u should see the medals being given out and the trophy presentation.the players getting pissed off when afoul is given against them.

Hello there, I have a few things i would like to change...

Create player: let the player be as a good as you want in let's say a friendly or be a pro, but when it comes to let's say season then he has to earn to be the best...

This may seem sad, but i want to see whats its like managine a team, by watching them through the season, however you do not get the oppertunity to do this which to me is a shame...

and for small matters, Hartlepool United is surely better than a half star.
would anyone disagree? feed me some banter

keepers should be able to get sent off and put in the champions league tourney( in tourney modes)

Ive been waiting to see more scottish teams for years but won't hold my breath, Id love to see it though.

Euro 08 is a massive step in the right direction, the way the rain slows the ball is great. Is like to see better ways of taking free kicks, corners & throw ins.

u should be able to see the players being strechered off and get a close up of their face. Bring back the wet weather and the players should slip sometimes.

i think that you should actually be able to see the peolple in the crowd like zoom up on them holding their flags and jumping up and down

Something that would be sick...but fifa 09 wont have it...its too much work. If there was a program where you can create your own stadium!! That would be sick..but it wont happen.

oh and i forgot please give holland their real players, they're doing amazing in the eurocup it be stupid not to.

1.) realistic buys, I shouldn't be the only one trying to get a 16 year old with a 75 rating, and I shouldn't find moutinho in the free agent list. Sporting needs to be really stupid to do that.
2) better scouting and youth reserves, controlling the youth squad, and I read a suggestion I liked that said "Like during the summer tournaments (Euro’s, World Cups etc) you can send your scout to the tournament and he gives you his opinion on players that impressed him such as e.g. Moutinho - good playmaker, great short passing, good long balls and long shots. These comments could also reflect what there overall score is, like great finishing 85+, good passing 75+, weak foot could improve 60+, useless at heading 45+. This would give the user a better understanding of the player they are bidding for."
3.) The be a pro is an amazing invention and should be continued and improved, I suggest an entire career with a player. Where depending on the player you chosen you may have to fight through the ranks and show yourself in training (training could just be a bunch of mini games, or scrimiges.) or maintain your self as a starter. there should be a light story line for example problems with teamates, coaches, ect... and you could get transfered to a team whenever the manager sees fit. For example if you are a highclass and play in barca you can get sold to man u for alot of money, if you are playing badly you can get sold to a suckier team for less money than expected, or if you are a rising star in the brazilian, mexican legue ect. you could get sold to a european team as a bargin

Acting, that's what we need in the next FIFA.. You need to dive, I've been missing that a lot.. You get a yellow, a penalty kick or a freekick.. And shirtpulling too ! :-)

There should be fouls called on the headers, I have yet to have a foul called even when the opposing player pushes my player down to the ground. More introduction gameshots such as the players arriving to the stadium, fans heading to the stadiums. Place some emphasis on training before the matches. EA has yet to make a realistic practice session with its sport games. Create more realistic throw-ins/free kicks...if the opposing team's defensive training is low, easier to catch them by surprise. Need names and atmosphere of major tournaments such as African Cup of Nations, World Cup, etc., teams begin to become more aggressive when they are down with 5 min left. More stadiums, more football cleats, more sponsors, more crowd atmosphere (songs of liverpool, man utd, etc.). The gameplay is near perfected but EA needs to spend more time with the applications surrounding the gameplay. Also need to have the option to manage the youth team (maybe only the major clubs). More realistic transfers, harder to get a player of a different nationality, allow more time to spend on transfers, etc. EA has made a great game, now they just have to tweak it a little to meet the expectations of gamers who want to experience a match as if it were taking place on television.

Simply better online servers, far too much lag on Fifa 08. Ive stopped playing it now because its just annoying. Also you should be able to save a team selection online instead of having to change it every time you play a game.

-players should have real injuries eg: broken leg and bone coming out
- kits get more dirty when you eg: slide
- in the end when your team is lousing maybe when you`re taking corner goalkeepers come to the penalty area and try to sccore
-stadiums and atmosphere more realistic
-better graphics for the pc and ps2 versions

1i) Animations - Unlimited number of ways a player can shoot, and also specific shooting animations for star players eg, Steven Gerrard who takes longs strides before a strike, and Christiano Ronaldo who kind of pauses then shoots. (Same with penalty and free kick animations) ii) Also better celebrations eg, more acrobatic celebrations such as Nani's flip.

2i) Football Boots - A wider range of football boots and colours. With a choice of brand eg, Adidas, Nike, Puma etc. Then perhaps a colour pallete allowing the gamer to choose different colours and sub-colours to customize designer boots. ii) Also allow gamers to change players football boots in game eg, in Manager Mode, or if playing for their country.
iii) Players who are coming up from youth teams and who are scouted should already be equipped with designer boots.


3i) Graphics/ Physics - Make players body shapes more realistic, i.e not making them morbidly obese with trunk legs such as Vidic or Kompany, who both have moderatly slim builds, or allow the gamer to change player's body shapes manually (Edit Player Mode)

4i) Customization - Bring back "Create Team", allowing the gamer to customize a strip, with real brands such as Nike and Adidas. ii) Also allow the gamer to choose a sponsor, even if it's just a made up sponsor to put on the front of the strip. iii) Also improved "Create A Player" mode, perhaps make it similar to Madden 08's "Create A Player" mode, where you can choose the players shoulder height and leg width. iv) Better haircuts and hair colours, a vast increase in choice of haircut and colour would make the "Create A PLayer" mode a whole lot better.

