in manager mode there should be news stories to build hype around matches and young players coming through youth academies[ they should add academies]. fans should look more realistic and the commentators should show an ounce of emotion or excitement at least

Get more commentators in the game,like norwegian and others..

All these comments are really good and should all be included, i've also got some ideas

My Ideas-
-All well known players from lower league teams should be made to look like them(one or two of their players)
-Players should have their own personalities and actions i.e ronaldo diving!!! and his celebrations.
-Refs should make better decisions(more realistic)
-Weather condition and time(i.e night matches) are a must. Snow,sun,rain,fog.
-More frequent realistic injuries and more time off when injured
-If injured they should be supported or carried off the pitch.
-Team medics should come on the pitch when player is injured
-When players are subbed they should interact with player coming on and interact with the bench and managers
-Change name of competitions i.e Champions league, europa league Carling cup etc.)
-All players should wear their own real boots
-download new boots monthly
-Have all variations of the boots, and a more variety of boots
-In manager mode you should be able to change players boots.
-In manager mode you should be able to change kit numbers
-Reation of being subbed, angry(walk down tunnel) or walk off pitch and clap while having a standing ovation by crowd.
-Scoreboard in gameplay having Home - Visitors.
-When promoted to premier league number and names on shirts should change.
-Able to see managers on touch line while in gameplay
-When won a competition show the team collecting and celebrating with the cup.
-In manager mode every year you get the money you started with plus the money you ended with.
-In transfers you should be able to trade players as well.
-Pre season games
-Fans should be more realistc.
-Fans should react about the game of football and players playing.
-More stadiums
-CPU should be more realistic at easier levels i.e giving away more dangerous freekicks, more dangerous tackles etc.
-Players wear different items when weather changes i.e. rain - long sleeves, gloves. sun - short sleeves. etc.
-More bend on the ball when using finesse shot.
-Commentary needs to improve and less repeatition.
-More goalkeeper kits and gloves
-InManager mode before the match you should be able to start inside the locker room seeing all the players ready for the match.
-When your not the big teams playing the premiership or any top league top teams should not be in relagation near the end like i have seen. Unrealistic!!!!!

I think the fifa10 needs:
-every stadiums if not be able to create your own and name them
-more international teams
-teams being able to go from second division to first like i pes2009
-more leagues like the argentinian first division and the mexico second division
-being able to train your team and actually do it not just simulate it
-more kits for goalies and actual kits
-more boots like adidas,concord,and nike,
-the world cup every four years
-the uefa championship
-have actual refeeres
-create your own player
-players actually breaking their legs on bad slide tackels
-medics taking the player out when injured
please use my ideas and all the other peoples ideas in fifa 10 and it will be better

I think that fifa 10 should have in manager mode, a player rating system like in adidas live season, so say if Ronaldo was overall 89, and he scored 3 goals in one game and he got a rating of 10, a green arrow would be by his name in the team management and he would go up to, lets say 91 or 92. I think this would be a great idea because, the team would reflect on how you play and how well you do in games. Thanks.

dont give so many off sides, make players dive. sort out the numbers on shirts in manager mode cos when ya buy a player they get nember 2 shirt.. more injurys in manager mode cos i get a bit sick of usin same players all the time. make it hard to sign players... make the crowd more life like, and it be good if if you could put the prices on ur players in manager mode

players should smile when they score instead of having the same face nomatter what happens

I would like to see manager mode go online. obviously this would be very complicated to produce, but mini-leagues could be created so that online users couls trade players with one another.

im sick of being told that i cant buy a player 'because the club dosent have enough players' when ive got afew players i could do without!

i would like to see the addidas live season affect the play a friend mode. also transfers should be introduced into play a friend as well.

I have 10 ideas:
1.subs warming up in tracksuit tops
2.should be able to recognise subs
3.a real manager
4.the announcements should be better i.e all squad members,subs,both teams

Here are some of my sugestions;
1. When you play champions league mode you should play with the champions league ball and you should also be able to be in the champions league depending on which team you selected in manager mode (Liverpool, Chelsea, Man United, Arsenal)
2. Boot and kit updates so you dont have the old boots or kits towards the end of the year.
3. Players are more individual in the way they dribble, shoot, tackle etc etc.
4. Every team in the top divisions of each country should have their own stadium and not share one ground, eg, Ivy Lane.
5. You get to see closeups of the manager after an important part in the match, eg, goal, red card, bad tackle etc etc.
6.You get to choose your commentators instead of them being Andy Gray and Martin Tyler all the time.
7. Referees are real and not made up names, eg. Mike Takla.
8. Players can dive and get yellow/red cards.
9. Shirt pulling from corners and free kicks.
10. Referees dont give a foul after every little touch.

