Here are my following ideas & solutions for your latest game fifa 09.
1 players) Goalkeepers(Gk).Lowered rankend goalkeepers should make blunders sometimes e.g going through the legs, droping & puting it out of play(from kick outs)And also when a teamate passes it back to the keeper he should be able to walk out of his box & look for a teamate that wants the ball(when a opponent is not around.Outfield players(def,mid & st)also lowered rankend outfield players should sometimes miss good chances.
2 clubs) All clubs should have there real stadiums,On massive derbies the stadiums should be full & the fans going crazy.On normal match days if your team/opposion team are 2 or 3 nil up home/away fans will start to leave(should be visible to see them going).And wherever the club is situated city/town you can see outside the grounds.All teams should be in it
3 leagues & cups) When you are in the champions league the theme song of it should be on at the start of the match(you can switch it of in options)the eircom league(Ireland)is one of my problems.There should be the eircom cup,the two teams at the top of the league should have a chance to qualify for the champions league & all leagues should have there second third......divison.If you win a league/cup you should recieve the medals and the captain (who comes last of the line) holds up the trophy runners up recieve medals after oh and both teams get applauled.4 injuries and aid)When a player is down injuried the physio should come onto the field with a medical kit.If he can fix it up a stecther should be carried out(it depends how good your aid is).The worst rated it is the longer your players are out for.
5 staff)all clubs should have a manager/caretaker,a technical artist, a kit manager, a goalkeeping coach,a senior physiotherapist,three physiotherapist,a club doctor,two fitness coach & a masseur.
6 manager mode) When you begin to become a manager of a new club you should be able to create yourself(as a manager)e.g name age....... you will be on sport headlines,you will get a picture with the team & staff. and between match days you can roam around the grounds see the tourists and get picture taking with talk to people(you know & dont know)

please please please put in create a team and better keeper ai and motions.

mainly put in create a team and customizable options just like in manager mode for it.

i am a ps3 owner and here is what i mean:

for the first i want you to make a five minute clip when winning the league or a cup (for example champions league) where the team celebrating and lifting the trophy.

for the second i want more realistic commentators and reactions on the pitch.

and the last make the fans look realistic and make them leave if the team that they support is loosing like 3-0 or something.

Dear EA,

Listen to my ideas, and FIFA 09 Will be absolutely incredible.
My ideas:

-We really need the following international teams added:
Costa Rica, Trinidad and Tobago, Honduras, El Salvador, Canada, Jamaica
Columbia, Chile, Venezuela
Japan, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, North Korea, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait,
Tunisia, Senegal, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Egypt
Solomon Islands
Slovakia, Iceland

With these added teams, us gamers can create and enjoy some great international championships and have more freedom of international football.
I would also like to see the following international championships, all generic but based on real tournaments:
-South American Cup: The 8 teams in 2 groups of 4, then a knockout tournament
-North American Cup: The 8 teams in 2 groups of 4, then a knockout tournament
-American Cup: The 16 teams of the Americas in 4 groups of 4, then a knockout starting with the quarter finals
-African Cup: The 8 teams in 2 groups of 4, then a knockout tournament
-Asian Cup: The 10 teams in 2 groups of 5, then a knockout tournament with the top 2 teams in each group
European Championship: 24 European Teams in 6 groups of 4, the top two go through to 4 groups of 3, the winners of each group in the knockout phase.
-International World Cup: 32 teams in 8 groups of 4, Top two in each group go into a second round group stage of 16 teams, the top two from each group then go to the knockout phase starting with the quarter finals.
-British Home Nations Championship: The 4 British international football teams plus the Republic of Ireland in 1 group of 5
-Scandinavian Championship: 1 Group of 5 teams: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland. Top two teams contest final.
-Confederations cup: 2 groups of 4 teams: Italy, Germany/Spain, Brazil, Egypt, South Africa, Iraq, USA and New Zealand. Top 2 teams in each group in knockout stage.

