the english non leauges should be included so that the fa cup include all of the teams this includes having the fa cup qualyfying rounds. this would alos be good because in manager mode u wud have the possibility of taking a realy small club and eventualy making them premiership quality which wud be fun and would take a while which makes the game more addictive.
i think that also the welsh premier and the irish and northen irish top leauge should be included aswell.

1) Improve simple aspects of gameplay. Like opposition decision making. Make them more intelligent, yet realistic.
2) Transfers in manager mode. In reality there would be 4 or 5 teams watching/bidding for one player, so it should be harder to gain a new player. Also, other teams make more frequent transfer activity.
3) New stadiums, come on! it's fifa 10 for christ sake, at least every Premiership team should have their real stadium, not just the big four!
4) Expanding on point 3... All players on the game should look like their real life counterparts. If everything is licensed (which it is) every player should look realistic.
I know I will probably recieve abuse on point 4, with people saying there would not be enough disk space etc. If we can send a man to the moon, I think we should be able to get every player looking/acting correct - Combined with point three. Not too much to ask.
2.) When someone forfeights a match online, it should be recorded as a win for the person who didn't quit.
3.) Players like C.Ronaldo and Ibrahimovic are WAY to fast and WAY to good when on form using addidas live season. So live season needs a slight change in that when players are on form, there is still a balance between the defenders because sometimes u can't even chase Ronaldo and it's ridiculous.
4.) When a players injured actually show him being taken of the pitch.
5.) The controller responce is still quite slow.
6.) Turning needs to be a lot sharper still. Especially for players like Robben and Shaun Write Phillips.
7.) Pulling of shirts.
8.) Handballs hardly ever occur. Infact i dont even remember the last time someone did a handba.

10.) The ability to change camera and goalie aswell in arena mode.
11.) Manager Mode is quite boring and easy after a while. Players improve too quick. Transfers need a redoing because when I was Liverpool i tried to buy agbonglahor and it failed because the "club is not prestigious enough."
12.) Everyone takes penalties differently but in Fifa 09 they take it the same way. In Fifa 10 there should be dummies (like Ronaldo) before you take a penalty.
Basically Fifa 09 was a gem with a few anomalies. Here's my list of main gripes;
1) Player changing system. It can take 4 or 5 tries to get the desired player, leading to avoidable goals conceded. As a solution, program the game to change to the player that is in or closest to the attackers path, unless there is a player very close to the attacker, ie Arshavin is attacking the wing, Evra is in his path further down.
2) Forfeiting opponents should receive some sort of penalty. I have lost count the times a player has forfeited and i have been awarded no win or a 3-0 win and no skill points. Solution: subtract 2 wins from the forfeiting player should they quit after 15 mins in-game time or after they concede a goal.
3) Be a Pro mode is still too linear. It would be nice to have to attend training with different mini-games every week. I'm not talking thousands of mini-games, but more around 40 or 50 that alternate every time. I'm spit-balling here, but say there is a shooting exercise that sees a player 'lay you off' from the edge of the box, you have a pop each time and if you get 3/5, you impress the manager or whatever. Also in manager mode, have games where you come on as a sub instead of starting aswell as getting injured, being rested, and getting subbed for playing poorly.
4) Supporters wear the team's jersey and are more detailed. Fans also chant player's names (providing they haven't been transferred!) and create an atmosphere when they are behind. Also have fans chanted "olé" when up by 3 or 4. Have them boo an opposing player whenever he gets the ball if he has badly fouled another player or if he has transferred to another club and is back at his old club.
5) Player's faces are detailed enough, but the running engine could do with refining; I burst out laughing the first time I made Ronaldinho run in the arena. The skills are still not that worth using unless timed at the EXACT correct moment. That sounds how you want it to be, but the exact moment differs randomly, that's the problem.
6) This is a problem for which i don't know a solution, and you'll need your best brains to cunjure up something (providing your even reading this with any intent..) ;
Make it harder for attackers to simply sprint around the entire defence from about 35 yards.

3, Edit mode. More real boots aswell as coulors of the same boot. If you change a player that change should take effect even if your in manager mode. Whant to be able to makes changes in mid season!!!

TATTOOS!! they can define some people such as Beckham, Agger, Bellamy, Torres, Sergio Ramos, Guti, etc etc. would make it more realistic!
I know PES Have the Champions League for the next few seasons which is difficult, so simply make the matches more realistic!