I would like to see a game mode when you can pick the players you want.

FIFA club matches just like in 09 but, you can make your own kit and logo for the team with a basic builders.

tournaments for FIFA 10 clubs just like ultimate team tournaments.

trainging grounds for clubs just like on older FIFA's where anyone can join in thats in the club, selects there player and is a go with just the team members in there and an opposing teams keeper.

add champions league..... after a win of a league.. celebration cenematics.... euro cup for the tourney...i am totally against releasing a different game for cups like Euro and world cup... i dont think u sell those games that much.. its not fun as fifa... fifa fun can be greater if u add those cups in certain years... like u use to do i guess.. manager mode in pc, player's overall upgrade is better than in xbox 360.... and club teams shouldnt get to buy that many international players... usually people force them to have local players...

Every year I have been waiting for FIFA to come out with the Argentinean league, La Primera division which includes team like Boca, River, Estudiantes, San Lorenzo, Independiente, etc......... You guys should really add this league!!! Also, in FIFA 09, the players fall too easily and the driven shots always seem to rise up and miss.

add trainign mode to be a pro where you have to prove yourself first before your manager even considers you for the team, and he first lets you play in small games
arrogant and friendly teammates who dont pass or do pass regularly
show cutscenes in game where the capatin speaks with the manager while taking a sip from a bottle... manager reactions to goals, fouls, bad decisions, close shots
for be a pro allow player to choose their shoes (gloves for keepers), change their hairstyles, kit style
change the whole system with the right analogue stick.... make it a more free form dribble mode wher the player basically moves the ball in the direction of the stick instead of combo moves creating the dribble

make PC and consoles have the same engine, make keepers better(give them more realistic saves and reactions and animatiions), allow for different glove brands just like for shoes, make a "be a pro" for keepers, tv popups for some of the different leagues and competitions like barclays premier, champions league, UEFA cup, bundesliga, etc
Also make referees more lifelike and involved in play as well as sometimes partial, and late decisions and wrong decisions and all that
Make managers visible on the sideline (their reactions and all that, as well as subs and asistant coaches physiios etc) make ppl get taken off the pitch for injuries
realistic pace, sometimes slow and players walking and waiting, sometimes fast and irrational or where the ball is constantly lost
more player editting options suhc as shoes hairstyles (even in manager mode)etc

Comme je l'avais déjà évoqué dans le sujet de la Team (je sais que ça fait un peu longtemps mais suite à des problèmes internet ..), je pense qu'après 3 mois plein de Fifa 09 , je pense qu'on peut donner un avis objectif sur le jeu et rassembler nos idées au vue du prochain questionnaire d'EA à propos des qualités/défauts de Fifa 09 en vu du développement de Fifa 10 (Fifa 2010).

Fifa 09 est à mon avis le meilleur jeu de foot Current Gen , mais ses défauts et ses tares trop importants font que c'est n'est pas le jeu de foot ultime qu'on a pu connaitre avec PES du temps où il était le leader incontesté du foot virtuel. Le jeu a tout de même d'énormes qualités mais je préfère revenir sur ces défauts qui permettront de l'améliorer ( j'espère que EA n'a pas pris la grosse tête et n'oubliera pas de nous sonder).

