Instead of just having the squad say reserves have a reserves team for each club so they still play eachother and earn experience but only say half the experience of proper matches.
Also have a youth team with the same principal as above. These teams can either be playable or given to your assistant to handle. The assitant can then give a report on who he thinks should be promoted to first team, reserves etc.

The ability to loan out players with a contract on a minimum amount of games to play for the club. So then they actually play games.

Introduce affiliate clubs such as creating an affiliation between manchester city and perth glory. Allowing easier transfers between them.

Make the whole transfer window harder. So often i can get ronaldo with no objections but as you can see fergie doesnt want to get rid of him.

CREATION
Be able to create a player with a better overall. Have a cap so for a player between
15-17 can be a max of 67
18-20 can be max of 76
21-22 max of 84
23+ max of 90
this would allow the ability to create a player with a realistic overall for their age.

Also have the ability to have merchandise, post match interviews and tell players what you think about there performance.

Contracts should have more negotiable clauses such as a release clause if a certain price is offered for a transfer or even a goal clause to set that if the player scores less than the set amount of goals the club can terminate the contract before it expires.
Definately pre-season matches aswell which allows more time for transfers.

Scouting results should return real names. eg. a player from england should have an english name not an eastern european name and vice versa.

And im not japanese but add the J-League, and the japanese national team as well as the russian league. In fact add more national teams. say the top 50 at the time of production.

1. i think that fifa 09 is pretty good. but if you are doing poorly at a club or you dont like it you should be allowed to leave. but you should limit this to like every 2 seasons or something you can resign.
2. in the free roam arena, there should be a button that lets you put a wall thing where you want to take free kicks so that you can actually practice them.
3. you should be able to change a players hair because it annoys me sometimes say if rooney ever grew out his hair then like he'd still have short hair in the game.
4. when you create a player, the highest he should be able to start out with is like 77 or something because i never want to play with my own created player because hes always 50 or something.
5. i think as a manager in manager mode you should get job offers from other clubs and like have things sayin that other managers have been sacked or resigned and they are offering you the job.
6. i think that the fitness should already be upgraded i think that is a waste of time because i am having to waste meaningless money just so the players are fit. in real life their always fit their not dead after a week they recover.
7. i also think that maybe not now but like maybe like in fifa 12 or 11 that like you make a chairman mode, and i know this sounds stupid but some people dont like transfers but jus want to play and i think like you can make it so that you can play the games and like the manager picks the team and stuff and you just play and if you keep losing after 3 months or something you can fire him. i also think that like during the transfer window the manager buys players and you play with new players and you can tell him what players to sell and get. that could be interesting

i think we can all agree fifa 09 has one big dissappointment to it. before it came out there was hype about be a pro season and i think us fans imagined the be a pro season to be better than it is. there should be alot more glamour and off pitch stuff like instead of gaing exp through matches get them through training and dont set missions for matches. repution that should be earned by off pitch stuff like doing auto graphs and going out partying(obiviously being a football games you dont actually see urself partying u jus pic it) these choices should have an influence on your career like if you party you get popular more team notice you however your manager approval goes down and you go on bench for the next match and on also when your on bench instead of skippin the match show dug out view till you get substituted on etc... fifa 09 concentrates too much online play and should focus more on off line play be a pro should focus a footballers lifestyle on and off the pitch

I think that on the new version of FIFA you should be able the see the manager and players on the sub bench.

You should be able to change players kit numbers in manager mode ( i bought Kaka for Liverpool and he was number 33 that sucks)

In manager mode you should be able to sign up youth players to you first team

Players in your first team that are not in the starting 11 or on the bench, then they should play in the reserves, so they still get XP points and improve

Oh ya one more thing, in manager mode have a month or so before the community shield in order to have more time for transfers and set up friendlys or friendly competitions eg Emirates Cup, Amsterdam Tornament. Proper licensing on Champions League (Wishful thinking) and if you want to push the boat out then be able to managed national teams also which would also need World Cup, Euros, etc. ps. please sort out the last of the licensing problems eg. The Netherlands national team, never the same as the real names! and as everyone else has said more stadiums please! we are all very demanding of EA !

