FOR GODSAKE fox up the PC version to make it half decent

ok EA i just seen a video of fifa 09 its looking good but i have some ideas.
improve the tackling at fifa 06 features and the fan shop add better online options when you can invite your friends to a game. add a 1080p . better shooting system and. revamp the free kick system. being able to control goalkeepers . here them talk and argue or fights . better commentary . different commentators add snow rain windy different aspects of the weather. b etter stadiums add World X1 and Classics X1 being able to unlock Classics players. change the tackling system. being able to see managers talk and coach and subs in game cut scenes here them talk. add a training mode. add the uefa champions league instead of ecc and efa for eufa cup. add Cambridge United's League

I hope that ea sports can try to add the Russian league, Greece league and Argentina league in FIFA 09.

Make sure you put the best young keeper in the world on the game. I'm from Australia and would love to see Dean Bouzanis in the liverpool squad.

in manager mode, you really should add a pre season because there are alot of leagues that begin after the summer transfer window has closed. the pre season would allow for transfers to be made before the season starts instead of having to wait for the winter transfer window.

I was a little disappointed by FIFA 08, I know EA tried to make great strides as far as game-play and I appreciate that. But, a lot of things about game-play really need revamping. Shooting outside of the box is nearly impossible unless you have 10 yards of space and 5 seconds to set up the shot (and even then it's still not likely). I'm not saying that every shot, or even half, should go in, but a little more control and accuracy on the longer shots would be nice. Also, the passing system is fairly good, but through balls need some help. Most of the time, when you play a through-ball, the defender will be right there to take the ball away at the last second and leave your attack worthless. More control on where through balls go would be nice. Also, the same goes for airborne through-balls. A large thing, which I wouldn't expect any time soon but possibly for the future, is player recognition of the ball in their area. The way the system works now, as far as I can tell, each object (player, ball, etc.) is a single entity and only react when they touch another entity. In real life, players move and position themselves to get the ball or help defend based on where the ball is. Countless times I've seen a player in 08 simply stand there because he didn't "see" the ball. I realize a system like this would be tough, but it would be nice for the future. Though this is a lot and it sounds like I'm fairly displeased with the game, I'm not. FIFA is a great series and is far ahead of the other soccer games, but to become more lifelike, which is what I assume EA is going for, some of the changes I mentioned would only make the game that much better. there should be a career mode where you can start out as a low division player and where you can make choices and eventually get to the top in a club that you want to play for. More animations and more realistic tricks. better graphics too.

Make it that u have to tap the sprint button to run fast like in fifa 2002 .. u can change direction easier when sprinting and get around players more realisticly and using a burst of pace... instead of sprinting in latest fifas where it looks robotic and can very square.

PUT THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE IN THE GAME! as a tournament!!!!!! and in manager mode if u go manutd, chelsea or one of the teams that are in it!

