2.the crowd should be a way more realistic.if a blue team plays the most of the crowd should be blue with flags and other stuff and so on.
3.you could start getting playeres that play good to be taken to the national team wenever thre is a world cup or something like that .
4.yuo sould have a MUCH MUCH MUCH more realistic ball teqniques so you can create own moves just by moving it in different directions.

There also should be a Free Agents area where players released from their contracts can go- rather than leaving them in the reserves, where they take up room where new players can go!
Player kits should get dirty when playing in the rain

Should be able to edit almost everything about a player except stats

When creating your own player you can upload a picture of your self and set it as the face of your player
Long sleeves should be able to be rollled up e.g like C. Ronaldo
More realistic substitutions eg. show the players warming up and ref assistant holding up board with numbers coming on /off. also have more than two commentators. have 4or 5 to choose from.
when you make your own team have realistic kits to choose from e.g nike,umbro,lotto, adidas and puma, or have the choice of designing your own.
and make the fans more realistic and the police they look like a piece of cardboard
there should be international duties so a player cant play for your team
put the champions league in the game not ECC (like pes 2009)
add more classic teams you could put 60's man utd etc

arrange friendlies at the beggining of a season in manager
with Manager mode:
-as has already been suggested - let players own preferences and decisions play a bigger part. have them put in transfer requests when they're not happy, and the decisions you make the impact on your relationship with the player, the team as a whole, the press, and the team who want to buy the player (using Ronaldo -> Real Madrid as an example). Perhaps a deteriorated relationship with the rival club would lead to more difficult transfer negotiations in the future?
- actually involve the managers of other clubs. the uproar surrounding managers leaving is a highlight of the football season, and one i think Fifa could exploit to make a more realistic game. A manager from another club could leave, and as a result the team could begin seriously under performing (like Chelsea just after Mourinho left). again, more involvement with the press.
-Team chemistry should be brought back into play, and perhaps in a bigger way than it has been in the past. it could be effected by such things as managers leaving, new players coming in, old players leaving, changing formations, how good the relationship with the individual players is etc. For example if a player is really not happy at your club he could end up doing a Berbatov - refusing to play until he gets a transfer. Team chemistry would tie in with improved intelligence of the players (no, don't laugh) when it comes to making runs - if they're not happy they wont make the effort, the wont make the runs that the other players are expecting = decreased team chemistry.
- the press again - more situations in which interaction with the press is involved, and more serious consequences when it all goes wrong. a problem i've found with the current FIFA games is that once you've played through a season or two, the decision making element almost completely disappears, and you find yourself simulating entire seasons in a day and not once coming across a decision that has to be made. those decision-making opportunities that are present are far too simple, and far too reptetetive. i don't know how many times i've had to 'keep the high ground' or something of the sought after a confrontation with a Manchester City manager (nameless manager it might be added, this could be changed also)
- more realistic introductions of new players. those that are introduced usually have exactly the same names as older players, usually older players who have retired during the course of a manager mode game. on top of that, an inordinate amount of super-skilled youngsters seem to find their way to the Coca-cola leagues 1 and 2, and other teams with a very low league standing. whilst often top players have been scouted from smaller clubs, the current system does take it a little far.
-again as has already been suggested - bring back the option to make your own teams from scratch.
- the ability to leave a club mid-season should be included. perhaps texting your resignation is a little far, but if things aren't going your way or the owners are not giving you the money you need or w/e you should be able to kick up a fuss. this could be tied in with the press-relations system. if the press like you as a manager then they will stick up for you, if they don't then they'll make it more difficult for you to get another job.