Don't know if this has been mention before but I think a good idea would be if, when the ball goes out of play there should be no break in play, as in no reset of player postions just like the recent addition of this to goal-kicks. Plus once the ball is out of play you should be in charge of how quickly the player runs for the throw-in in order waste time or catch a player out of position. eg. the right back runing quickly or taking his time, plus obviously a time limit of 6 seconds or more maybe as with goalkeeper kick outs. I want it to be more realistic when you hit the ball for eemple if you dont hit the ball the ball should be going as a sockroll and not just wide and far over the goal.

After playing all the fifa games fifa 09 has done it but i have got an idea people will like. While playing pro season i had an idea where pro season can be a career mode and you are able to choose player, coach, assisted manager or manager. In this mode you can only select low league teams. this mean all top clubs will be locked. when you select a low league team you want then it will ask you to create your own player and position. Again the players on the team you will not be able to use either. you start your career with that player and build him up. once the player retires. Once player retires you go on then to becomer a coach or manager. the choice is yours. You will get a message to state where there is vacancies and then you can apply for them. Once in management career you then go onto manage the teams until you are 70 yrs old

CREATE MODE
*create teams (uniforms,flags,etc)
*create boots (starting with different shapes of boots or with the base of a boot like predator and u can change the colors to make an unique boot)
*the boots like mercurial has a lot of colors and in fifa09 just has one
*more boots (please add the nike mercurial SL)
*create stadiums (colors,roofs,grades,lights,the type of the net,etc)
*create a tournament(the country or the continent that teams will play it, create the trophy with different shapes colors etc)
*create a manager (cloths, thin or fat,etc)
*create a player(more hairstyles,more everything and you can choose his running, free kick and penalties styles cuz' all the player run like C.Ronaldo)

well the details are very important:
*more leagues (if you can put all of them)
*a select mode that shows the commentors and you can choose them (because is very boring listening the same commentors over and over again)
*the world cup
*more tricks
*personal celebration and personal tricks like C.Ronaldo cutting behind his leg
*when a match starts the players must stay in one line with the kids not runing to the field
*UEFA champions league with the principal theme
*when you win something like a cup put the awards ceremony (the player receives the medal, touch the cup walking around the stadium with the cup)
*when the ref add for example 2 min i would like that those mins count
*when you fall down the uniform must be dirty
*when it’s rainning the uniform must be wet
*after match if your team win, make different celebrations not the same again and again
*after match exchange jerseys
*when the player is injured in the match put the medical staff with the stretcher
*when a match is starting i would like that the captains give each other the shield of their team
*in a tournament the jersey must has the patch of the tournament
*during a match starting to rain or snowing
*if the weather is too cold the players must play with long sleeves and gloves
*put the reserves and the manager in the field (sitting in the doghouse)
*edit the kits in every season(colors,position of the sponsors,changing the emblem of the team like man.utd did putting a white shield in the background)
*showing the fans celebrating a goal in the stadium
*if you win a tournament if you put the awards ceremony (plz plz plz recieving the medals the captain lifting the trophy the fireworks and papers with the colors of the team etc) the podium will be in different locations like 2007 Champions league with man utd the podium was in the grades

BE A PRO mode(its one of my favorite modes) :
*the mode must be end until the player’s retire
*the player can make press conference
*an animation that shows the player coming to the airport,hotel and the bus with other players (at visit team) and coming with his car at the stadium (at local team)
*training mode in be a pro
*give interviews
*give autographs
*get sponsored
*if you get sponsored for example Ronaldhino is sponsored by nike and in be-a-pro mode if he get sponsored by adidas he should use adidas boots like predator,adipure,etc
* if you are the best player of the year go to the awards ceremony and recieve the golden boot or the golden ball etc
*at the end of the be a pro mode ends with a obligatory match that at the end of this shows the player claping, changing the jersey, crying etc
*if you create a player put the face of the player like others not the white body
*when a team buy your player put an animation with the player recieving the shirt on a press conference
this will be the best game ever if you put all this things thank you the gameplay is excellent but the game needs more details

first, i think for the ps3 & xbox 360 versions, you should be able to change the kit numbers of your players in manager mode.
i also think that you should be able to have downloadable classic squads. eg arsenal 03/04 ETC. i also think that there should be more customizable player options in creata a player. eg. free kick style, running style and penalty style. kind of like pro evo but better cos it's FIFA. in general more player sutomisation.
aswell you should be able to create tournaments within manager mode, such as Emirates cup and have pre season friendlies.