I think Fifa 08 is a perfect game and if Fifa 09 make changes on the speed of the gameplay !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think I wait for Fifa 2010 or World cup South African game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know some of these have already been covered but here's what i would like to see:
1. More international teams like japan, ghana because these are good teams that have definitely been over looked.
2. More leagues, If u have the international team you may as well have the league too if possible and to add like the argentinian league and japanese league.
3. Improve the a-league teams, I really don't think that they are worth 1 or 1 and 1/2 stars maybe when it first was created but every year they get better and better and are at least at the same level as the american or korean league and adelaide united is in the quater finals of the asian champions league which shows how much the league has improved.
4. Make all the players look like their real life equivalents because it gets annoying when u see the same faces on both teams and it would be more fun to be able to recognise the players more easily.
5. Different stadiums for different leagues, create the stadiums that the leagues use at least create the main types of stadiums used.
6. Linesmen and a referee that runs with the game should be added in. It would be more realistic.
7. When subs are being made you see them interact with each other like clap hands or the person coming off encourages the person coming on and to see all the subs come off in multiple substitutions not just one come one and one come off
8. Definitely improve the crowds at the stadiums and not make them paper. Make the crowd wear the clubs colours and jerseys and in some games the crowd chucks confetti down and the occasional flare in the crowd. I played NHL 06 or 07 and it would be good to do the crowd like there, the bottom level of the stadium were fully detailed the second level were still 3D but not as well detailed and the furthest level didn't look like paper but were the least detailed.
9. Add a world cup mode or all those international competitions or at least in create a tournament make it allow you to create a world cup tournament that is a world cup where you can also select what countries hosting it and what stadiums it will be played in. So an idea could be you could choose Vietnam but still have games played at any stadium from the game just because you can't model every single stadium. When you are selecting a stadium to have the finals played at in create a tournament mode at least have a picture of it so you know what you are choosing.
10. Add downloadable content for the next gen consoles so like packs to expand how many teams you have or leagues, stadiums etc and example is a Baltic stated pack which adds all 3 national teams, all 3 leagues, Stadiums for the leagues and a tournament the Baltic Cup.
11.Games played at night and or going from sunset to night would be cool. Weather specific to the continent the games are being played in and what season they are in e.g. in the A-league the season is played through spring to autumn so it should start out some of the matches have some rain or drizzle going into the australian summer where its really hot and sometimes the occasional postponed game maybe because of a thunder storm and then going back into rain and the pitch getting soaked.
12. And finaly to be able to do some tricks while your sprinting. It feels a bit slow sometimes.

in manager mode have other teams buy players and change there teams as the years go on for example if your doing manager mode with arsenal and lets say its 7 seasons in and every other team have gone to s***e because all there players are 34 and have lost there form...also have a more realistic transfer market with more time and not be the only team bidding for a certain player....be able to do more stuff behind the scenes such as being able to physicaly able to see your manager walking around and talking to players inbetween matches

can you please include a co-op manager mode because sometimes having 2 people playing together can be fun

1. longer transfer seasons

2. more interactive loading screens..... e.g. players warming up right before the game.

3. referee on pitch (and linesman)

4. detailed player interactions and reactions to each other for different situations

they need to do some work on the crowd for the next game.


































if you are playing as manchester united they need to have the majority of the supporters in red.








































same with the opposing team. it would be cool if you could clearly tell just be looking at the crowd where your fans are. this is just a minor thing but makes the game seem more realistic and different in some way, everytime you play a match. nothing going to be done bout this but i thought i would just get it off my chest. lol













gotta love the fifa games..... fifa blatently betta than pro evo, which might i add is s***e!

basically they need to make the skills a little easier to master. making the buttoms and tricks simpler to use. it may just be me but i often forget the right combination to certain tricks. other times when i try tricks they don't always work and the timing is complicated to get right. luckily i can still win the games without many tricks.

I have big issues with the simulation aspects of the manager mode:
1) The computer rarely makes any realistic transfers for other teams...after several years in Manager Mode, you will see pretty much the exact same teams.
2) Simulation is very random...the big four of the Premier League are often mediocre and lesser teams win the title.
3) Transfers are random as well, like when, with a Premier League team, you sign a player from a lower league and he refuses to sign because 'He thinks your team is not good enough' or 'considers it a step down'.
4) PLEASE, it would be nice to have an option of redesigning the club's kit between seasons...
5) Actually having contracts with sponsors and being able to have it featured on the jerseys.
6) Scouted players should have names that correspond with the country they come from. Even though the world is very multicultural these days, EVERY single player you scout has a name that does not match with his nationality.

How about a mode similar to that of NCAA or Madden football. You create a player, start in one of the world's 2nd or 3rd tier leagues and play hard enough and well enough to get the big EPL or Sierie A contract after a few seasons and make your country's national team. Have off-field situations where you have to pick a response and deal with the outcome. And how about different announcers for different leagues, Andy Gray calling my Liga match sucks. Finally, add a few MLS stadiums. They are only 1 or 2 level ovals or boxes for the most part,it cant be that hard

cristiano ronaldo, ronaldinho, robinho on the cover please. when a player gets injured make the medical staff come on. make the referee run with the players during the game add a linesman and when a player gets substituted make the official with the board . if you do really good in career mode for example with real madrid make it that you can get promoted to a national team. add pele, maradona, johan cryuiff, zidane into classic team. more celebrations when a player scores like a summer sult like nani's celebration. when you win a title make the president of fifa hand you the title. make a world cup mode. put a tutorial mode for how to do all the tricks. at the beginning of each champions league game play the theme song. make a dive button. make it that you could chose captain and 2 other vice captains.