Improved stadiums, when you expand them they should look bigger
Different pitch types, for example if a pitch has been played on 3 times in a week it cuts up, gets boggy & then maybe have to repair it or something??
To have a youth squad would be cool as well!

Make a morale system and make it so that you aare able to become friends with your teamates so then you perform better together.
you should get paid money by clubs. With the money that you get, you buy energy drinks at half time to replenish your energy bar.
There should be more you can also buy like new soccer boots. Who wants to play with the same boots for like 20 seasons!
There should be a regular update on the psn or xbox live or the internet to download for the latest soccer boots.
In manager mode:
When you win a trophy, it should show the team holding the TROPHY.
Have actual managers from real life.
make it harder to sign players.
instead of upgrading staff, you should sign better coaches.
When you upgrade your staduim, you should be able to do it manually.( I don't want an ugly stadium)
Gameplay:
The Gameplay is great it just needs some extra tweaks such as:
Game pace, the game should slow down and speed up depending on team morale, confidence and so on. There should be more camera angles. and finally there should be someone different on the cover besides rooney and ronaldinho. I think most would agree with me on this one because PES always have something different. Why not fifa.

1) new shoes that created player or other players can put it should be like unlock items like celebration pack that we can purchase with points it shold be branded like nike, puma or addidas that will attract the gamers.
2) the posession and the ball control for the players is to bad when the ball comes to the player he cant even control the ball and opponents will take by tackiling.
3) we use the mouse for skills but some times it is liitle bit difficult ,so please put some key board configuration that we can do some more skills easily please in next fifa series.
4)we want to see some more accessories like hand gloves,hair bands in next series, the clubs clothes were too good in fifa09 and thanks for ea sports and fifaplay .com the sereis was to good in realistic in fifa 09

For example in manager mode it's good to have a manager face and feelings in his or her bench,improving substitution in real view,displaying substitutes faces,paying attention to referee more and more,when players are injured in playing scene it's better to view their curing or scenes of taking them away,and if FIFA2010 start women soccer first it would have much differences between PES and improving in this way will make it much prominent...

Refine tackling: Tackling is too easy. Make the player get closer to the defender to make the takle.
Refine dribbling. (key changes)
Make classic players as a reward. You could create a team with Best Maradonna etc.
Manager mode: Players over the age of 20 should not get faster with experience points.
Older Players should get less exp points. Top players get too good v. quickly. The players who have peaked should only receive "metality" exp points.

Save replays after the game.
Should be a lobby online where you can message people and then click on them to play them.
You should be able to make text comments, before, during and after the game.

1. When you change a player they seem to stop for a second and then continue running again, which is ridiculous when chasing an attacker.
2. The auto clearance needs to be taken off, maybe leave it on for amateur and semi pro, but you need to take it off for pro, world class and legendery.
3.The change player isnt very good, it needs to be made more realistic, because some times you can be pressing the L1 button 6 or 7 times before it choses the man you want, and by then it is too late.
4.Online mode, why did you feel the need to increase the amount of time on the pause screen, it should be 20 seconds max, as hardly anyone uses it.
5. Oh yeh i noticed today that addidas live as given Ronaldo ridicoulously low scores, i agree he isnt playing as well as last season, but he is 2nd top scorer in the EPL and in relation to other score is well off the mark.
I think this next one could be an absolute cracker though.
The runs bu attacking players are absolutely ridiculous. So unrealistic, what striker just stops running, when counter attacking, or makes silly runs in behind, just make them more realistic.
Make trick's more fluent so they can actually make an impact on the game, i.e robinho.
Completly overrule the online system because for some people they cannot connect to the servers when they connected to the ps3 network, so make it lyk call of duty where you have a seperate online screen but so ea servers, plus the points will get ridiculous.
Make a 2player arena system, also choice of keeper.
Make shots easier from long range in match mode, because in the arena it is easy to score a screamer but in a match is far too difficult, alo you should make shots on the ground easier and better. i.e powerful on the ground shot, or a powerful on the ground free kick.
Also maybe training in be a pro, and just maybe a traing mode as a seperate part of the game like free kick target practice - or as an add on to the arena mode
Add back on the fan shop. make better stuff in it as well - buy legend players and maybe be training kit for the training mode?
See players on a stretcher when severly injured, also see manager's reaction after goal or big desicion.
Improve referee's so they can have proper names.
Also try and buy the rights for the champs league and the world cup.
Dont make the players unplayable, because it is pointless for online play, like ronaldo can destroy another team completly. Make them good but make they players so can at least tackle them.