All Championships should have a match for 3rd place, excluding the Scandinavian and British championships.
-In Group and knockout tournaments, the knockout stage needs to be different. For example, on FIFA 08, if you do a 32 team tournament, the quarter final sees the winner of A1 vs. B2 against the winner of B1 vs. A2, which is unrealistic; it should be the winner of A1 vs. B2 against the winner of C1 vs. D2. And in the semis that’s when a team can play against a team from the other half of the tournament, instead of the final in FIFA 08.
-When creating a tournament, the player should be able to choose if they want a 3rd place play off.
-When creating a tournament, we should be able to choose from formats of such tournaments as the 1982 world cup, World Cups 86-94, World Cup 1950, World Cups 74-78, and the current UEFA Cup format etc.
-The player should be able to play as as many teams they like, even all of them. This should be something called “Play the Cup” where you play in every single game in the tournament.
-You should be able to become an international manager. The player as manager can participate in his teams confederations tournament and the international World Cup.
-In manger mode, the World Cup should always be hosted by England, with ten stadiums (Villa Park, Stadium of Light and City of Manchester Stadium added on).
Qualification for the tournament should be as follows(only needed in manager mode):
-England-Qualify automatically even if England is controlled by the manger.
-European Teams: Qualify through European Cup. The 12 teams in the second group phase of the tournament qualify automatically. The 6 3rd placed teams go into two groups of 3. If England get into the last 12 of the European cup, then both group winners qualify. If England fail to get to the second round, only one team can qualify with a play off with the 2 group winners. If England finish 3rd in their group then the 4th placed team in their group go to the 6 team group phase.
-Asian Teams: The 4 semi-finalists of the Asian cup qualify, the two 3rd placed teams in each Asian cup group play off and the winners play off against the winner of New Zealand vs. Solomon Islands
-Oceania: New Zealand vs. Solomon Islands, winner plays Asian play off winner.
-South America: The 8 teams in two groups of 4, Top two teams in each group qualify, 3rd placed teams play off against each other, winner plays off against 4th Placed North American Team
-North America: The 8 teams in two groups of 4, Top team in each group qualifies, the Two second placed teams play each other, winner qualifies, loser plays play off against 5th placed South American Team.

-I would also like to see the following leagues:

-The following stadiums are much needed:

-To make way for all these new things, here are some things we don’t need but are in FIFA 08:

Polish, Danish or Swedish leagues, (we need their best 3 teams each though for European competition)
Lausanne, or any of the Swiss or Brazilian teams in rest of the world for that matter

As a gamer a never use the above, so I feel we don’t need them. Where games are sold in Poland, Sweden and Denmark, include their leagues, but The UK, Australia or US don’t really need them.

-We also need 32 non league teams so we gamers can do the FA Cup in its proper format from round 1. The 32 non league teams should be:

