Your Ideas for FIFA 10

add mini games you can play with your mates online or on your own e.g. crossbar challenge, penalty shoot out, free-kick challenge etc...

I think more national teams all teams from central america. South america and north america.

I would like this to be fixed:
1. Like Ronaldo have, the arms tucked up, you know like he have on this picture:

2. When its bad weather, I would like that some of the players have gloves, and long arms, and when the sun is out, they could have short arms, just like in PES.

3. MANAGER MODE. Why did they remove "Edit kit number"?, and the transfer budget could be more realistic.

4. ANIMATIONS. Looks like they have Downs, or something when they are shooting. The goal-keeper should be better too.

5. MORE DIVISIONS. Would like more divisions.

id like to see a greater selection of the best football boots. for example of fifa 09, there are about 20 pairs of adiidas boots and about 4 pairs of nike!.
i think there should be an update package. we should be able to download, say if the new boots come out, we would be able to download them straight onto the game.
there also should be a world cup tournament on it , would be great!

I'd like to see fatigue accumulate when playing in seasons and tournaments. This would significantly improve the realism of squad selection and keep players from routinely just putting on their all star squads. Thanks.

I think that they should make the fans actually sing the songs of the team.
Also a think they should have all the stadiums for all the teams.

First of all i would like to point out just because xbox 360 and PS3 are the best consoles does not mean lets not try to make the others as good. Personally I have a PS2 and I am sick of seeing lower teams having hardly any money because there in a lower league as this is so unrealistic, on this subject I think clubs should be able to go into administration and have punishments as a result of this. I believe there should be more divisions from certain countries, allow squads to be bigger than 30 and include all squad members at a club as I have noticed not all teams have there full squad and reserve and youth players have been left out. Finally make sure the kits and the sponser put on for each team are correct. I am a Hartlepool supporter ans we have three strip all with different sponser; the home kit and sponser are correct but the sponser on the back is in a incorrect place. The away strip on the game is actually our third strip which has our home sponser, not even our away sponser; you can tell which strip it is meant to be but it isn't even the right colour it's red instead of oraonge.

you should be able to have the arena and be able to make your own character or personlise the players. you should have more stadiums. i think chelsea should have more money and other rich clubs. i think in tournmounts you should have the world,uefa cup, champions league and other major cups

Have pitch conditions
for example- In lower leagues the pitches will be worse so the ball should boble and not go as far, and in the higher leagues the ball should move faster and not boble.

More realistic manager mode
You can get job offers from other clubs all around the world in the middle of the season, If your team is doing well, Chairmon from other clubs can offer you a contract.
E.g- If i was managing a championship club and half way through the season i get some mail after a game saying "a premier league team would like you to take over as manager and try to keep them in the league"
and if you arnt doing you could get sacked and lower league teams can offer you a contract.
U can also resign from jobs.

i think the game play is great. i do agree that some players are under rated and that reserve players should be given more credit. my last idea is to make there be an actual transfer period, where no games are played and you can prepare for the upcoming season properly. o and lastly make the hardest setting harder world class and legendary are way to easy.

To improve fifa there are a number of things i would do:
1) be able to change kit numbers in manager mode because fernando torres changed to number 6 for some reason and i cant change it back to number 9. Also it is fun organising all the kit numbers.
2) make manager mode less dull in the menu screens by adding more pictures; they could be like news reports about other teams or a picture of team of the week...etc.
3)Add more variety to the weather in manager mode it seems to be sunny in every match, now wot are the chances of that in England?
4) bring back the visual sim from fifa 07 where you could watch the game progressing and interveen if needed.

I think it would be nice with some more leaugues and i would like you to fix the swedish teams from stockholm.

I love fifa i have bought all the games since i was little. A couple of things i would like to see are:
1) When you start off with a lower league team you can upgrade the stadium to a bigger and better one so it doesnt look silly when your in the big leagues.

