-when you take freekick in the arena there should be wall (maybe the one thats in background the one from steel)
-at the end of the sesion in manager mode you should create new jerseys + put the same sponsers on jersey that is your accual sponser
-if your playing with crap team in manager mode and get to premier league you should be able to build new stadium
-be able to dive but only with really big divers like in real world like c.ronaldo,drogba atc.
-world cup , champions league , u-21 world cup atc.
-5 a side football. Similar to training mode, an easy place to test out tricks and moves. Also 1 on1 training mode would be nice.
-Russian League is a must have.
-Be keen for the top divisions for the Croatian and Ukrainian leagues as well as the lower divisions for Spain and Italy. More players in the teams as well! I want the Barce youth prospects etc!
Errors:
-Random error that sometimes happens on Corners and Goal Kicks. The entire team of one side ends up about half a pitch length on the wrong side of the goal (i.e behind the goal line) This error occurred on both Fifa 09 and Fifa 08.
In essence, love the game as it is. Just upgrade squad information so that the best players in the world can be found and signed!
1 - All European Competions (CL & Future Europa League) as well as Copa Libertadores
2 - More tactical options - Deeper tactics management and player instructions (a la Football Manager)
3 - Better Weather management (i've been playing 09 since release and seen a match with full snow only a handful of times). Add maybe pitch degradation and kits getting dirty
4 - Sort out the Ref IA - too many times the play gets pulled back when there is clearly advantage in 09
5 - More individual skills - more distinct players animations, moves and celebrations for World Class players
6 - More player editing features and create a team mode
7 - Smoother frame-rates and better online play
8 - Season Live Update free from the charge and applied to all modes of play
9 - Better free-kick mechanics and quick free-kicks
10 - Full blown online leagues and Tournaments creation mode
1.The Cup/Trophy celebrations should be longer. (the trophy presentation, a scene where the players celebrate in the dressing room, etc…)
2. the crowd should be more realistic with flags and scarfs.
3. there should be a dive button that only works for players that sometimes dive. For example, Ronald or Robben.
4. Change commentators, Clive Tildesley and Andy Gray is too boring and repetitive.
5. There should be a coin flip between captains before kick-off and penalty shoot-outs.
6. Have certain abilities for players. (For example: Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, and Nani would be ‘tricksters’; Fernando Torres, Van nistelrooy would be ‘power frowards’)
7. Fifa 10 should create a Mini-game mode where there are arcade games such as a three-on-three 2-minute game.
8. And finally as usual, Improve the AI and Gameplay.

There should also be a referee setting where you can tweak the ref. You could have a sclae, and at one end put "blind" and at the other put "tight". In season modes, the referee level should be randomised for each match, to make it more realistic. Also, on custom team, please add a setting which allows you to make/customise your own kit and not just pick from a selection of already designed kits. Diving also wouldn't be a bad idea, and once again the level of the referee could be used to discern whether the dive was succesful or not. Please add more International tam i.e Japan as well, that'll be great

9. Sometimes the ball goes through things like the post. When it hits on the inside of the post it should go to goal and not just through the post
10. When the ball hits to the post it goes too often out or back in the field
11. When you play Manager Mode and a team that hasn't got lots of money or hasn't high upgrades the players get tired from one match. That isn't realistic. Some moment you have all your players tired and you don' have money to upgrade medical staff or buy new fresh players.
12. You should be able to switch the club in Be a Pro: Seasons and in the middle of the season in manager mode.
13. The sponsors logos could be shown at players shirts or at the stadium.
14. You should be able to play with the goalkeeper for entire game.
15. Bring back Zone play mode
16. Players aren't in such good shape as they should be.

2) The weather should have an bigger effect on the pitch , also put in all kind of weather.

7) More realistic referees, i dont like that the referees are so accurate with offside etc. all the time. I mean its impossible to cheat the offside.

9) More features in the Arena. When practising free kick, u should have the ability to set up a wall. and the ability to put 1 or 2 defenders in the arena.
10) Indoor tournaments etc.
11) Add Hooligans or Hardcore fans, so if some of those fans is messing things up, the club would get a huge fine.
12) When playing against a smaller team the stadium should not be completely filled up, the fans should show lesser interest in those games, or if u have lost 4-5 games in a row then some of the fans would stop showing up until you start winning again.

i think you should be able to try and add this if you can add any off these you should have loads off copies sold cant wait till fifa 10 comes out
- First of all, PLEASE make the ball-physics moore real. In FIFA 09 the baal feels like a balloon, and doesn`t spin at all in the air. This should be the maine priority for EA to fix. and when some players hit the ball, it feels like they dont move their feets, they just pokes at the ball and it flies up in the air and down. EA should look at PES there. They have brilliant ball physics, but other things isn`t as good as FIFA.
- And what I think is the second biggest problem is the goals, or I dont know what it is in english. The posts, the bar, and the net are totally wrong in FIFA 09. They are mostly gray, and when you score the net doesn`t "flits" like in PES. Meke them white, for gods sake. Now "goal" is gray!!. Even if the game is in the evening. So why are they gray at FIFA 09?! Please, deal whith this problem. The match feels a lot less realistic with gray "goals".
- The grass loookes real - if you look at the replay. But during the game I think EA should fix the grass, so it looks moore real. PES have really made that with "PES 2009".

2) At the start of Manager Mode you sign a contract of 1-5 years for the team of your choice and if you get relegated before then you dont get the sack you just get the option to retire early or stay on until the end of your contract. How well you did with your team would affect the offers from the clubs you can sign for after.
3) Championship licensed numbers on kits and when promoted will change to premiership number style.
4) More than 15 seasons in Manager Mode.
5) More goal celebrations.
6) If the ball goes out for a throw in or corner show the player going to get and wait for the ball in real time no cut scenes of black screens.
7) Create a Team.
8) Choice to update your home/away kit after every/other season.
9) Realistic injuries, if a player breaks a leg he should be out for 8-9 months maybe a year and have him come back with a lower overall depending on the rating on your fitness coach.
10) Better transfer system. In 09 i couldnt sign a Hull City Player for Real Madrid because he didnt think my team was good enough? Very unlikley to happen in real life. Maybe not every player you go for will accept but at least have it more likley than not at all please.
11) When you chose sponsorship for the season you should have their logo on your kits.
12) Have weather affect the game play in a match. Rain and wind should slow the ball down and make it harder to shoot from long distances and crossing the ball more difficult.
13) Add dirt to the kits after sliding about the pitch.
14) Make the referees make mistakes such as offsides, freekicks.
15) The 'Dive' abbility. If your losing 1-0 in the 88th minute theres nothing better than having an chance to level the score in the dying seconds with a contraversial descision from the ref.
Plenty more i could think of but everyone has already put them up.
Make sure Fifa 10 is THE football game, put PES to rest.

The crowd should be improved, for example, when a player almost scores a goal, the crowd goes oooooohhhh, thats ok...to ENGLAND, but in SPAIN, BRAZIL and other countries, the crowd should screm UUUUUHHHH, you could think that this is not something important, but for us (Brazilians and Spanish) It´s makes a hell of a difference.
i think we should be able to create your own celebration i think you should put in a differnt type of foul like pull the jersey or push i think you did a gud job on the curl wat about putting in ronaldos dip shots freekicks
The cameras: once, PES brought an option to change the angle o the camera and that was brilliant (but don´t forget that you can´t change the way you control the players just because the angle changed, like if you go forward, you press ->)