I also think there are several annoying things in FIFA 08, that really need to be fixed:
-Create a player name lengths- their maximum is really short, they should have a 30 character maximum for player name lengths on each name, first and second, same with create club names, with a full up to 30 character Long name for clubs.
-In FIFA 08, star ratings have not really had enough effect, so I think they should have more effect on the overall outcome.
-I also think the player should be able to simply go on a mode called “Team edit”. There you can raise and lower a teams overall star rating, and once done every player in the club will have their rating go up or down by the same amount to match that star rating. There should also be a “form editor”. Here you select a club and edit their form, as they will already have one. For example, Hull and Stokes forms would be going “up” at this point, whereas Luton’s form would be seen as going “Down”. This is a bit like the form editor on pro evo, although the FIFA 09 one should last a long time in manager mode.
- In manager mode, I think that I as the player should not be allowed to start at a Premier League club. I think that Premier league, Serie A, La Liga 1, French liga 1 and German Bundesliga 1 clubs should only be available after 4 seasons of successful management.
-In cup competitions, us gamers would like to see the full tournament tree (Only Group and Knockout competitions or pure knockout competitions with less than 16 teams in.) I would also like to see all group tables and group results throughout the tournament, not just in the group phase. The Tournament tree should include the 3rd placed play off as well. (If there is one)
-In Group and Knockout competitions, Team 1 in Group A plays Team 2 in Group A as the opening games, not a random fixture list because its annoying.
-International competitions should have a lot more atmosphere, like in World Cup 2002.
- In competitions we need to see a neutral half and half crowd, not just because of the “home” side when there isn’t one. All matches on neutral ground should have even supporting. You seemed to get that right in EURO 08 so keep it up.
-I would like to see more rest of the world teams, like the best 3 teams of: the leagues of Romania, Tunisia, Cameroon, Nigeria, Morocco, Egypt, Iran, the UAE, Uruguay, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Croatia, Ukraine etc.
-The menus and screens need to be different and much more solid, like EURO 08
-A good intro video with good music, what about Lux Aterna by Clint Mansell?
-More club competitions like the African, Asian and European Champions leagues, UEFA Cup (not European ECC or EFC) and the south and north American club championships.
-In FIFA 08 and EURO 08 there’s an annoying bug when sometimes when your players receive the ball it moves 5 metres away from them in a random direction, this needs to be sorted.
-The menus need a good tidy up and need to become much more solid, like in EURO 08.
-In matches, the score board at the top of the screen should have the first 3 or 4 letters of their names, like internationally but with clubs as well. For example, a scoreboard might say: MANU 1-1 MAN C or LIV 3-1 CHE
-The trophy celebrations need to be better. There should be close ups of the players jumping up and down screaming and shouting, with us actually able to hear them screaming and shouting. There should always be a fancy plinth on which the winners receive there trophy by important looking people in suits. This is except any final held at Wembley, where you should see the players walk up the steps, Collect their trophy with handshakes from important people, turn around and lift up the cup, at which point the winning supporters give a massive cheer.
-When a team wins a cup, the supporters should be waving flags and jumping up and down shouting out their teams name, it should be a joyous occasion.
-The intro scene of games like quarter, semi or final matches should be really passionate.
-When a team scores a goal, a football song should come on in the stadium like samba de janeiro or Chelsea dagger. The fans should sing to that song.
-There needs to be more atmosphere at the end of tight games
-I would like to be able to create more players
-I would like to see all games covered by “EA TV” with Steve Rider introducing the commetators, Clyde Tydlesly and Andy Townsend (not Andy Gray, you make him seem like a grumpy moaning old man, when he’s not)
-I would like to hear Andy Townsend make more comments
-At the half and full time I would like to see the list of scorers, not just the last one of the half or game.
-The intro scene should feature the camera coming down from above the stadium into a view of the tunnel
-The tunnel should be more realistic with glossy tiles etc like reality
-Get rid of those annoying flashbacks that players have in the tunnel
-There should be a league shuffle mode so before manager mode you can shuffle the leagues so put any team in any league of that country, remembering ofcourse that if you put a team like Charlton, Wolves or Ipswich in the Premier League you would not be able to manage them straight away.
-There seems to be bugs sometimes in formation creator in FIFA 08, that needs to be sorted.
-The ability to seed and give byes to teams in tournament creator
-I would like to be able to choose from several trophies in cup creator mode
-More time taken in penalty shootouts as you see every player walk up to the penalty spot, but not like World Cup 2006 on DS, what was that about?