- serious injuries should be included. i've never had to deal with anything like what i would consider as 'injury problems' as a manager in Fifa
moving on to Be a Pro...
- very, very repetetive currently. i think the Be a Pro system has potential to be a really great game mode, even a game of its own at a stretch. there should be far more detail to it. you should start off as a youngster playing for a made up youth team (made up to save the effort it would take to go around getting details from all the teams like Higham Colts or some other under team. you can then progress, once you're good enough, to be scouted by a club. if you're lucky (and talented) it;ll be a bigger club, more often it will be a lower league club like MK Dons or someone of the sort, and again you have to prove yourself and then you can get transferred to a bigger club etc. etc.
- take the game on and off the pitch. it will make the game seem far more varied than it does at present, where you warp onto the pitch, play for five minutes, win by some stupid margin and then warp off the pitch again. access to other areas of the ground, such as the technical area and substitutes bench during a match, would be a nice feature, and then after a match you can walk around a little deeper into the stadium, or back to the team coach after an away match.
- if you're being brought on as a substitute then you should be able to control the warm up along the touch line youself for as long as it takes for the manager to either send you on, or think about sending you on at least. some sort of meter system could be implemented - the more and the better warm ups you do, the better you'll be prepared for the match, as in your movement speed, reactions, and chances of getting injured.
- decision making should be implemented in this mode too. if, for example, a reported approaches you asking you if you're happy at the club or looking for a transfer, you should be able to control what you say in response. Again, the response you give will improve or worsen your relationship with various members of the team, be it fellow players, or the manager himself.
- the ability to choose where you move to at the end of the season, as is currently the case, should be scrapped. it is not realistic. the most you should be able to do is hand in a transfer request, and highlight the team you would prefer to move to (assuming they want you) but from that point onwards it should be out of your hands. if it is successful then you may get your transfer, otherwise it may result in you being left on the bench as a punishment.
- another element of decision making would be, for example, what you do if you go out to a club or something. frequently players make headlines for all the wrong reasons when they go out on these occasions, perhaps the msot recent being Steven Gerrard facing a court hearing for his actions. these incidents will again tilt the favour of the press and others towards you one way or another.
- when on the pitch you should have a certain element of decision making also. you should be able to protest against a decision you feel has gone against you, or if you feel you have been fouled you should be able to make a point of it. of course, a degree of care should be taken because of the respect programme - too much protest and you'll be carded.
on to general gameplay....
- better physics, obviously. i have not yet discovered a way to make the ball dip when you take a long shot, which are more often than not completely ineffectual because if you actually get enough power behind the shot to worry the keeper, the chances are the ball will have floated into orbit before it reaches the goal - the ball physics are, i'm sure, not realistic at the moment. if floats far too easily, the ability to drive very powerful shots low should be included.
- free kicks - not currently possible to pull off a Ronaldo (last season) free kick, again because of the lack of dip.
-diving - disgraceful though it is, i believe EAs motto has been "if it's in the game, it's in the game" and so the ability to dive should be implemented. it shouldn't be easy though, and perhaps should be tied in to a character trait/skill - the higher the skill level the more convincing the dive will be. still, more often than not the dive should be ingored, and occasionally carded if it really is blatently obvious
-Be a Pro camera angles - not entirely sure how this would be done control wise, but the camera for Be a Pro has always been something of a big for me. it's manageable, but could be better, i think perhaps first person is the way to go? with the option to look up and down (at the ball, and up the pitch) and also left and right, making it easier to pick out your team mates with a cross or a pass which would otherwise be luck and guesswork.

