make the keeper be able to get sent off,players can dive,on maneger mode you can go into administration,at the end of matches somtimes fans do pitch invasions,rarely some matches fans start riots and lob flares on the pitch,have more nody natinal teams such as kasakhstan,san marino,andorra,etc,etc,have more leagues such as blue sqaure con scots div 1,2 and 3 etc,etc,have every team on the games stadium,be able to create your own footy team,stadium,players,etc,etc,have more celebrations such as the backflip,frontflip,taking your shirt off,etc,etc,at the end of big matches the losing teams players sometimes start crying,on creation mode you have unlimeted exp points

You should be able to have a reserve and youth sqauds were you can nurture talent and bring them through into the 1st team but the youth team players should be real youth team players that actually exist not just random names with random abilities. The manager mode should be daily not every week giving more team for in depth transfer talks not just put an offer and reject or recieve their should be some sort of negotiations for instance player swaps in manager mode. Also you should be given money from the board every year in manager mode not just at the start of your career and you should be able to ask the board or owner for more money when you need to make transfers e.t.c The kits should also be updated every season as well as boots which could be downloadable of xbox live. The players playing togther should be able to create special playing bonds making them more effective together rather than just playing their bests in every team, bonds could be formed over seasons givng extra team strength. Thier should be a training mode in manager mode giving the opportunity to increase players abilities and improve fitness. All these changes would drastically improve the fifa manager mode experience.

The following things would improve FIFA 09 dramatically:

1. Referee on the pitch and linesmen on the side lines.

2. Weather according to the months (e.g. if it is December then it is always raining or snowing). We should not have to go and turn "winter" on in the options.

3. Players that aren't controlled by the gamer should be able to do simple tasks such as running towards a ball. Nothing is worse than a player ignoring a ball right next to him.

4. The crowd graphics has to be improved. They look like cardboard cutouts.

5. MUCH more variety on transfer contracts. There should be no limit to how much you offer the players and things like Manager Level should affect if they want to join the team.

6. Players on your team should ask for transfers if they are unsettled (e.g. not getting enough game time)

7. There should be several teams always asking for transfers for your better players. Real Madrid should be always asking for your top player.

8. More time in transfer market. Nothing worse than missing out on your transfer target because you didn't get to play enough matches.

9. Better defender stats. Why are attacking players always reaching higher stats than defenders?

10. Goalkeepers should be more realistic. If they are out of their box and the attacker chips the ball they shouldn't just hobble back to their line to never reach it in time. They should run and do anything to stop it going in.

11. Referee decisions could result in fights in rival matches. And the crowd's mood can be changed by a bad referee decision.

12. Offside goals should result in a celebration that is stopped short when they realize it is offside.

13. Manager animations from the dugout.

14. When a player gets injured, he should be stretchered off the pitch not hop off only when he is substituted. Some minor knocks could result in just resting on the sideline for a few minutes.

15. Better commentary which involves talking about recent results.

16. PLEASE allow the manager to choose the captain when we are choosing the squad before the match. I hate the Right Back automatically becoming captain when the real captain is injured or being rested.

17. Include diving, especially in the goal box. The commentary should tell their opinion whether they think it was legitimate or not after watching the replay.

18. Transfer kitties should be given out by the board/owners when requested by you. These funds should be kept as a debt and is needed to be paid back by winning trophies or selling a player later on in the transfer period.

19. Large amounts of money should be injected into your club after winning a major trophy. I hate winning the Champions League and not being able to afford a new player the next season.

20. A player should grow the next season depending on how well they did last season. This gives even bad players a chance to become well developed.

21. Player animation on the field should be affected by weather and fatigue. E.g. if it is raining, they should tire more quickly and their hair and uniform should be wet.

22. Champions League Ball introduced!

23. When a player signs for your team, there should be a process where you give them their club number. They shouldn't just become the club's number 2 jersey automatically it gets annoying.

24. Creating your own club should include logos and sponsors to make it more realistic, not just a club uniform with a plain shirt.

25. A chance to relocate stadiums depending on club success and money.

26. No more 2 games in one day (FA Cup and Premier League match on the same day)! Players get way to fatigued

27. Manager frustration after a missed chance of a goal.

28. More national teams. And World Cups etc. during the off-season which will fatigue players and include injuries.

All of these will pick out all the weak parts of FIFA 08 and combine all the new ideas to make FIFA 09 a much better gaming experience. Thanks for reading.

In the new edition of fifa, i would like to see themes in gameplay like the scoreboard at the top for eg:- bbc, itv, skysports, setanta, with the commentators in each theme matching that of real life.
I would also like to see the new irish league in the new edition of fifa, as i think the league has come along way, as games now appear on skysports, it also has the 2nd most successful team in the world, that of Linfield FC, and they have fierce rivals across the other side of Belfast in Glentoran FC.
Lastly, maybe an upgrade on the look of the fans, maybe after a goal is scored you could possibly show fans celebrate, i think this would look good, something like that of fifa 05 i think it was.