Defauts:

Au niveau du terrain

-une IA débile, qui au lieu de jouer en équipe , joue en solo et conserve la balle pendant des "heures" pour finalement mettre le ballon en touche
-un rapport attaquant/défenseur déséquilibré , un attaquant rapide balle au pied est quasiment inarrêtable quand il est parti
- un petit temps de latence au moment de sélectionner son joueur, le joueur sélectionné à parfois tendance à faire un pas en avant , qui peut s'avérer fatal quelquefois
-un rapport physique pas toujours respecté : Ronaldinho peut faire tomber Ibrahimovic épaule contre épaule
-une inertie des joueurs encore un peu lourde
-une selection des joueurs en manuel trop aléatoire, même en martelant L1 t'as du mal à avoir le joueur que tu souhaites
-quand tu fais une passe verticale et que le joueur est à côté de la touche , le plus souvent il va la laisser passer

-Les goals sur les centres ou corners sont par moment des manchots , on a l'impression qu'ils ont peur de prendre la balle à la main, et ils ont souvent tendance à relacher les ballons
Au niveau du reste

-Le Saison Live Adidas par moment incohérent: par exemple Henry ou Eto'o ne marque pas pendant 2 matchs ils retombent à 81 un Ronaldinho ou un C. Ronaldo toujours au top malgré un début de saison moyen-bon
-Manque d'équipes internationales
-Toujours ce manque de compétition sous licence officielle (pourtant c'est le jeu de la Fifa), ou pourquoi pas directement créer des compétitions fictives (Coupe d'Afrique des Nations, Copa America..) ou nous proposer un mode Qualification qui amène à la Coupe Du Monde
-Pourquoi toujours pas de cinématique de victoire à la PES ou à la Euro, franchement gagner un titre dans Fifa t'as l'impression que t'as pas fait un truc extraordinaire
-Manque de chants (par rapport à Fifa 0 Paris et Marseille n'ont plus de chants de supporters (disparition des O' Ville Lumière et aux Armes ça fait un peu pitié de jouer avec Paris et Marseille à domicile) et quel deception de ne plus entendre le Cant del Barça au Camp Nou ou le "You'll Never Walk Alone" à Anfield
-La taille des terrains n'est toujours pas respecté tu joues au Camp Nou comme à Stamford Bridge
-4 ans dans le Deviens Pro c'est vraiment trop court et l'évolution des joueurs est exagéré avec un bon joueur tu parviens rapidement à 99
-Une gestion de la fatigue assez mal gérée dans le mode Carrière, on peut quasiment faire toute une saison avec son 11 type.
-Bancs de touche vides, pour certains joueurs de grave délits de faciès , le rapport taille/poids entre les différents joueurs n'est pas toujours respecté (Crouch n'est pas vraiment plus grand que Messi dans le jeu)
-Arbitrage malgré le patch à revoir, de graves incohérences

Voilà tous les défauts que j'ai trouvés à ce Fifa 09 que je trouve toujours très bon malgré ces défauts et j'espère que EA sera toujours à l'écoute de ces joueurs pour développer le prochain Fifa qui sera confronté au renouveau de PES. Si EA fait son enquête à propos de Fifa 09 ça serait qu'on soit plusieurs à répondre la même chose afin de mettre en avant les défauts qui gènent vraiment dans ce Fifa.

Wrong refree decisons and stuff to make it more relistic like offsides and stuff. personality comes out in celebration

I think that the players should bleed if they get a bad cut on the head.I also think there should be a lot of shots of the managers gesturing to the players and shouting at them.Also the players should have their own running styles and fight with their own team.Near the end of the game the police and stewards should start moving around the outskirts of the pitch like they do in real games.Also cut to clips of fans in pubs and at home watching the game to gage their reaction.My final point is that at the end of a tournament the players should be interviewed and showed collecting their winners medals.

It would be great to see the lower legues to every country eg. Scotland having the 1st division. Fifa 09 was a great game that's the only thing i would like to see change.

you should bring in more international teams like asian teams or oceanian teams even the clubs of them like iran national teams but updated persepolis esteglal and the nationals teams please

Should be able to interact with other players when you celebrate. Like where they put there foot on the players knee then polish it.

1. you should be able to save your videos to your hdd, like when i merk my friend i want to watch that and smile.
2. The manager mode should be improved, like injuries and player going on international duties.
3. The league table in manager mode should be more realtic, i mean fulham winning the premier league and then semi finals of champions league, thats just aint right.
4.The weather condition should be more real, like players getting dirty and grass on their faces after a tackle.
5.the captaincy result should be changed in manager mode, for example when i take fabregas off and put on ramsey he becomes the captain, the captaincy should go to the most experienced player on the pitch.
they should the names of the Ecc and Efc to the proper uefa names.
6.The gameplay should invlove midfielders and defender more, defenders dont come out for corners and basically most people online just getthe ball in mid field and just make a long through pass to the strikers and that all they do the whole match.