It has to be able to edit as many players that you want.

The players' skills are pretty realistic BUT few of them are totaly wrong, in my view.

i think be a pro should be 15-20 seasons long so you start your career at 17 and finish between 32 and 37. also you have to make your way by playing in the reserves moving up. also the gameplay isnt as good as pro evo's

i have all the new football games out euro 08 was gd but not as gd as fifa 08 but i think in fifa 09 you could be a player from a younge ages say 16-19 and be that player only and move from club to club and being able to pepresent his country. Also here is so other ideas
1. put more stadiums eg villa park or st james park
2. make a be a pro season like i have explained above
3. be able to update players abilty/value through xbox live
4. also be able to have longer stanama
5. if player have good average for about 5 games it could up his value

After u a season on manager mode, then wen the kits r out of date like man united red home top will go after this season, u should hve earn the points in fan shop to make ur own kit, still keppin all logos like AIG n NIKE, also u can make these kits be5 the season so u can keep plying on that saved game. Do away with Estádio da luiz or wot evry its called coz evry team like man city n west ham r plyin in it n it gets boring, n the ground itself is pretty bad maybe if u r goin 2 make a fake stdium make a stadium that is used widely now like now its circular staduims like arsenals n also the traditional english staduim with 1 main stand. In manager mide wen u make stadium improvemnts u should c the ground get bigger. Better off the ball runs plyrs sometimes make slow runs evry we u call 4 them, party mode a small pitch on line were their is no rules u can do anthing kick plrys in face, but their is still game 2 b won. In manger mode wen u want 2 buy a plyr their should b video tapes on him n also u can go n watch him ply and build up 2 a game like if ur in the final of the FA Cup then a news team should talk 2 people outside the ground. Also be4 the match, a band whos song is in the game should perform be4 the game. nd also wen u get 2 the final u should ply in wembley not at man utd or chelsea and also update the stadium coz the two parts of the roof r not their.

i dont think it will be easy to improve fifa, but would like to see the abbility to be a goalkeeper in be a pro mode. and to do training in manader mode.

Fifa will be the best game ever with these suggestions

1. On Fifa09 PLEASE get be a pro in a season where you control what he does on the training pitch and field, progress from youth to reserves to first team and maybe captain your club. also transfers

2.Finances - get new budget every season, salary to players every week not match

3. Champions League or Uefa in first season if qualified

4.Trophy Celebrations - Get players to lift trohy on the pitch or in the stands

5.Better Graphics

6 .More Stadiums

7. More Legends in Classic Xl like Pele, Maradona, Cruyff, Van Basten, Zidane

8. On create player have what ever rating you want

9. More newspaper stories like someone linked with who ever and you say if true or not

10. More commentators Martin Taylor, John Motson etc.able edit players to make them better like what i wanted to do with Adebayor-79 i mean come on

11.More Nations f.e. Ivory Coast, Ghana, Chile et. (GET HOLLAND NAMES LICENSE)
More Clubs f.e. CSKA Moscow etc.

While I like the fifa series, I dont find it worth to buy a new version every year. The series have been getting repetitive, so I ask to please make every year be a new experience. Some things I wuld like to see are:

1. Smarter AI
2. More controll over player and GK
3. To find a difference between using a player like C.Ronaldo and a youth league player.
4. Central American teams and Eastern Europe teams. Please include from Costa Rica.
5. More regional cups.
6. Have a cup for the champion of each tournament and presnt it in the celebration like in FIFA WC 2006.
7. Create a team, with stadium and shirt.
8. More ways to plan out in game strategy and better gameplay overall
9. Realistic Fans, with celebrations after goals.
10. A before game video where yu can see the outside and inside of the stadium with fans getting in. After game, Have a newspaper like in NFL 2008 with news about team and league.