-training mode in be a pro, can be used to improve skills, and also build a better relationship and team chemistry with the manager, coach, and fellow players
that's about all i can think of at present...

3. Live every day so you can; make more negotiations, watch other teams matches, watch your youth teams
4. Better youth systems; be able to sign players and put them in the youth team and reserves, get weekly feedback on the players performance (match ratings)
5. Be able to send a scout to watch a certain player, or to compare 2 or 3 players.
6. Make it take longer to sign a player to make it more realistic. Make a bid first, then a medical, then negotiate a contract with a player and possibly international clearance.

8. Players have different personalities which can effect them off the pitch
9. Have to deal with off the pitch problems e.g Joey Barton being put in jail
10. Be able to apply for jobs whenever they are avaliable or offered to you

3.When making players the comentator should be able to say there correct name
but there is ALWAYS something missing, and what i really want to se in FIFA 10 is:
1. Manager Mode
- in transfers, make players wanna join your team/club, and players wanna go to other clubs.
- Make a new mode Called Create a Team in manager mode. You get to create your own teams, kits, stadium etc. And when that’s done, you can choose which country/league, which will actually be really cool. You start with a low budget, which can be build up, buy having sponsors, cups, transfers, while playing you should olso be able to build your stadium a lot bigger, as long as you got the money.
2. Be A Pro Seasons
- Be A Pro (BAP) was a bit disappointing.
This year, you shold make it 15 years like manager mode/Carreer, and it should contain all the big cups, like Champions League, UEFA Cup, World Cup, Euro Cup, African Cup of Nations, Asian Cup etc.
- When you start a Be A Pro Seasons, you should start off with some Drills. That should be a cool way to get your starting stats. and your stats will depend on how well you do in the drills.
- Drills:
Dribling/Skills
Shooting/freekicks/passing
Taktiks/team work
Fitness (speed, stamina, strength, etc)
- When you get to be a Captain, you should have some kind of Charisma, which will affect your relationships with the players on the field, but not to much.
3. Creation
- When you create your own player (in be a pro, and not in be a pro (team management) there should be tons, tons of possibilities to choose from, like:
- Face Physics, should be improved
- a lot of hair styles like Cristiano Ronaldo, ronaldinho, messi etc
- many many accesories (hair bands, finger tapes, double ancel/ankel tape, just like Cristiano Ronaldo and other players
- and many boots, a lot more boots than FIFA 09 had
like Nike Mercurial Vapor IV in many different Colors.
4. On the Pitch
- The Crowd/supports should be a lot more “alive†than in FIFA 09. They should get into fight with other supporters, a lot of chants. they should go “BOOOO†when the oppussion team has the ball, og they should go, “OHH†when missing a chance or “YEAH†when scoring. They should also throw something at the players, when Rivals playing agains each other. And some Flares to.
- The pitch looks kind of empty, when looking. It should be more like Madden 09, which is full of medics, subs, coaches, press, etc.
5. Stadiums
- We should get a lot, lot more stadiums, than FIFA 09… about 50-70 stadiums.
6. Teams/leagues
- There are some missing National teams in FIFA 09, that defenetly should be in FIFA 10 like, Morocco, egypt, macedonia, etc…
- And the others leagues, like the russian, and the south american leagues.
And have the manager get pissed if you get a red card, or see him on the pitch yelling etc… and have the players get in small fights, with the reffs, when getting booked… which will make you “escape a booking, or make it worse… and fights with the players, when getting a rough tackle… and the goal net, should be moving really realisticly, and the goals… and make the dribbles better and maybe more advanced, and have all the Cristiano Ronaldo Tricks…. and when you create your player, you get to choose, shooting style, dribble style, etc…
2. more weather conditions - rain, snow, windy, sunny etc. - you also should be able to adjust the weather setting for e.g. you will has a bar you move to say how heavy you want the rain,snow like custom team tactic is fifa 09 you can adjust it, for heavy rain you should place the tab all the way to the right to get heavy or all the way left for very light(Light Rain/snow - Medium Rain/snow - Heavy Rain/snow).
3. player kit get dirty when playing in rain and also grass stain.
4. realistic injures - have blood, if the player heads the ball and connects with another head he should hold thier head in pain depending how hard the contact was. if it was not that much contact he will get up.if there was lots of contact the player will have blood. there should also have more injuries and the player react to the injuries that they get for e.g. head injuries he should hold his head, toes injury he should hold his toes etc..
5. Backpass/manual pass - you should be able to backheel the ball to a player behind you more easily whenever you want, not just when whenever the computer wants, so have a manual pass that you can pass it wherever you want too, pressing the manual pass button back will have him backheel it to a player behind.
6. Training mode where you can train
7. better crown reaction - they should sing, shout their play names etc..
8. Edit - should be able to edit the player boots and other stuff e.g. change colour.
- at the start of game you should also ave a toss for the kick off and sides instead of the home team having kick of all the time.
- you should also ave player number edit in manager mode
- also make manager mode more fun like having preseason tournaments and like the commentators commenting on the manager e.g his position in the league his current form and also the changes hes made in his line up and for a bonus having the commentator discussing the prev result

2. Players should react to the climates and wear gloves during winter and short sleeves etc during the summer.
3. When a player goes down injured and has to come off, the medics carry him away.
4. The simulation should be better for substitutions. You should see the two players embrace and the player coming off be congratulated by the staff. Or if he feels he shouldn't come off then he should storm down the tunnel.
5. There should be a new meter. The anger meter. Each player is given an anger rating. For example Wayne Rooney's anger point would be higher than that of Brede Hangelenad. And when the player is irritated (poor tackle made on him, or his team is losing) then there aggression gets higher. If the anger meter gets too high then they act out. As the player you have no control over the acting out, and your player could well be sent off as a result.
6. Managers and staff should be visible from the game field.
7. You should be able to edit any player on the database.
2. When you transfer players you should be able to swap and also loan players for 2 seasons.
3. There should be a Ghana and a Côte d'Ivoire national team.
4. You should include the Estadio Bernabeu.
make updates of shoes and shoe colours.
make the stadium much more alive than they are in fifa 09 , the are like grey and boring. ( make red smoke in the audience .ex. )
get the rights to champions league , like in PES.
faster reaction to the dribbles and the controls.
2. at least put ahly and zamalek in the rest of the world and the egyptian national team
2. Possibly a create-a-team mode where you design everything like the stadium, kits, sponsors, etc.
3. Get rid of the custom celebration. It sucks.
4. Make transfers harder.
5. In, transfer mode, be able to swap players, get players for free, and be able to choose how long you have them on loan