2) When i was SK Brann in Norway despite winning the league numerous times we didnt qualify for the ECC its like only some leagues can? It would be nice to see that the smaller leagues can if they do well enough.

3) Be able to change player numbers again like we used too.

4) Have more "Real team" stadiums instead of Ivy Lane for most lower league teams. (in the english leagues and famous international lower leagues).

5) When you create a new player you should be able to add them to a save game you have already started instead of having to start again to include the player. They should become available in the next transfer window. And include a screenshot of their head for their picture, rather than have a player silhouette.

CALL THE CHAPIONS LEAGUE ITS REAL NAME. i hate the name ecc and its confusing. there should also be takeovers at clubs like billionaires buying clubs and finally i would like to see an option in manager mode after every season to design a new kit for your club e.g different colour and mabe even different shirt sponsor.

First thing is that the Manager Mode should be expanded and their priority should be the stats in just about everything. I can only really talk about the English leagues but you can tell someone that has no clue how the English system works has programmed it. I mean Championship winners qualifying for Europe? come on.
There should be more pre season stuff where you can sort Transfers and that, people like doing transfers and because of the windows you do not get much timw so doing it pre season would be fun also. Bring back the chemistry as a guide, it can help to see how good your team is.
Have a Manager ranking. It would be so cool to see how the team you are managing stacks up against others round the world but it has to be taken in context too, I mean you can be a brill manager in league two so this should be taking into account.
You should be able to see job offers before resigning like in real life.
Offside, Fouls still need looking at. Cut out all replays until after the game, the game is supposed to be 'live' so treat it like it. If you are online you don't want to watch your opponents replays or vice versa, if he wants to watch them after then cool but you shouldn't be forced too. There should be better animation for subs, if I bring on three then i should see three.
The glitches need addressing as well, like players sliding and the like.
GK,s should get sent off, generally they are good as is but the odd sending off would make you bring a gk in your subs no?
Better free kicks, I have only scored a handful of goals from free kicks same with shots from outside the penalty area, they are certainly more common then fifa has them, don't make them easy but make them possible.
Make players stats count for something, if he has 90 odd vision lets see it on the pitch.
How about an auto matic skill level? The better you become the better your opponents or even scrap the skill level and make it possible for the Ai to apply experience points and pick their best players and make it so they can operate in the transfer market.
Have a two player offline mm or/and an online mm where a group of people can take part.

(1) I would like to skill newer skills in the game.
(2) would also like to see medics run onto the pitch when a player is injured.
(3) I would also like to see the igger teams signing bigger players on manager mode whe they are controlled by the computer. For example chelsea attempting to buy kaka, pirlo and players like that.
(4) I would also like to be able ot bid for players when transfer window is shut, but you only get them when the transfer window opens again.
(5) Also on xbox live i would like to see it where you throw more competitions like the last one fif did.

in my opinion FIFA 2010 should have the portuguese 2º division and other ligues like the russian ligue.

i think the following will make fifa 10 the best 1 yet - to be able 2 sign new contracks with team on manager mode, let other teams attempt 2 sign 1 of your players even if u have not put them up 4 sale, all international teams, all clubs and leages, oppenant team take more shots not jus wen there inside the box, have champions leage n uefa matchs at night, every team in a big leauge have there own stadium not just ivy lane like birmingham city have st andrews as there stadium and it looks like it, the crowd need 2 be more realisk and also what i think would be really cool if u could buy like a mic 2 plug in 2 the console and u can chant what u want the fans 2 say and save like 6 chants and they ramdemly chant them, thanks

i would also like to see players lift the trophies on a podium and the winners and runners up getting meddles and when you win something all the players, including subs and staff run on the pitch.

In fifa 10 they should be a team training menu so that you can practice free kicks, corners etc so in game play you know where to aim.

I would also like to add, on manager mode on fifa 09 you dont have the option to change kit number of your players. I'm sick of my strikers getting the number 2 shirt! It just wouldn't happen in the real world.
Back to free kicks, on fifa 09 the swerve of the ball is abit too much, me personally like the swerve on fifa 08 it looked more realistic.