I really think these ideas would make FIFA 09 incredible. I know many FIFA gamers, and every single one of them agreed with all of my ideas. Some of these ideas are actually theirs. So please take note of this EA because at the end of the day we are the gamers and this s what we want to see. However I have also seen many other excellent ideas on this site. So please read this and carry out these ideas because this way FIFA 09 will be the best FIFA ever, and Pro Evo will be unbelievably outclassed.

ive seen pictures of fifa 09 there in a football magazine named match

when in manager mode you should be able to walk around your home grounds to go to things like meetings and to discuss transfers and press after the match like on wwe smackdown vs raw 2007 on career mode where you have your own locker room.
oh and before matches you should be able to give your squad a pre-mathc talk in the dressing rooms

mexican second division, argentinean league, more national teams, more rest of the world teams, example: conmebol & concacaf clubs...

we want to see famous people in the crowd or we will hate fifa and will fall in love with pro evolution soccer 2009!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You shud be able to take on people with the tricks like when you do a trick againgst computer they just tackle you no matter how well you time it :P also the kits shud be updatedwith the squad update :D

i think that when change your stadium you should see a diffrence or even better add chosen bits on to the stadium. if you want a new stadium you could design a brand new stadium with a certain price tag.

make da commentators learn more names

Give Sunderland players thier rightful ratings such as Kenwyne Jones: his rating is only 72 when it should be at least 80, Also Danny Collins is only 60 that is havin a laugh. Other examples of this is: Etuhu 65, Nosworthy 70, Leadbitter 64, Wallace 60 these players shud be at least 70 or over

I think you should have the Stadium of Light and Eastlands as playable stadiums because they are much bigger and better than a few you have on the game such as Stamford Bridge, Anfield and White Hart Lane.

Fifa 09 would be perfect, if you put in the Russian Premier League. Or at least four or five Russian teams in rest of the world.

1 when the team comes out i think that you should see them walking out from the tunnel and getting into their postions.

4. diving even though it isn't respectfull but can created couple of laughs when playing in a group of friends.

6. create your own stadium like on lma manager
7. in final games fans should invade the pitch and lap of hounors.

Improve the tackling not running into them . add fifa 06 features like fanshop unlocking classic players. world X1 classics X1 . improve the fifa 08 freekick system and penalty. change the shooting system it's horrible for example you shoot very far out top corner keeper saves it easily. being able to controll keepers. add weather options like snow rain wind . improve the skills. add better manger mode. Add a 1080P Mode

I think the graphics should be better on PS2 and PSP cause thay are awesome on X-BOX 360 and PS3 but they aren't dat good on PS2 and PSP. I suggest that you should put more graphicy faces on all of the players that play for the big clubs (OR EVEN EVERY PLAYER THAT PLAYS IN THE PREMIERSHIP) like Arsenal, Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea, Barcelona, AC Milan, Real Madrid, Inter Milan, Spurs, Everton, PSV. I also think you should put a selection of commentators and co commentators like BBC commentators, ITV commentators and SKY SPORTS commentators. Commentators like Jim Beglin, Mark Lawrenson, Peter Drury, Jonathan Pearce, David Pleat, Andy Townsend. Also I think at the end of the season in manager mode you should have an option of if you want to change your clubs kit or not. Also there should be an option during pre season or during the season that you can build your own stadium or even you could build a stadium in the creating zone on the main menu. I think there should be an option that you can create your own manager when you start a manager mode. Also you should have more time to do transfers during pre season and during the January transfer window. There should also be proper bidding wars were you can see what other teams are bidding for the player that you are bidding for aswell. You should also be able to buy players from a rival club. Also the commentators should mention in matches

Very simple modification.

I last played FIFA 07 because I didn't anticipate much change in '08, but I'm not sure if the following suggestion as been implemented:

1) In manager mode, friendly matches would be great. For example, when managing club Cruz Azul in the FMF (Mexico), the only teams the manager faces are the ones in the FMF. I just think it would be nice to see some action with European teams, or as in real life, with MLS and South American teams. Is Copa Libertadores available yet? That would also be a MAJOR compliment to FIFA 09.

1) Referees on the pitch, this is an abseloute must.

2) No cut-scenes when players get booked, this totally seperates you from the action & the game loses all realism at this point.

3) More national teams, the are loads of european teams, but hardly any other teams.

4) Argentinian league !