I enjoyed playing fifa 09 and it would be great to have the croatian league. you should be able to have a wall to practise free kicks in the arena. Fix up Luca Modrics face. have an international competition. you should be able to fix up the looks on proffesional players.

Put in the asian champions league and international womens teams. Players having to leave to play for their country again and bring back the youth academy!

I rate when makin subs you should be able to see the managers and the bench... I also think you should be able to pay money to phyisos during injury to up there recovery speed. Because South Africa is hosting the 2010 world cup it wolud be fitting that that psl is introduced. I would also like to see ther refs making mistakes regarding penaltys/fouls/offsides and for it to be noted by the commentators.. As it does happen in real life. I also would like to have the option of being a player or a manager and we have to organise transport, take players to fixtures, book them into hotels, take them to practices, etc.. This will help us live the lives of players/managers and definatley will push up your sales.

fifa 09 is good but there are one or 2 things i would like to see in the next fifa game:
Pay more attention to clubs outside the premier league and top 4 (We dont all support top 4 clubs!)

put more importance on derbies and not just ones in the premiership. i was livid when the sheffield derby was given no importance at all on fifa 09

more stadiums

different weather and night games corresponding to time of year

better soundtrack, more famous tunes please!

better atmosphere and crowd graphics, especially on games of high importance (Derbies, Cup finals, Promotion games e.c.t)

and finally try and pick up on all those little things that make football great, pitch invasions after promotion, the odd streaker and the crowd more interactive (like if a ball goes flying over the bar, the classic WHEY!!!! chant)

They should encorparate like fifa manager with the game so you can build stadiums and generaly have more involvement in how the club is run rather than just playing the matches

fifa should actually be called fifa 2010 rather than fifa 10


they should add conference teams in because i'm fed up of waiting for stevenage to go up every year to league 2

i also think the soundtrack should be played with the now cd like now 70 becase most people like the songs on the now cd and they should make the music louder because ithe music was qiet on fifa 09

1) i think you should be able to edit kit numbers in manager mode like before but on fifa 09 for example you sign cristiano ronaldo and his number is always number 2

2) updates online for updated kits and boots that wern't added

3) the colour and looks of people's skin should be better like for example ashley young's face is just a plain black face and you could easily make him in creation zone thats how bad it is

4) in manager mode you should be able to ask the chairman for more money like abu dhabi at manchester city is rich.

5) there should more international teams like ivory coast,trinidad,faroe islands or they could just do international ranked teams up to 50 or 100 and a world cup like 2010

6) add the rory delap throw in

7) the crowd should look real and not like paper and on fifa 09 they all jump up at the same time and they are like scare crows


these are things that you shuld improve on and try to make it as close to the real football as possilble

thoroughly enjoyed fifa 09 this year. have played it non-stop with my uni mates for months now.
many a discussion has arisen between us about the pros and cons and though mostly pros we came to the conclusion that:
1) it would be brilliant to take the idea of classic XI a step further and have a few selected legendary teams from the past such as the Man Utd team with cantona or the Arsenal team with overmars,viera,petit,henry etc.
2) the referees do need some work, the offsides are too strict and are always late, the advantage rule is a good idea but can sometimes be a bit ridiculous and the referees dont always follow official ruling such as the dismissal of a player who has fouled when last man which is a straight red card offence.
3) we also would appreciate the skills being more accesible. the variety and complexity of the skills in fifa 09 is fantastic and makes the game more enjoyable but i have yet to find someone who has truly mastered them and to to make these skills more simple to utilise would definetly enhance the game.