In manager mode, the transfer window, i found that not many clubs try to sign any of your players. you have to put them on transfer list. Also i think the values of your players dont increase enough season by season.

In fifa 09 i found its virtually impossible to score a long range shot but even with the best players on the game its still really hard.

Be a pro, Whilst playing for a club and scoring goals or creating assists and getting good ratings. They should be a transfer window where other teams recognise your performances and try to sign you which makes your value increase and become more popular.

There should be alot more variety on weather conditions. More snow in winter and more rain.

would be good to have a mode where you can increase the size of your own stadium in league mode and get more cash from gate receipts to buy new players. And get to see what stadium would look like with add ons.

I think that you should be able to do pre season matches in manager mode and also in the transfer period you should do be able to swap players and play ever day of the season even if there isn't a games

I think that there should be differnt times for games and this effects whether it is dark, light etc. There should be different weathers in league games like rain, snow, hail, stormy and think that some games should be persponed to another date if the pitch is covered in snow or water loged. i think that it should be more realistic when players get injured, so more celection of injures and different time for how long the player is injured. I think there should me more stadiums and training grounds. i think you should be able to change players kit numbers. i think that high and low ranked teams should offer you players in the transfer period. i think that there should be more cups to compeat in and also if you stay with a club you dont just start the next season straight away but you can play pre-season fixtures or pre-season tournaments. i think that when a player gets more that 4 yellow cards in a month that the player misses the next game and if a player picks up a red card he is band for a few games. i would like to see more international teams and please bring back Wales and also the chance to manage an international team. i would like to see the correct kits, players ages more notice when a player is about to retire, and to be able to have a coach by your side and that you are able to chose who you want to be your assistant for example other manages, assistants or even players. i would like to hear a celection of different commentators at different games and that they know what game it is where its a leauge match like the Premier League, a cup match like the F.a Cup and also the champions league. and lastly i would like to see more of a celection of music when your playing the game like R&B and Hip-Hop and also music to be played when you score.

hi. i would like to see improvements in the following areas:

- Firstly, the AI when auto switching players is just plain ridiculous! Something needs to be done in order for the AI to know that the player closest to the ball is the one that can make a tackle, NOT the left back when the ball is by the right midfielder.

- Getting those slow menus sorted out.

- Displaying the attributes of players all on one screen without having to scroll down 10 items to see the attribute that you want.

- Ability to alter your custom formations once the game has started.

- Ability to preload formations to the in-game-management so that you can change them on the fly while playing, as opposed to going through the slow menu system to change it; in the process wasting a game pause(in online mode)

- Having the menu stop at the bottom/top when you skip it screen by screen. Usually when you skip screen by screen (by pushing left or right at the team management screen) it jumps all the way back to the top, and you have to figure out that you have scrolled right back to where you started.

- Relative stamina needs to be introduced. A player running with ronaldo down the flanks loses the ball and then ronaldo seems to track back to get the ball back at the same speed he was while he is attacking. There is no regard to fatigue in this situation.

- Implementing a shortcut to the menu for kicktakers when a player has a penalty, freekick or corner and wants to change the kick taker. Maybe, the players should have like a 4 or 5 man shortlist, then this menu can be accessed in game without even pausing. Similar to how the quick substitution menu was in the Euro game i think(?).

- Ability to unpause when playing in online mode either during the game ( when done mistakenly) or at the half time menu or when opponent or you make the pause. Countless times i have pressed resume game in the assumption that my opponent is waiting for me, only to find out that after i pressed it my opponent is still busy with his team management and now i cant go back to alter my tactics, etc.

