and stadiums and all, almost like ultimate team, and you would have your stars wich would increase depending on the players you would have in your club. i think that would be great. and i hope we will see some new adidas live season leagues and a new comentary track.

New thinks that cant be to hard to add is:
* be able to edit socks on player (that u can get a glimt of in the fifa 07)
*edit player trought out the season( why so hard,when u can do it on EA NHL?)
*Good u finally got judges on the pitch:) now please, substitutes and manager:) and i mean on the stadium, not only the clips, so that it does not look like the players left the arena with only the waterbottles left:P

* even better gameplay fantasy, AI, more random chanses. best way to do that is to improve ball physic even more and how the players move with the ball and shoots!
make the starplayers more unique.
The moves, the tricks, and specially the strength!
Example Zlatan Ibrahimovic(really nice face fifa 09 btw)
make him more strong, with some special tricks and cool moves that only he does, like make him walk more on the pitch, when he doesnt have the ball...and that this special players give fear to the opponents.
the diffense doesnt attack him as hard like if he was a random player.
like u could see in the final Champions Leauge.
They were afraid to attack messi, xavi,iniesta.
because they now they can dribble them out really easy if the attack to hard.
So simply make them little bit passiv, when they meet an skilled starplayer.
There should be a greater/ better selection of national teams. No offense to any of the teams on the roster but I would not play with some of them especially the lesser known ones. I would suggest adding teams that qualify for the 2010 world cup. Great teams like Ghana, Egypt, Ivory Coast, Japan, Serbia, Mail will have many players people recognize and enjoy more.
I wouldn't mind seeing teams like shaktar, and zenit on the rest of world category.
For the game play, the advantage play should be looked at. The nearest defender to the ball should be selected when you try to defend. Hand ball rule should be considered.
World cup should be a playable tournament.
There should be a way to make sure that the person who you want to be captain is selected. Usually I just sub out the person I want to be captain then put him back in for the captain so he is now captain. But that only works if you have more than one sub available.
Maybe a system where you can instate captain, vice captain, and the third/forth choice would help.
ON PS3 MAKE A DEAL WITH PLAYSTATION TO PUT A PLACE ON THE PS3 WHERE YOU CAN TAKE INFORMATION FROM THE INTERNET TO PUT THE PLAYERS IN THE RIGHT TEAMS IF THE CHANGED TEAMS AND NEW PLAYERS. SAY THEY WILL GET MORE MONEY AND SO WILL YOU.

8.Hand shaking at start and finish of game.
9.Captains wear respect arm band.
Managers argueing with 4th officials and getting sent to the stand would also be a bonus!

I think on fifa 10 you should be able to change players boots and when you choose asponsor for your selected club it should be inserted on the kit also at the end of every season you should be able to change what the kit looks like
more animations for players arguing, make them more angrier ha ha! The referee decisions
when a foul has been committed needs to be a bit more lenient. Always calls it back for a foul even
when you score or when your through on goal. The linesman needs to be the same too. Ive been in
situations when ive been called offside but if the situation happened in real life the linesman would
never call it. They make mistakes sometimes, so they should do in the game.
Bit of leniancy on the mathematically accurate offsides maybe?!
fifa's, keep the arena in the begining were you can practise with 1 player but then also have an
option in the menu were you can practise with the whole team, this will be better because people can
practice their cross and so on with the whole team, so this is why it should have the practise area
which the previous fifa's had.

VERY IMPORTANT *IMPROVE ADVANTAGE SYSTEM!!* My word, the number of times i found myself one on one with the keeper after a great build up play and put the ball in the net only to find the ref as given me a free kick miles away for a foul where he should simply have played the advantage, this along with slow reaction of the players is the worst thing about the game which is why i would only give FIFA '09 9/10. Please EA fix this!
Better players reaction to passes, most of the times the players tend not to go to the ball as they just wait for the ball to come to them which is always pointless as the opposing players can easily take the ball away or tackleme. Players need to act and react a lot faster.
Quicker reactions to players passing the ball, it feels like an eternity from the moment i press the X button to the point were my players actually passes the ball! Which means too many offsides as i go the killer pass but cos of the delayed pass the recipient are already in an offside position even after making a good timed run!!
Other things I'd like to see:
Able to edit players - hair, boots, shirt tucked in/out, sleeves, accessories etc its so simple, I dont understand why we cant do this
Gloves and other winter gears just for added realism
Better animation with subsitutions and especially injuries! Its 2009 now we should be able to have a footy game that closely resembles the injuries we see week in week out - ankles, calves, thighs, shoulders, head injuries (from clash of heads or even flying elbows)
Able to mix and match with shirts and shorts e.g. have home shirt with away shorts
Improved goalkeeping - its getting better but theres still room for improvement, they make some erratic decisions e.g. where they should just simply catch the ball from the air rather than palm it over the bar for a corner
Be able to download latest boots, shirts etc when available during season e.g. at march/april time
Improved online server
1)In Manager Mode can answer question of the player (e.g the tactics not good, want to be on the transfer list)
2)Save & load goals (for psp version only)
3)While playing the match , we should be able to see the Manager and the subs siting on the benchs or cheering .