All the fifa players i know want to see the indoor arena of fifa 98 brought back in :)

Add Shaktar Donetsk to the Rest of the World clubs. Also, add more Russian teams, as Rubin Kazan and Zenit are now well known in the footballing world. Also on the International front, re-instate Wales in the International section, as they deserve to be there, as the vast majority of FIFA sales are in the UK. They could replace New Zealand, as NZ are lower in the World Rankings.
Also, advantages and bookings should be refined. If the play continues for an extended period of time, the player isnt booked. Also, I have noticed that sometimes the referee blows after a foul despite me having a clear advantage.
Additionally, handballs should be re-introduced. Finally, kit numbers should be made editable.

Manager mode should be more indepth
- Include mid week training sessions - these should include the reserve side so you can train the younger players to prepare them for the first side. ie at the Barcelona training sessions you should be able to include players from the Barca B team to boost their stats for when they are called up.
- In the training session have choices to do fitness, drills, tactics, set plays and practise games.
- Players form should have more effect on their stats - so if they are performing well at training their stats should rise slightly.
- Should be able to change players boots mid season.
- At the end of each season you should be able to change the kits for the next season.
- Should be able to see your manager on the side line.
- Better sub animations- have them warming up etc
- After some matchs have a press confereance instead of those random situations where you pick out of the three responses.
- When you buy a new player they take time to gel with the team so there performance may not be good for a couple of games or maybe they never gel.
- If you change the tactics of a team maybe certain players don't fit with that and perform badly. ie Ronaldinho and Deco were sold because they didnt play the way Pep Gaurdiola trained Barcelona to play
- Unique player styles. ie Messi dribbles differently to Ronaldo

i love fifa 09 rite big fan but what bothers me is tht fifa 09 manager mode gets so boring , i think there should be chairman who fire you and u should be able to mAnage an internation club. you should be able to get new kits aswell i think you should make up some kits so wen it comes to theend of 2 seasons it will come up wit an option saying change kit or not and you can edit the kit or if thts to technical you can make up a kit or several and give us the choice , and i think you should be able to recieve letters from other managers sayin tht do u wanna do a frendly or even offering a player to swap or something , it would be good to see claasical players aswell (eg kenny dalglish , pele , ) in old teams you could make on games mode old fashion league with all the old clubs , id love to see the classic liverpool :) im a big lverpool fan and liverpools kit isnt lverpool red its kindaa pinkish red inaway , I love the technology u use fifa is a claass game and u shpould be proud of yourselfs but my deas are just to possibly boost it up , id like to see manager mode more exiting like players abusing u so u can drop them or maybe like a news report or somin (eg sky sports news ) and maybe a change of chairman wen he retires or u could give the option to resign , i think if you have a look at 'ChampionShip Manager' you could get some great ideas im nt saying copy them but just have a look ,,,, I hope you can consider my ideas and i cant wait for 'Fifa 10' Plaese have some great changes From mikey thnx ever so much !!

Please please i hate when clubs like man u and chelsea or barca get knockd out by teams like monaco and marsielle i mean its ok if it happens once or twice in a while bt nt every time and in the league 2 on my game liverpool havn qualified 4 champ league for 4 seasons in a row..please beter odds 4 bigger clubs and sacking of CPU managers if they dnt play well. And clubs should approach you nt the other way around

i think that there should be an international setup where if you are successfull in manager mode over a few seasons you should get offered the chance to manage the a national team aswell,that would be amazing. Something i also noticed in fifa09 that during game play that the advantage rule does not happen which is dissapointing, that could change to be good. More stadiums.

-in manager mode, the sponser you've chosen should be on the shirt.
-have the ability to select the fans , their personality & attendence etc
-in manager mode, have the option to be able to design a kit for your team after the end of every season.
-design your own boot & ball.
- create tactics
-when doing skill moves, scissor kicks and other impressive moves, automatically switch to a special camera view in slow motion (make this an option).
-make the players reaction to the weather more realistic (hot -- they sweat and get more tired more easily, raining -- make them slip more often depending on composure, windy -- affect flight of ball)
- as an unlockable, make a streaker randomly on pitch and after do a drop ball.