The crowds on fifa 09 are great, the fact the kop and stretford and shed ends sing as well as noticable away fans all in the right places, as well as recognisable club anthems being sang (apart from youll never walk alone where is that?!!)
However there is only about 10 different types of people in the crowd, and so 1/10 of the crowd do the same thing at the same time and it looks rubbish, have more crowd actions and make it so the stadium can be seen and therefore crowd can be seen when playing so if there is a bad tackle the area of the crowd jumps up and shouts.
also make it so the whole crowd bar away fans jump up and celebrate not just the singing end!

i agree with alot of the comments for manager mode,more keepers shud have their real kits instead of black,reserves should have more speed and stamina,young players in manager mode should show thier face in the stats instead of nothing,more international teams,all stadiums with their real names.my manager mode always freezes after a few seasons when im doin my best?

in fifa 2010 they should make it 10x better than 09. ea make the games slighlty less better so that they can improve it next time and make more money, but what they dont realise that if they make it as good as they can, which we all know is awesome, then would not even be competion with PES. there are so many things they can improve on for fifa 2010. on gameplay they should make the stats they give the players actually count. mainly on legendary its just really unrealistic as it gets harder the stats count less and less. i was man u against everton and leighton baines was faster and stronger than ronaldo even thought stats wise ronlado is the fastest player on the game, how can this be?? also on legendary the computers scores the worst goals ever, they score from players miscontroling the ball and giving it them and from corners neither i can anyhting about no matter how hard i try. i understand that sometimes if your a big team and play a smaller then they upset the odds, but come on if your man u, who have won the league three years in a row and if you buy world class players to make them even better and you go and destroyt chelsea 5-0 at stamford bridge, then playing fulham, a good team dont get me wrong, and losing 2-1 after dominating the whole game, its the most infuriating aspect of fifa, undermining all the realism they plough into the rest of the game. also an abiltiy to change kit numbers in manger mode, save goal replays to the hard drive. and make players have individual style, all the strikers do not have the same shooting and running style, all midfileders do not always try the same passes, they are all robots with a players skin on them, make it so palyers like messi produce the unexpected and change a game, and kaka can strike a thunderbolt from 30 yards out of the blue, another feature that needs work, shooting from long range, players do not aim for the keeper when they shoot from far out, so why on fifa do they. 1 in 25 shots will go in and even then you have to be a brilliant palyer to pull it off. in real life i someone like gerrard sees a chance from 30 yards then he is not afraid to shoot and aims for where the keeper isint otherwise whats the point in shooting, and to make a mockery of the fact when you sim a game the goals are all from outside the box and regularly near the halfway line, why cant i do that?! also they should make it so that you can find whta players are doing in other leagues, every year in real life a striker bursts onto the scene and scores for fun, you should be able to find them and but htme, players like edin dzeko and mario gomez, good players come out of nowhere in real life and you shouldnt have to wait fro the new fifa to geth them to be good. there is so much more but cba xx

I think fifa 2009 was spectacular but I had the 1st Ukrainian league and 2nd league Portuguese OR 2nd LIGA MEXICANA but that was what I wanted and more others but what I think and should be the way of a President team and the way coach wanted it podesse train or a selection and you should choose another team to train a team or more make a contract with us (as a coach) the way PRO AT THE END OF THE SEASON BUT must play as a player We played as a coach AND THAT the arbitrators or alseliares COMET some errors such as: A PLAYER BEING OUT OF THE GAME AND DO NOT MAKE OUT OF PLAY, NOT FREE AND NO MARKS.

Fifa needs to sort the advantage rule out and let play run when you are through on goal so annoying also there should be a button you can press to bring your keeper up on corners not just do it auto.

Seeing that the World Cup is gonna be in South Africa, might as well put the PSL league in FIFA10 eg. Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates, Supersport United, Ajax Cape Town etc. It will promote soccer in Africa even more. Just an idea...

I think that FIFA 10 should include the ability to dive as, in football it is a big thing that happens e.g in the Spanish, English and Itallian leagues. On PES (pro evolution soccer) you can do it. I also feel that the loss of fatigue during matches is unrealu=istic as in a week you regain that ability.