I think that there should also be a tournament for the fifa world cup. I think this should be in both manager mode and in the tournament section. Fifa 08 was the first soccer or football game i've gotten and i really enjoyed it.

i want a be-a-pro long season. where you can start off as a youngster at a small club ,then get spotted by a big team if you play well.

I would like more tactics in the game. like choosing who's going to be at a corner. And other tactics like kick & rush etc.

And another thing. If you save teams, let it be for ever and not after a week they disappear. Because I selected all the real players from the Netherlands and I saved them. But a week later the save file didn't have the real dutch team anymore. So please make this good in fifa 09. I would like that.

i think dat fifa 09 shuld make the players have the option to dive and also they shuld make it more relistic and have the ref and linesmans on the pitch also get the option to react to bad ref decisions and 2 footed tackles shuld also be in the game. The refeeres need to be more strict and realistic and players shuld not be let off of a red card for tackles frm behind or last man.And last of all goalkeepers shuld be harder to beat and have different and cool ways of diving for the ball instead of the same things in every FIFA.

Dont make it anything like euro 2008 except for the celebrations....

Here are my Suggestions/Ideas for; FIFA 09.

- You can start a campaign with your "Football Hero" or Yourself through a season with 1st Person View !
- More variety of goal celebrations, boots & hairstyles for the characters.
- Women's Football League, since it has been growing over the past 2 decades.
- Able to run into the crowd, etc...
- More realistic incidental actions (Running into Goal Posts and Injuring yourself, Balls being popped accidentaly)
- Mood bar for your team/player. (They are annoyed at lack of posession or team morale.)
- Chairman "Season" You can be your favourite teams chairman, and edit the teams strip & stadium.
- Real-Life Youth Academy players for each club. (i.e: People in real life part of the academy of Arsenal or Tottenham etc.. are found when scouted by the team.)
- Real Rivalry manners between team fans.

i think it would be a great idea if you could manage International teams,clubs should approach you if they would like you to be their manager. As well as that clubs should approach you more if they would like to buy you players even if they are not on the transfer list. When new football boots come out you should be able to go online and download them, In manager mode every year the teams kit stay the same i think you should be able to design your own or download there new kits online.

Here's a Few New Things To Maybe Add...
- Sort out the commentators, get a wider selection of well known commentators
-Sort out the bug where it says te goalkeeper saved it whenever it goes miles wide
-Players are too 'perfect', make them sip, trip and miskick the ball sometimes
-The crowd needs to be more realistic, more 3D, louder, flares and flags
-Relevant chants and songs to the players team and the opposition
-Referees and Linesmen need to make wrong decisions sometimes, to make it realistic! and they need to be seen on the pitch!
-Stadiums need to be personalised, every team should have thier own stadium, not the 'open sqaure style' that just gets boring

heres my idea its a new penalty taking idea. use the left analogue stick to move your player towards the ball and the right stick to control the kick. if your to far away from the ball andkick you scuff it and it rolls, if your to close you sky it. also the speed you hit the right analogue stick is in place of the traditional idea. for the goal keeper the right analogue stick is the diving direction but when ever that stick is moved thats when the keeper dives so that the ronaldo penalty couldbe done. i think this would be a more realistic and fun way of taking penaltys :)

1)on manager mode there should be a build a stadium/stadium editor option
2)on manager mode you should be able to make your own team you design the stadium and
you are given a certain amount of money to buy players. You should be able to pick a league to join.
3)There should be a ref and linesman.
4)and in manager mode if you get sacked you should be able to move on to a different club and you should be able to quit as manager at any point in the season and move to a different club.
5)There should be a new game mode like be a pro but you live a players career.

1 When you create a team I think that they should let you pick a sponserer on the jerseys (maybe have a choice between 10-15????)
2 When a team is playing It would be nice to actually see the manager if he is happy or gets mad and maybe even see him go crazy if a last second goal is scored.
3 they should make better player faces for more players and improve graphics
4 In the fan shop they should let the profile user be able to unlock retired historic players depending on how much points they cost. I would also like it if in the unlock players they would also let you unlock Bergkamp, Zidane, Maradona, Pele, Klinsmann, Franz Beckenbauer, and Michel Platini. THAT WOULD BE AWESOME`

Change the sponser after a season in manager mode like newcastle have northen rock then you change it to 33red or vodaphone

Be able to place your goalkeepere where ever in the box when the opposition takes there free kicks.

Actually have the Wii version with as many options as the XBox 360 and PS3 versions! don't just have minigames in their place.

For your made-up teams, also have an option to create their own stadiums too!!!

In terms of the made-up teams, have 2 slots in the Rest of World column for your made-up clubs and 1 slot in the International column for your made-up national side. Have them playable online too! That would rock!

