Your Ideas for FIFA 09

Make the 'Be A Pro' mode into a career type thing. Create a player, have trials, get signed, play games, go to training. Like an entire career through the eye's of a player on and off the pitch, transfers, new contracts, leaving on free transfers and so on. Also have a record of your career like goals, assists, games played and awards won and so on.

put the peruvian league!!! and other south american clubs!!!

to have the feature to really give a "team talk" and to be able to say commands to your teams while the game is going on better c.ronaldo should be better with everything

Maybe, the players could exchange shirts after a big game on season mode with 'be a pro' mode and be able to see the shirts you collected through your career with medals as well.

The lower the division, then the quality of the pitch should be assessed. Like rusty goalposts, heavy dirt patches, and things getting thrown onto the pitch.

There's many things actually, but I can't be bothered to name the rest.

i have 6 ideas

1) weather: if its raining the rain should change the direction of the ball and if a player slides on the floor you should see the wet patch on his shirt also have snow as a weather choice.

2) subtitutes: it should show the offical holding the board for the sub and the players should shake hands and if you are doing a sub but the ball is still in play it should show the player warming up.

3)freekicks: players should surround the ball to talk to each other whos going to take it , the cam should go up close and then you deiced whos hits it.

4) if you have a player like nani trying to battle for the ball he should be pushed away easy if he is battleing shoulder 2 shoulder because he is weak

5) goal keepers should be able to get sent off if they mis time a tackle which is mistimed

6) make gameplay such as shooting doing skill and tackleing more realistic

if you agree with any of my ideas i would love to know

in fifa 09 can we have the ref in the game? when thers is a foul committed or something like that you would see the ref but during the game you dont see the ref at all. Also make the fans in the stadium a bit more realistic please

I think you should have world cups during season mode....and u have to qualify the country ur from right from the beginning......also more international teams need to come in and a few more leagues from around the world. The fans need to be made look more realistic and when u win a trophy ur players should celebrate differently every time. Thanks

I dont know what you can come up with,, but if you could make it compatible with fifa 08 , 09, 10, etc... with an update download that updates comentary lines, moves, players, etc... (with a fee obviously) it would be the biggest improvement in this industry because:
a) you help the environment ; saving extra unneeded copies
b) you do us a huge favor not having to store so many old games we dont use anymore.
c) you keep your rank and user etc....

I think you should add the USL leagues 1 and 2 to the game.

also you should put in a fifa manager version on the same disc as i enjoy football manager games and so do lots of other people

i think you need more stadiums, more realism in the games e.g put the referee in the games, put in more international teams and also the teams from northern ireland as linfield are the most domestically succesful team in the world, and finally make the online better

Well im a massive Fifa fan and I only buy consoles for the fifa games i have bourght the last 7 fifas and every year it gets better my friends tell me that pro is better and while palying the last one fifa 08 i feel i might try it to make me stay with fifa i would like to suggest soem improvemts tahst will complety kick pro off the picth

More stadiums the ones that have dont have real stadiums like aston villa and man city should have proper stadoiums

I love Fifa but there are a few things i would like to see.
- make the transfer window more inflated
- you can trade a player and money (Robinho + £50m for C.Ronaldo)
- Other teams hardly buy anyone in career
- 2player career
- more indepth create mode
- weather conditions change the way of the game (wet; slippery - keepers fumble)
- players change phisically throughout career
- better free kicks
- PLAYERS GO CRAZY IF THEY WIN AN IMPORTANT GAME (CHAMPS LEAGUE WINNING GOAL!!!! THEY GO ABSOLUTLY NUTS)
- players get annoyed if they give away a foul or mess up
- players request a transfer in career
- tapping players up in career and unsettling them
- international tournements during career
- whilst in career you can get asked to take another club

Hi ive been a fifa player now since 93 i think and its always been good but i would like to see the following changes...Day and Night games to come back(not on the ps3)...The F.A Cup final or charity sheild to be played at wembley.celebrations to be better,If you win a final why have there never been medals or trophies when you win would be good to see players get that...More reactions from players if they miss a shot or lose a game and finally why is there not secound and third scottish leagues and why have you never developed parkhead or ibrox stadiums.o forgot in the 08 ps3 version why when you play a smaller team and you upgrade ur stadium it stays the same,it used to change if you upgraded.Apart from that keep up the great work and lookforward to the next fifa.

