Fifa 09 should have to following:

1) There should be a referee and linesman on the pitch.
2) Let us see the managers of different teams e.g when a team scores, the manager of that team jumps and celebrates of something like that.
3) The City of Manchester Stadium, Ewood Park, Goodison Park and Villa Park (maybe more) stadiums should be in Fifa 09
4) Let the fans chant anf sing and get more realistic!
5) Also, when your at Stamford Bridge, let the liquidator be played and Liverpool fans sing, 'You'll Never Walk Alone' at Anfield.
6) We should be able to build stadiums for different teams.
7) Let there be fights between players and arguments between managers.
8) Please can there be press conferences to that would be good.
9) The should also be a 'Manager Change' like if you are unhappy with a current manager e.g Avram Grant at Chelsea, you can sack Avram and bring in a better manager e.g Frank Rijkaard. (Although Frank Rijkaard is coming to Chelsea anyway) but it makes it more realistic.
10) Players should be aloud to dive and handball on purpose.
11) There MUST AND I MEAN MUST be the The Champions League on Fifa 09! Please!! And let teams lift a trophy when they win the Premier League, Championship, Carling Cup, FA Cup, Community Shield ect....
better camera angles that you can zoom in and out
have a similair thing to the freestyle controls for defenders like strong blocking sticking your leg in etc and some of the better midfielders should have more passing animations ie mor finesse style , no look , back heel etc . the same thing with really good striker and wing forwards there should more shooting animations
sunday leagues
1. More activity with youth and reserve sides
2. Better crowd - Torres Bounce :)
3. Wear black armbands in memorial of something, eg. Hillsborough
4. Better newspaper
5. More history
6. Better commentators - 'Great save by the keeper' when actually i just missed the target
7. More + Future stadiums - New Anfield

i think fifa 09 for pc would benefit from the:
1. xbox 360 be a pro camera angle.
2. more realistic crowds
3. better graphics and player faces such as ronaldinho's
4. more movement by teamates in be a pro mode.
And maybe more teams and leagues. I know this sounds unfair but get the danish Viasat division and the 2. division maybe so you can fall down.
It would be really cool if you could get to play on international teams in the carreer mode. And the refery on the field and line refs would be great. And if could come to PS2 again that would be the best!
i really enjoyed fifa 08....but i think a really good idea would be to have reserves and an academy to have youger players coming through......!!

I think you should add more features to the Manager Mode.
it should a replica of the actual championship printing and have a choice of different comentators, press conferencewhen you sign new players

You know everyone have said a lot of good things for the next fifa. More emotions, diving, refs, giving out false card, crowed should really get mad when something like that happend with the ref and player, subs warming up, coaches emotions for ex if a the ref calls it ouffsides but it wasnt the coach and the crowed go crazy lol, more tribiling skills, better and faster upgrade for your created player, more options in creation zone ( hair, tattoos, beard, ect). I think every fifa fan or non fifa fan would be stuned to see these but what i really think we should have on the next 09 is something like a pro-mode which we have now. Just like the manager mode we should also have another mode just for your created player and ur that only player thats it, you have to practice to get better, u might start as a sub, as u improve there to be interviews like when u sign someone new, as u progress and get better you become more important and other teams want you, but the main part is that this mode is only you not the team. I think something like that will really make u feel ur part of the team and playing.

EA needs to fix Online Gaming. It really sucks with all those cheaters.

There are two things which EA FIFA 09 should have:

1- the ability for players to set their controls the way they want. Some people play by using the control´s default setting and other people use different settings.

2- Holland national team should display the real names of the players. I think that EA FIFA series it is better than Winning 11 or Pro Evolution Soccer because of having real names.

I think that FIFA09 should allow you to not only play as the clubs but also as the national team and be able to go to the world cup and such. Also the ability to make your own team, of players you pick and let you manage it.
1) More National Teams
2) More National Team Competitions (World Cup, Confederations cup, EURO,gold cup,Copa America,African cup)
3) Is gonna be version 09 so the Fifa World Cup Qualifications would be nice to have.
4) Better Celebrations.
5) When Picking the uniforms to play we should be able to pick the shirts shorts and socks and not have to choose the defaults.
6) On Manager Mode We should be able to custumize the team uniform at the end of every one or two seasons. Because the uniforms change almost every year I think that would be a realistic attribute to the game.
7) The Free kicks aren't all that easy, to curve and put the ball on the right spot is very difficult.
8) More Stadiums and more shoes.
9) More Leagues- I think that Fifa has already got most of the Europe leagues to the point. I think in 09 they should focus on trying to put lots of the central and south American Leagues although they are not as powerful as the european leagues but it would help out on the picking the national team Feature of the game if the Fifa World Cup Qualification part of the game if its gonna be available. Plus I think it would Increase EA FIFA Videogame sales a lot because in the U.S. alone there a lot of Latin American people living here and more of them would buy the game for that feature.

