i think that you should include the chance to choose a retaliation to a tackle, for example if a player does a bad tackle you should be able to choose to get into his face, walk away in disgust or barge into him as you walk past etc.

There should be the practice mode where one is able to take set pieces (free kicks, corner kicks etc) as well as editing the kit number in manager mode (it really looks of when guys have #50 and so on)

I think that instead of the clock stopping at 90 mins it should carry on until the whistle is blown, this would make it look more realistic.

bring back editable squad numbers, i hate a top striker player with the number 2 shirt.

Fifa 10 should include more african teams like Nigeria, ivory coast, ghana. Also it should have a eufa championship mode and world cup mode.

i would love to see an online manager mode where everybody manages their onwn team and can bid with other players for the squad members. obviously there will have to be a lot of leagues but maybe based on your time zone players can be placed in different leagues. with the online manager mode you wouldn't play the computer but would play against the other players in the online league. the creation of the kits and clubs can be incorporated with this

1) You should be abled to create a team and put it in manger mode and put it online.
2) Create your own stadiam.
3) Create your own kit.

i thnk that with fifa 09 they have created a great base to work on for the follow up,however there are a few tweaks i would like to see which could enhance the realism of the game.
1) trophy celebration. on previous fifa's and on pro evo when you won a cup there would be animations showing the team getting their medals and lifting the trophy. Bring this back!!
2)also if possible it would be good to actually name the cups and competition in manager mode, you have jpt but not champions leage??
3)weather. why take something out that was there previously,especially when your now working on a better system to the ps2. we need visual rain,(not just people wet),snow,fog etc, also tie the players cloths in with the weater. as were shown in the fifa09 video at the begining arsenal playing in the snow with fabs wearing gloves,but its not in the game... come on!
4) able to ammend created player details mid season. its frustrating when u get bored and want to change the hair and want there boots to match the kit colour( this may sound abit ocd but im prob not the only one who thinks this)
5) also being able to change shirt numbers, having 2 number 7' on the pitch just doesnt work!
6)realistic sponsors. in manager mode id like to have a good sponsor like sony or emirates... not a bloody gym!!
7)keep the arena. spot on with that, but add things to it, like arena challenges or mini traning games, like dribbling round cones or free kicks with fake walls etc
8)stadiums. there needs to be more top leage stadium for multiple countries.also if you not able to have lower divisions stadiums(i.e leeds,newcastle) have a wider variety of non specific grounds. how come everyone who plays in leage 1 have dismal stadiums backing on to some houses.also have better crounds aswell. looking at the crowds which have been created for ps3 games such as virtua tennis 09 and major league baseball where is plenty of room for improvement.
9) increase the life span of be a pro,possible making it harder to get yourself established as a world player, after 2years im barca captain COMON!!
10) more celebrations.possible team celebrations- make them easier to do as well, possibly change the controls to button sequence rarther than anologue movements.
11) seasonal update- long shot here but it would be good if you could download a patch at xmas to encorporate the mid season transfers. hate playing liverpool with keane there,just pisses on your bonfire.

All the weather conditions like players getting dirty in the wet conditions unlike fifa 09 and players wearing gloves an long sleeves for winter

include prominent international teams such as Egypt, Algeria. teams like china or new zealand pale in comparison to these north african teams. there are no african leagues, al ahly from egypt was in club world cup and has won the african club championship many times. why is cameroon and ivory coast in the game and not egypt even though egypt has won the african nations cup the past two times. Not to mention egyptian players are getting a lot of play in europe. Mido and zaki on wigan, shawky on middlesbrough as well as zidan playing in germany (was on werder at one point)

Bring back in changing the players numbers in Manager mode and exhibition mode and make all the players boots real.

the manager mode shud be realistic like real life, it wud be gd if we had options to choose a quick season playing matches wenever we want orbeing able to choose a season which only allows u to play one match a week like real life football. this option shud have all the characeristics of real life such as training sessions with the team which improves ur players at the level u will want, the conference league shud be available for everyone. the commmentators shud have updates to say different things cuz it gets really annoying to listen to the same words. if we get angry at the referee, we shud be allowed to hit them or slide tackle them and get a red card. In FIFA 10, there should be:
-training mode (but still keep the arena mode)
-something like an anger bar (for example, wayne rooney gets angry very easy)
-some better celebrations
-better physics in gameplay
-people like lionel messi should have a lot better control of the ball etc.
-better goalkeeping
-challenging for a high ball has to be improved
-being able to bend driven free-kicks (example, put dip on a driven shot like c. ronaldo)
-better free-kicks
-players like maradona, pele etc. in the classic xi team