First of all for the front cover it should have on the world's best striker David Villa, everyone knows it as well as the other potential players if there's more than one maybe Kaka or Messi not Ronaldo cause he's pathetic and possibly cause of Pro Evo.
Something that Fifa should definetly have is a proper training section like pro Evo rather than a quick 1 on 1 against the goalie before each match, next should be a choice of the weather instead of just day/dusk or night again refering back to Pro Evo.
The players likeness i thought has usually always been pretty good but could be improved slightly, one of the gameplay flaws that fifa has always seemed to have is the keepers in which they dont always go for the ball when they should, diving for the ball even when it's in the back of the net and just some bizzare actions they do.
I do like the whole challenge mode part but a large ammount of harder challenges or to hard and ridiculous, the highlights at the end of the matches should just show all goals plus the near goals and good saves rather than bits that are'nt important.

Why don't they introduce an option where you can create your own national team? It could work in the way that you would be able to create a maximum of 23 players, have a kit manufacturer's logo on it (like Adidas or Nike, with the actual kit design style on it, like Adidas' stripes and the Hummel arrows) and it would use the DS as an option, allowing you to draw the logo. I think that would be another top idea!

Please include 1 or more broadcast camera angles that are the same as the TV perspective you view a game from on TV

In the new fifa 09, I would like to see the following...
- U can design The kits for teams in manager mode
- The goal keeping needs to become more realstic, The keepers cant save ever shot..
- The players need more power on thier shoots.
- aslo the Long Range shooting, its impossible to score from far....
- lets say in a match their is lots of bad tackles and cards the players get angry and want to fight and they can throw a punch or a kick or a slap or even headbutts.., These players then get suspentions and the club gets fined, u could even fine the players!
- I would like the players contracts to be more advanced.... they get bounesses for winning trophes and league games, U can offer them other things apart from money ie cars, houses ect ,
- The players actually come speak to u about problems they are having and u can speak to them, give them advice and instructions, U can also s*** on them for playing crap and misbehaviour.
- The captian of the team comes and speaks to u about the team and u give him instructions aswell, The captain motivates the players and helps them out, he also sorts out problems with in team.
- I want to feel what its like to really be the manager! I want to be able to walk around the stadium, speak to the fans, get pressuered by the press, have fancy cars, to have a house,... more detail, u get a salary based on your expierince, the team u are coaching ect...
- The money in the game needs to be higher, much HIGHER!!!!
- The players growth is also not fast enough and the players from the acadmey are always so usless,.,. some of them should be much better than others, im not saying make them 100, but make them differenet, like the one guy will be 45, another guy 75, and also different teams have different levels of players they produce for the academy..
- The scouts should be able to find better players then they do. Espically when the are upgarded to the max.
- Another thing is if your staff is upgraded fully, why do the players grow so slowly still???? Surely they grow faster,
- why do the players go up one level but nothing changes to their attributes???
- The defenders game ratings is always lower then the strikers???
- also when the league is finished u only see which teams have been relegauted,, what about the teams being promoted??
- When ur team gets promoted u should get bounes cash!!
- The headering need fixing,.. ie when u take a attacting corner its flipin hard to win the header...
- Another thing is the way the the passing, crosses and threw balls work.... they hardly ever work and are so inaccurate,
- The fans can create violince in the stands, when taking corners and throw ins the opposings fans put u off and make u nervous and ur fans cheer u on and help u out.
- Maybe in games where u are winning 7 or 8 nil a fan will run onto the field and jump into the net.
- Thier needs to be more fouces on the weather, like in spain it will be hot and the players will dehydrate and get tired quicker that in england where is raining... Thier should be puddles on the picth when it rains to much, and snow on the ground when its snowing.
- The players hair should get wet in the rain and thier clothes.
- U should be able to go into the chane rooms at half time and have the choice of changing ur tactics and man making and making subs>
All together I really enjoy playing fifa, its my favorite game ever, Ive played it since it first came out.... I wish i had online play to challenge people but i dont! :-(((
I know Fifa 09 is hopefully gonna blow my mind with new features and gmeplay...

I think in fifa 09 you should be able to start fights and dive.
in career mode players should be effected by what's going on outside of their football lives and if the media make bad comments about them their play won't be as good and the more they play well the better they get.
you should be able to change a teams kit at the end of a career mode season.
and there should be more unlockable things:referees,more balls,stadiums and even old winning teams and players.
there should be a selection of mini games too such as kick ups.

and also

the chants for the premier leugue
the croud celebrate when they score instead of the all of the fans celebrate
the comentators need to be diffrent
be an acctual real manager and not play just watch the game and tell them what to do

pluse i think they should put it on ps2 psp xbox 360 and ps3 !

to make the best football title

when creating a club you should use real brand like nike, adidas and umbro to design the kits also you should be able to make a stadiium from stratch, when you biuld a new stand you should se cunstruction works or the eqiupment used in constructing the stand like LMA manager

make it more like fifa 08 that had good track and a good carrer mode like u have to start witha mid class team and be a good manger and get offers as u progress u have took the challenge out of fifa

control the international teams on manager mode and design your own team on psp and kit manager and stadium

u should take the uefa champion league serious and call it that and and academy players and be able to talk and say stuff to your players to lift or drop their morale that would be a good fifa that me and mi friends would buy retail for at least 300 dollars