Ea should remember that soccer is the world's most popular sport so they should make it their highlight game. Bring back the title of best soccer game to EA Sports FIFA

How about when the game starts it will be like manager mode so when you play a match the team chemistry goes up and so does your overall. What about players having a bad day on the pitch. The commentary should be able to say your name. And i would like to take players out of the calssic XI team to put into mine. and need thigs like youth and reserve side. what about the option of moving different teamsto other leagues or just move the championship or league 1 up. the created player should have an impact on the game like the created player should get more attention and if hes got the best overall etc etc can still go on.

Improve the gk,they are a nightmare,only let players make changes online when the ball is out of play,better advantage rule,response time quicker when pressing a button,still too much of a delay,captain your club feature

also when u press R2 u can dive and make pretend you've been fouled

fifa 09 should be put out in every thing like ps2,ps3,x box,x box 360,psp,ds all sorts please

managers can get sent to the stands and the crowd throwing stuff on the pitch i.e balloons on the pitch and coins and stuff thrown at the players and like fatal injuries

you should include legend teams from the past

i think you should use more frequent squad updates on the game, have crowds wearing the teams kit, and downloadable content, like new stadiums, teams, and songs for the crowds to sing, also play the music that a club plays when a player scores.

Ok to make the game that much better, you must take the crowd into mind. Have actual fans, after a goal show the stadium and the fans celebrating w/ different animations each time...and if your playing for a lesser known team the crowd shouldn't be that big because thats not realistic. You should make it so you can see referees and linesmen, security personnel and other staff actually moving...ALSO and this is the big one....if you tackle another player and it is a questionable tackle and/or a foul you should have the option (or the other player) to start a fight/ get in the other players face just to amp up the crowd a bit, of course if you do this you would get a yellow card or red if you actually hit him but to recap: better crowd, stadium, interaction, referees/linesmen, different chants, better animations, get in the other teams face AND MAKE MANAGER MODE LONGER AND BETTER SO YOU DONT HAVE TO KEEP RESTARTING EVERY COUPLE OF DAYS. THANK YOU

Here are some tips.
1. You should add more phrases for the commentry
2. Let the Commentators say things like how many goals a player has for the team. fouls commited. Previous goals scored ect.........
3. Make the refree and linesmen be visible on the field.
4. Also make the 4th official be seen showing added time & subs.
5. The commentators should announce subs comming on & whose warming up.
6. The manager should be visible on the sideline of the field.
7. And the fans should look alot more real.

Manager mode:

- Be able to answer press questions after every game, the answers can be used to wind up rival teams, knock a players confidence, congratulate a player and boost his morale etc..

- Plan training sessions for defenders, midfielders and forwards. Be careful not to tire player out, but keep things fresh. The wrong type of session may cause injuries and squad unrest.

- Players able to hand in transfer requests or communicate with you if they are not happy or want a new contract.

- Be able to select a real manager. Each manager has stats like players relating to his training methods, experience, manner

- Games rearranged due to weather conditions or game being played on TV. Club earns more money if picked for TV. Also games moved if other side is involved in a cup at that time.

Game play:

- Realistic goal celebrations for last minute winners, goals against rivals and title/cup winning goals. No close up's of players celebrating but see them as they are when you play the game but zoom in to see the first few rows of fans celebrating if the players run to the side of the pitch.

- A new player confidence factor that can affect their performance. If a player has high confidence stat then a few missed passes or poor shots wont affect them. Poor confidence stat results in a player performingly under pressure if he isn't playing well. But can improve as the game goes on if he plays a nice pass or has a good shot.

- Realistic crossbar AI.

- Realistic AI for strikers. No more watching the other team play the ball into the box and shoot from a stupid angle or try a volley when they are facing away from the goal. Instead, watch them get hold of the ball, draw in a tackle or play a delicate through ball so a better positioned player can take a shot.