also put referees and linesman in the game and show players during substitutions not the stadium. ALso put the play offs in if your in league 1 championship etc and when its the FA or league cup final play it in wembley not your own stadium !!

there should be more injurys like broken legs and wrists in create a player make hom as good as u want.to have more traits like play maker, through balls etc.create your own team see the trohpy being given to the team and winner and LOSER medels.better excuses for not signing players. AND IN MANAGER MODE CHELSEA SHOULD HAVE NEARLY £1 BILLION LIKE IN REAL LIFE. and make rooneys head smaller it is very distracting!

i think they must try to improve the crowds maybe by taking photos of crowds in real matches and put them in fifa. plz give the players the attributes they deserve eg rooney is good in fifa than in real life. barca is too fast. ronaldo deservers more. evra deserves more. etc....commentate for all teams. try to make players from [rest of the world] to look the way they are in real life. include egypt

Gameplay... I mean to be honest , i dont like the gameplay all too well....The skills and shooting are fine though. But the running and passing i have problems on and also delay problems. Passing , if i can put it simple, put Euros 2008 passing system into the new Fifa 09 and that would sort that problem with ease... The running/ball control is a problem , the turning speed is rather annoying because it is too slow and when you sprint , its really hard to get the ball where you want it and when you use the right analog stick to 'place the ball' it delays and does it like 3 seconds later. Rather annoying.

Ok, here's what I would like to see. I used to be a Pro Evo follower until Fifa 08 which blew it away:

1. Use the camera to face map yourself onto the be a pro player.
2. Keep the speed of Euro 2008.
3. An online Champions League like the Euro 2008 cup online.
4. Be a pro career mode, longer than 4 seasons as that is no where near long enough.
5. Euro was a massive step in the right direction, the weather effects were brilliant, would like to see a few more injuries though.

I'm back with some new ideas, Okay they're not as good as the first 100 but its really hard, I was inches away from going "put ppl fitein in de stands innit, i luv fifa, pes is well *** "

i think on fifa 09 there should be refs on the pitch, more boots like all the vapours, total 90, nike tempo and f50 etc also you should let us change the colours on the boots.let the create player be as good as u want them to.More realistic on players personality and there strengths like ronaldo free-kicks ,all the stadiums wheres real madrid's?you should have the world cup and euro on it,see the manager talking to the players and subs if u win a final let there be an interview on the pitch or behind the scenes,see the captain pick up the cup and let it rain and snow on xbox 360 and let the players dive and slip also have them carbon vapors on special players and goog fans not cardboard ones thanks!!!!

oh yeah and its been yeras and you still dont see the trophy presentation, this needs to be changed. i think now and again you should be able to score 1st time shots immensley, and the camera angle should change during gameplay, like have a close up on your player as you skin someone . would be good

i think that in fifa 09, as ive said, you should be able to change the design of your kit (nike adidas etc.) the colour of away kits and even your shirt sponsor. this would be more realistic. also you should be able to manage england, and there should be news programs talking about the other teams so you get the impression of what the big games and big name stars are in your career. maybe like a sky sports news like style?

could there be a interactive thing with the ref say if you fouled someone you could pick them up or just swear

they should bring back manager mode from 06 and 07, that was the best game mode :(
and for those of you who have played Madden NFL 08 and 07, they should have the "Superstar" mode where you make your own dude and make him into the next best thing.

They should make career/manager mode similar to Madden and have all the international tournaments and teams, while your playing in league mode. Also give you a little more points to spend when you create a player for be a pro. Also be more involved in what team you sign with and how much your player makes.

Player jerseys should get dirty after a fall or a sliding tackle... especially when it rains.

Have any one saw the euro 2008 commercial with the 1st person view. I think
that should be a new idea that should be implied 2 the game.

i would like to change a couple things like in maneger mode you could see the maneger yelling at the players and when they do substitusions dont show the stadium show them like tucking in thier shirts and getting instructions from their choaches and shoeing expressions on the players face like pain and show them geting streched out of the field and in creat a player you should be able to coustumize them even more and more tournaments like the concacaf and the uefa champions leauge and the copa oro and the world cup aqnd be able to see the ref on the pitch and be a pro should be more like the madden nfl hall of fame mode but even better and put better cleats insted of ea ones and put the new lasers and the f50 and the vapors and put c. ronaldo on the cover.

More scottish teams? unfortunately fifa dont have teams that are less than half a star!