5i) Teams/Leagues - Introduce Under 21's, 19s and 17s teams, (including international) to Fifa 09 eg, In "Tournament Mode", have World Cup's and other tournament's available to play in these age groups. ii) Make simulated matches more realistic eg, take information on a certain team's records in the past (wins, draws and losses) and also players abilities, then mix the two to provide a random (yet not totally random) score, allowing a couple of goals either way to make the score less anticipated. This would probably reduce the amount of superior teams getting relegated (I once had Arsenal and Newcastle United relagated in the same season)

With these improvements applied, I personally would find Fifa a more enjoyable game to play, If this reaches the EA developers i'd be surprised...anyway, keep up the good work!

I would like to buy players from more Eastern Europe clubs. Search option should have at least three priority search option instead of one like Fifa 08. Manager face to use the popular managers face if possible. The music selection is very good in Fifa 08, please keep up the good work.

euro 2008 is a step in the right direction the commentatings alot better thn fifa08 so is the gameplay so gameplay should be same as euro 2008

i rekon in manger mode you should be able to create your own manager ( like on lma manager ) and when you buy player's or score a goal you get to see your manager

i would like to see you be able to take over a team near the end of a season OR in the middle. THIS is MORE realistic beacuase you may have to AVOID relegation as the PREVIOUS manager has been FIRED because of his TEAMS league position.

ALSO just make the game MORE realitsic have ALL stadiums and have like PRESS and stuff.

Creating stadium atmosphere
- i think all FIFA fans wanted to see and feel the stdium atmosphere even more. Fifa 08 was ok, but could've been better. Fans chanting should be louder but then again it depends on stadium capacity and the amount of fan support.
- More anticipation from the fans e.g when a ref made a bad call, the fans would boo the ref or the player. When scoring the dans need to response in a greater excitement especially the if it was the last-minute winner
- with better atmosphere, the game will be more exciting and appealing

Developing talent
- as a player improves, they would develop characteristics depending on the way they play, e.g. Bojan who played for FCB should develop into a fast dribbler and playmaker sort of player as he improves

I think it shud be compulsory to have the 5 star uefa rated stadiums. Scottish league division 1 so tht the relegated team from the SPL doesnt stay in the next year. For european games they should hve the champions league anthem played before kick off. More realistic fan action eg when results are poor they dont turn up, booing referees for bad decisions. I also think fifa should get the fans in the game to sing their clubs’ songs eg liverpool you’ll never walk alone. Controversial decisions by refs eg offside goal or players diving - it would seem more realistic. Half time team talks like championship manager. I know this is a long shot but get Clyde 1 ’s superscoreboard live commentary team - they r fantastic. Camera shots before cup finals like teams arriving at the stadiums. Competitons like goal of the month. Man of the match should be announced on the PA system on stadiums.

i think that for fifa 09 on next gen consoles there should be a create stadium option. also, make buying players more reaistic, for example, i tried to buy silva from valencia and it said valencia do not have enough players in their squad which isn't very realistic because a professional team(especially a big club) shoud have enough players to be able to sell one. Also during manager mode, why are teams like man utd and arsenal involved in relegation battles if you are not playing as them. I also think computer transfers should be more realistic because payers like ribery would never go to a club like wigan(no disrespect to smaller teams, it just wouldn't happen). Be a pro but have the option of using a player you have created online, this will give you the chance to show off your skills with a created player that way he can get experience points for playing manager mode and be a pro online, which makes leveling up created players easier.

The next Fifa really needs all the english premier league stadiums. Because on xbox most premier league stadiums looks like they should be in a foreign league. what is a down point.

The controls and game play is great now. Fifa just need to focus mainly on the surroundings around the pitch and the crowd singing more songs would be better.

Lastly in manager mode it would be good if you could manage a national team along with a club team.

+ When creating kits give the user the option to choose real shirt designers and make the templates look like real kits.

-When choosing as sub you can see him/them running up and down the touchline warming up, and choose when you want them to come on, because it's annoying when you want a sub soon but not that minute because the player you have chosen to come off is doing well, but then the ball goes out of play and he's off, give us the option to choose when, like pause and when you have chosen your sub there is an extra option saying bring sub on or something like that.

PLEASE READ FIFA PEOPLE

Last night i tried to use an exciting feature on fifa 08, to "create a player". i spent hours creating a range of players using the excellent detailed dynamic tools provided, and i was satisfied with the outcomes. However, fifa08 then had a hugee glitch. Firstly, my created players wernt in the transfer market :(.. then when manager mode loads default squads, it DELETES created players, which wasted hours of my time! I was really loking forward to tranfering my friends in a small club and playing seasons with them.

I then went to the "accomploishments" window, and it says "have a created player reach 90, and so on".. BUT ITS IMPOSSIBLE!!

PLEASSSE ammend this problem in fifa 09! NExt gen consoles mean you can create players with detail and perfection, but its not a sim game, its a football game and i coudlnt play football in a team with my created players

I know you guys are probably aware of this, and i hope in september, FIFA 09 sorts out this problem

8. Players who are just rising (rising stars) should have their own faces for e.g Nasri, Benzema, Ben Arfa or more players who are just about to make their name in the world of football should have their own faces