- Another stat called 'Pressure' which is used for penalties. The likes of C.Ronaldo have a high stat as they are more than likely to score. Those with lower stats are more than likely to not place the ball exactly where you aimed which could mean a miss or an easy save. A shoot out in a final or a penalty which could mean an important 3 points, the more pressure there is on the player.

- Realistic goalkeeper movements for penalty shoot outs. The keeper dives everytime instead of standing still. Also no more saves even if your penalty goes in the top corner as those movements are unrealistic. restrict the keeper to dives that are possible and nothing more. The 'pressure' stat for the player trying to score will ensure that you cant score every time just by aiming for the top corner as the ball may not always go high into the goal.

- When a free kick is given against you, allow you to position the keeper and the wall yourself. Depending on where the wall is and where the keeper is standing, the freekick taker may change, or the style of free kick may be different.

- Chose which type of freekick you are going to take. Each player is given a certain freekick type which they are best at so if they are to take a free kick, select that type. Chosing a different style of kick may result in a poorly taken free kick.

- For the top leagues in Europe have a Classic IX picked from players from the last 10 seasons. Prem would have the likes of Shearer, Adams, Henry, Speed, Giggs, Seaman, Bergkamp. La Liga would have Raul, Mendieta, Nadal, Eto' etc...

- Diving headers, its annoying how everyime a cross is played in low the player always volley's.

- More animations pitch side. Ball boys running for balls, camera men moving out the way of a ball, subs warming up on the sides and managers giving out orders to players.

- No more close up's for free kicks and corners but keep camera the same as it would be during the match but add animations to players like forwards putting their hands up if they want the ball played to them. The ref blowing his whistle and delaying the corner if there is pushing and shoving in the box.

- Keepers to come out of their goal if a player an attacker is one on one instead of staying on the goal line. Force the attacker to play around you or try a chip shot.

- Players to argue over decisions such as sendings off and penalties.

- In game commentary to include league positions, if the win has kept them up or if they are missing out on a play off place cause another team is currently winning.

- No more silly phrases such as 'that shot was well over the bar' even if you only missed by a few inches.

Here's my suggestions:
1. Referees on the pitch.
2. Licencing with the Dutch league
3. A Russian league
4. A choice of commentators
5. Managers ranting to their players on the sidelines
6. More than 1 career mode at once
7. Interviews after the match
8. Analysis in the studio by Lineker and Hansen
9. Visible cup celebrations
10. 4th officials board showing players numbers coming on and off.

when I am playing against the computer on a difficult level, and I am playing better than the computer, it seems as if the machine generates free kicks without me actually committing them or generates goals that make my goal keeper look retarded. I have nothing against losing to a better side, and if I chose a more difficult level, then make the other team better than mine, but do not steal the victory with ridiculous goals and plays! It's just irritating!

Add Russian League, more UK leagues and add sponsors to kits from created teams.

There needs to be more international teams maybe all of them. In the last came Asian and african teams seemed to have been ignored. Thank you

in manager mode:
when deciding on what the manager features are, give players the option to be real managers. eg. SAF, Rafa Benitez, Guus Hiddink etc... i think this will add a more realistic dimension to the game if you can be these managers and know that your playing against these managers.
as the seasons progress in manager mode other teams don't progress as much as a good manager controlling their team. often teams like man utd, arsenal and barcelona will go from being 5 star teams to 4 or less and no other ai teams will take their place. This makes the game become boring over and less of a challenge and pleasure to play.
i think therefore that the youth academy in the manager mode has to target players from 14 so that future talent doesn't stop when the new players coming through retire in the game.
when creating a player hav the computer generate pronounce the name. this technology is very easy to adapt these days. and with this allow for the computer to generate a players face from a real person with uploaded pictures. (amagine that a person can play as themselves in the game... or even a famous person that someone just wants to add)

Can you add FC Eindhoven.

1. Have classic teams for both country and clubs.
2. Bring back the training.
3. Argentinan and Russian leauge and holland licence.