5) Better Classic Xl team, the name " classic Xl " is a total misconception on fifa 08, no disrespect to the likes of Gascoigne, Hagi & Voller, but are they really true greats of the gme of football, the answer is no. Pele, Maradona, Best, Eusebio, Zidane, Yashin, Puskas & Di Stefano would be immense additions to fifa, although it is understandable that the rights to these players would come at a huge fee.

6) Create a stadium mode, Madden has it, why not fifa?
1) photo game face is a must to finally define it from pes as the great football game it is!

2) international manager mode but with the real pressures of picking squads/ass. managers etc. and also more easy to be fired to make it more realistic

3) oh and definately i agree with the better classic XI team but how about classic england, france, italy etc. teams

4) this stresses me! league sleve logos and lettering and number styles should be changed when promoted or relegated

5) other teams should be more adventurous in transfer market and when they do buy players make sure they actually play them!

You should have pitch invasions when promoted or when you survive relegation.

Also on fifa 08 when you pass to a player who is in a offside position and it deflects of the oppents body and then goes to your player its still says that you are offside, make it so he is onside.

have referee ratings so that the ref and linesmen don't get everything right

In manager mode.... we should be able to become International Manager after gaining enough
experience. This will lead onto friendlies, euros, copa america and world cup. how cool would that be?

and have a reserve league to allow academy players and reserve players to gain experience and recoverr
injured first team fatigue.

yes and real referees running around the pitch.

in manager mode make a table with all teams and make your team work to be no1 in the world....

Your created player in manager mode should have his name said by the commentator instead of the commentators not saying his name you should be able to choose the name you want from a list of all the names in the world

please please please allow for a two minute half length , when playing with a load of mates in a competion 4 minutes takes to long to complete, if you cant have it the main game due to achievemnts at least have it in create a tournament mode , this also aplies for being able to play as the computer team against your mates selected team. allow the controllers to moved over in create a tournament mode like how you could in the x-box versions. we have a fifa tournament every thursday and have done for the last 8 years , how ever because of these limitations we are still playing fifa 06 on the origional x-box .

- better manager mode with pre-season matches
- be a pro campaign in manager mode, as you play, if your rating goes up then better clubs will be interested in you and you can choose to move to one of those clubs at the end of your contract or if your current club accepts a good offer from the interested clubs you may move
- realistic budgets (but not too realistic)
- players may decide wether to stay or go at the end of their contract
- when choosing academy players, we should be able to put them on a trial or some sort of training session to test their skills
- teams act more realistic when Transfer Window is open
- in manager mode we should be able to see whats going on in other leagues
- the option within manager mode to have practice sessions
- inside a pratice session, the option to practice free kicks, penalties, counter attacks, skills, defensive/attacking tactics.......
- real-time weather that changes as the match goes on. for example, we may start the match at 5:00pm in sunny weather but by the time the match is over it should be night time or half way through the match it starts to rain or snow, etc..
- team jersey should be according to the weather condition, if its winter or snowing then players should be wearing long sleeves with gloves......
- the pitch should look more realistic, should have more detail
- ball movement should be more realistic as well as player movement
- player should react to your commands faster
- better goalkeepers actions and behaviour
- visible referee and lines man
- referee should call more fouls and give out more yellow and red cards
- more realistic espectators

Id really love to see some highlights from the previous season, maybe a 5-10 minute review of the epl, german bundesliga and also champions league. also have a seperate world cup tournament in the game cos i find it annoying having to set it up all the time. another thing wich wood be mad is for players to have there own unique trick or shot, because i hate playing with players like ronaldhino and wasting the awsomeness of him. maybe a meter that builds up and once its full he can do a freekshow shot. i dont mean like fifa street, but something similar. itd be sweet as.

u shuld put peter schmeichel in the legends team, u shuld also be able to create ur own team with sponsors and makes u shuld also be able 2 create ur own manager also create ur own goalkeeper gloves and boots