Ok, something FIFA done before, then changed to make it worse, Please, let us take free kicks where the foul was commited, not in 8 different set locations. It's so annoying, you talke some one, the freekick is taken 10 feet towards goal, and then the opponent can score. FIFA 03's freestyle freekicks were better. Oh, one more thing, electronic advertisement boards. Not the stationary blue/white/yellow boards. Makes the game look too fake.
For Fifa09,if the players were to move better and shoot better would make the game for me.Like the way u guys had Fifa World Cup.The movements were way better than Fifa 07 and 08.The triple Header,the way the goalie kicked the goalie kick.It was perfect.And can we get more accurate faces.And more teams,like with manager mode.Oh,and how about having a story mode???Like your player walks around the city,plays with kids or street soccer.Better yet,can u combine Fifa street and the Fifa games???
in fifa 09 u should have every league u can in europe and same gameplay as in button but u could change skills e.g.. also have C. Ronaldo David Villa Adebayor on front cover all world class also ARSENAL RULE LOL

1. More stadiums especially for all of the top divisions mainly premier league,I think all of the prem league teams stadiums should be there.and maybe a little cut scene of the outer stadium or birds eye view zooming in before the match starts.
2.when increasing your stadiums attendance this should become visible during games
3.the ref linesman managers and subs benches should be present along with more realistic crowd appearance,fifa 08 crowd wad really shabby
4.when winning a cup the cup and whole team and manager should be shown maybe including a lap of honour
5.english seasons cup semi and finals should be played at wembley
6.being able to change your away strip once a seaon would keep the game feeling new
7.when signing a player a little press interview would be good or newspaper pic of that player in the clubs jersey
8.Goal of the month,that would be great
9. a facility to put your own song lists onto the menus
10.I enjoyed the gameplay on fifa 08 only things i would include are a better free kick set up to make it a little easier.

oh and why not in manager mode after your second year with your club the chairman lets you creat your own staidium!!! then it would be the best game ever!!!.

I think you should add Bulgarian Professional TBI "A" Football Group. Bulgarian League is growthing every season more and more so it deserve to be in FIFA series
When developing FIFA 09, you should go back and observe the previous games. I feel that FIFA 05 hasthe best Manager Mode in recent years. It is very unrealistic to have more than one game in one day. I really enjoy all the different leagues so add as many as you can and make the Manager Mode longer. Manager Mode should last about 20-25 seasons instead of 15. When a manager has a high enough status, they should be called up to coach national teams. When you win a league or cup, you must have better celebrations. Let there be a ceremony with confetti with the players receiving their medals and the team running around the field with the cup. Crowds should be involved more. It just doesnt feel like Futbol unless there are hostile, passionate crowds who fight for their team. More national teams. I want to be able to go through every stage of the World Cup including qualifying. Go back in time and check out FIFA 98. That game is still my favorite because of the amount of national teams. Something that really annoys me is the that cup finals are not played on neutral fields. That must be put in. It only makes sense that you add more stadiums from all the different leagues.

there should be a lot more fitting and when they score a really important goal they should celebrate by taking of there shirt and going crazy. and the coach and the subs should all come out and huge or jump on the person.
For fifa 09 you should go on gettyimages.com and pictures of the players and try hard to prfect what they actually look like.
fans reacting appropriately towards game, streakers... alternating commentators, international manager mode... allow keeping track of other competitions (eg world cup, euro) other leagues, for monitoring players. more keeper animations, branded gloves, colour customizable

coach:more stadions,more money prices,like if you win an european championship,you must be able to urn more than know,how much better you get,how much better sponsors that want you and that pay more,and if you lose allot,sponsors turn there back on you.more commercials,when you upgrade your stadion,you must be able to see some change.fifa is my favorite game so i'm quite happy!but if we may say somthing how its made,than i'm glad to help!greetz!a (big)fan from belgium!

i agree with nani... there should be sometimes where one can see the room with all the commentators and youhear different languages... and when a cup is won... all players should be on the pitch.. includin coaches managers etc... players should be seen warming up on the sides of the pitch etc... fights should break out, fines, and also false decisions from referees... the occasional scandal, with a player or referee or coach... and also more referees and they should physically be part of the game
Getting there, eventually. Some considerations for 2009?
1: animated managers, referee, linemen. Crowds to have more emotion.
2: Player awards: Top Scorer, PFA, world player of the year etc. Would be interesting and added benefits/money for manager modes.
3: Manager being targeted in transfers?
4: Ability to change a players possition. ie: a winger who a manager sees could develope more as a striker. Player developement maybe?
5: fluid stepovers, balancing ball on head, shoulders
6: World club cup
7: better freekicks as in 2007
8: Players sub, shaking hands, sulking.
9: players lifting actual cups, manager included (manager mode?)
10: commentator on player names seem to have gone once you alter a players skills (cheating I know)