More realistic player faces even try to get the lesser known players to look like they actually do, not just a generated person.
In manager mode be able to trade players not just buying and selling.
5 a side mode would be awesome in addition to that maybe in a online mode 5 vs 5 on you could be the goalie in a view directly behind the goals and you will pull of the saves and stuff.
When you create players on ps2 the players don't look as "brushed up" as the other players.
I know this is a big advance but would be awesome if you could a online mode where you can get like a thousand players playing for every different club managing them like if i was managing everton, and a mate was managing barcelona a we could verse through the champions league, so like a 1000 people each managing a club.
Maybe like a tatics coach where it runs you through some tactics and running plays and strategies to use in different situations.
2. Have the players warming up behind the linesmen.
3. Have real life referees.
4. On the transfers, make the price of players more realistically. Following this, the clubs should start with more realistic sums of money, e.g. Man City should start with A LOT of money as tehy are the richest club in the world.
5. Be able to take players on trial and consider buying them.
6. Change teh transfer system totally, I think it's too simlpe and too easy to obtain players because all you have to do is offer the highest possible amount and tehy are basically part of your team straight away. Which leads onto another point of being able to offer the player whatever amount you want to instead of having a limit.
7. Have a draw for the next round of a cup or a group stage of a european competition,etc.
8. Have the world club cup championship.
9. Have transfer rumours and speculation.
10. If a player scores a quality goal that wins them the cup, have them celebrate by taking off their shirt.
11. When a team wins the cup have them being awarded medals and the trophy and do the lap of honour, etc.
12. If weather gets too severe, e.g rains to hard and teh pitch gets waterlogged have the match abandoned.
13. Have a special difficulty- 'Cup' difficulty. This is used only in manager mode in all cup competitions to make results more realistic and have cup shocks such as premier league teams going out to lower league teams.
14. Include the Blue Square Premier.
15. Have the players hair dripping wet if its raining
16. have a proper start to the match- players walking out the tunnel with mascots, etc.
17. At the end of a successful season, have other club teams offer you a job.
18. 2v2 online
19. Have the camera on the 4th official when a sub is being made and have the person being replaced being thanked by the staff and manager or have them storm off down the tunnel if they didnt want to be subbed.
20. Have training sessions to improve players' ability
21.In the transfer windows have a continue button to select which will go through each day that period to have more time to get players to join your team.
22. FINALLY, Have the game called 'FIFA 2010'
This would really add to the excitement of gameplay. Instead of usually pressing X all the time and getting to the actual game, gamers will be interested in what the commentators and fans think of their progress. This would also be more realistic as games are seen on tv.
Be a pro in first person view would also be cool.
i wanna a similar thing, the referee mode.
when i can play from the referee point of view. It will be fun to do that rule, judge the game, cards, and it may be some points added to him if he get a good match, or deleted if he take wrong decisions :D

3. for players who get sponsored by nike, adidas etc. make them have different colours of cleats. for example: Ronaldinho having the black, silver, yellow, and white cleats to choose from. Cristiano having the blue, green, orange, white, citrus, pink or black mercurial vapor to choose from
4. I think manager mode would be really cool if u customize the players before a match e.g. change cleats, tape color, wrist tape, etc.
5. show the players going into the locker room at half time, players sitting in the locker room, manager telling them what to do, like if the manager tells a player to play more aggressive or mark a player.
6. show the players warming up on the sidelines behind the lines men.
7. If a player is badly injured show the dudes with the little gofl cart thing come onto the field and take him up.
8. Have the occassional throwing of stuff on the field by fans.
9. different weathers, snow, windy etc.
10. If players are wet make them look wet.
11. have the rare fights between players.
12. let the players come out with the kids.
13. If you win a trophy show the teams being awarded.
14. There should be training sessions during the week, were players can actually train and get better. you should be able to choose which drills to do and stuff like that. Make it as an option if you want to play with the players in training like in a match, or watch and instruct them.
15. get different comentators.
The ability to play online as a ref or offline in private games would bring a whole new level to the game.

Fifa 10 should have more realistic dribbling style, not like fifa 09
2.Get every team's third kit.
3.Get more stadiums. One for every Premier League team.
4.In the Premier League, when it is winter, switch the white and red ball to yellow and purple.
5. Show real fans.
6.When a team wins the Premier League have everyone celebrating! That would look amazing!
7.More realistic visuals like when a player gets subbed, they should show the 4th official and the player high five each other as they go on the pitch.
8. Get different types of weather for them to play in.

fans should be more intelligent,...whistle when oppose team holds ball,or game is in final mins and they want the ref to blow the whistle,fans should sing more songs and should be able to make more atmosphere,throwing toilette paper on the oitch,fireworks,bengalos,who ever was in san siro in ac milans curva knows how the atmosphere in a stadium feels like,unfortunatley much different than in fifa 09,
freekicks should be a bit easier,goalies more inteligent,anyway i like fifa 09,but you should improve,also comments are not too good,to listen to it in german is a torture,again no atmosphere,anyone remember the comments at sensible soccer,they were awesome though the game is from 96 !!
