Your Ideas for FIFA 08

fifa 08 needs the move joystick ...to make sweet moves and make the goalies more human and realistic with saves, and movements...also should include penalty kick shootout and different game modes...more tournaments ... and every single team in soccer

I think Fifa 08 should have the world cup or U-20 world cup and the U-17 cause on 07 on the psp it was really boring without the world cup and i have to create one so it was kinda of silly. also put secret characters like zinedine zidane i miss that fellow put like higlights at end of the game for manager mode they should allow you to control the international team because i really love the world cup and put like real sponsors like AIG, Samsung and etc those fake sponsors were really boring and when you pick the sponsor on the team the jersey will change for example if manchester united, you change its sponsor it should show like samsung or something that would be really good details

it should have:
- south american teams: some of argentina, uruguay, etc (only the most populars)
- chilean league
- in international teams: chile, peru, venezuela, colombia

you guys should make offsides not automatic, instead it should be right about 90% of the time and there should be an 'appeal' button, and if your on defense your guys stop playing, and your either right or wrong, and i think it would add more of a realistic element to the game, so there would be better breakaways or more problems when you appeal at the wrong time

In the on-line war, when i kick the Free Kick that it should as FIFA2005, Opponents can see the kicks what angle i choose and the groove of strength. So that each person technical skills will be aware. In my opinion, when i prepare free kick, the perspective should only to Opponents just like they are normal playing . . THANKS~~

make sure on the 360 you have freestyle moves. . .and make sure a curled shot and a hard shot are not better than each other. . .and more realistic ball spin on shots

Make a "Super Star" mode like on Madden 07. Allow your player to rise up from a nobody playing for a small team to an international superstar playing for a big time club.

I hope that they put all stadiums into fifa 2008 beacause they should be at the point that they can do that , with all of the diffrent physics and graphics and with the next gen discs being alot lager they have plenty of space on the dics. I also hope that they put that there is forign transfers in the game because in fifa 2007 on the 360 whe you were playing manager mode other teams in the league only transfer between them selfs. Also there has to be beter weather conditions , in the last game in on 360 every league it was day time and sunny , no rain no night games no snow no fog it was rubbish.

More realistic physics

For this game when the ball crosses over the goaline it should be a goal. Too many times has this happened to me in Fifa 07 when i take a free kick and it is so hard that the goalie backs up into his own , im sure this has happened to many people and will get very annoying if it keeps happening.Also you should be able to create your own team and customize,also female teams can be put in for all the girls that play the game.Also Put netherlands on the game!!!!!!!The passes need to be faster many a time when you press the pass button and it doesnt respond as fast as you would want it to. The free kicks need to go back to the fifa 06 style. Also the usl leagues can be included ;)

hey, me again. ive been reading more comments and i totally agree with the idea of actually doing the training thing, after all it is a hugely important part of professional football. its where players can pick up unfortunate injuries and improve on various skills and also a huge addition would be man management, beaing able to deal with players that go on late night binges, turn up for training late or start giving the club a bad image would be uber realistic and i think daniel clarke has it spot on, have a stadium builder so that you can really put your own mark on the club you are managing, after all, if your going to be playing as the same team for seasons on end, you want everything suited to you, in turn making you want to play the game for longer xx

hey,i've bought every fifa since '97 and it keeps on getting better every year but i think being able to customise kits at the end of every season would be cool. i also think if you want to make big money signings you should yave to approach your chairman or just have a screen where you can ask the charman for the financial backing to get the player you are after. also, visible changes in the stadium improvements would be good. something else i thought would be really impressive is that your youth team should produce some really good raw talent (a la wayne rooney) every so often so you dont always have to rely on transfer windows to inprove your squad. other than all of this, keep it up fellas, ur doin a far better job than those pes noobs!

I would like to see either one or both of the Irish leagues going into Fifa 08 because over the last 1 or 2 years you have been adding different leagues and I think many people would like to see the Eircom League or the Irish Premier League or even both of them. You put the Mexican League in Fifa 07 and I was really gutted that none of the Irish leagues where in Fifa 07. I really would hope you would really think about puting one or even both of the Irish Leagues in Fifa 08 as I really think people would like this idea. Thank you

the whole atmosphere of the stadium could be improved to make the expierince that much more authentic and exiting. For example louder crouds that interact with the gameplay more, and stands that are closer to the field. if you watch many soccer games in real life the stands at the stadiums are much closer to the endlines of the pitch than in fifa. simply adding that would contribute to the realistic atmosphere.

To add the following matches, COPA LIBERTADORES, COPA SUDAMERICANA, (CONMEBOL), WORLD-WIDE MATCH OF CLUBS (FIFA) and to introduce teams of Argentinean, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Colombia, equator, Venezuela qualified for those matches does not matter if not this its league, only that estan ready to participate

lets have stoke,s brittania stadium in the game . also refs and lino,s on the pitch.managers on the touch line shouting and pointing at players.

here are some suggestions for the next fifa:

-i really hate that when i buy a player in transfer mode, they always have number "2",even if he is a goalkeeper,please try to improve this,because i dont want players like "ronaldinho" that usually have a number (like "10" in his case) play with number "2"; they should try to stick to the number they had in their last team,like in fifa 2003.

-the chance of changing kits at every season´s end,you can ask adidad,nike,umbro,puma,etc for diferent kits designs and like for example,if i choose adidas as my sponsor for the next season,i could choose between 5 diferent designs and change the kit...also i would like the option of changing the shirt sponsor every time in a while...clubs tend to do that,so it would be cool.

-real boots of real brands,like you did on fifa street 2...also the way you can create a player there is much better than in fifa 07....if you could get that system into the next fifa it would be great.

-every season´s end a recognition between the best goal keeper,the best defender, the best midfielder and the best forward;it woyld be nice to see the "ideal 11 formation" for the season and also a recognition for the best player of the season,also improving those players abilities and price on the market; and PLEASE, when counting the goals,separate the tournaments,like you did in fifa 2003....i prefer to see that my forward score 3 goals in the cup, 13 in the league and 5 in the international cup than just seeing that he scored 21 goals.

-make the game more realistic like having real sponsors and enable players to play the champions league for 2 difeerent clubss in the same year for example, those little details that can make the diference...also like you did in fifa 2004,in vacations time pass the weaks so that you could have the 2 months of transfer period and you could negociate...not just having the fixtures on that period to buy or sell players.

-when creating a team,it would be nice that more logo options could be add,and also in the uniform,that you could pick a brand for it and that the logo appear on the shirt,also having a sponsor; and that you could pick the numbers and letters font on the shirt too.

your game is really fantastic and i can only think of those improvements, i hope you can try to use my ideas.

for the Spanish commentators u should have PABLO RAMIREZ n JESUS BRACAMONTES from univision.

Also u should have la copa america n other important cups, n the uefa champions league

use the real asking prices for players on the game and teams reject deals for player who will not be leaving next season. players reject contracts lower then the current or if the clubs has a bad season.

dont forget to add create a competition

You should enable players to play UEFA cup the Champions League. That would be cool.

The next game should have created teams that select/copy players without removing them from their current roster. I'm a big fan of creating teams with fantasy rosters. For the next game there should be more control on customizing the kits and even be able to create a stadium. Just a thought since the other EA Sports games like Madden allow you do do such things.

What you really need to improve is the interaction between us and the game...what I mean...we should really have the chance of editing stuff regarding the game...for example, the players' faces, hair, boots (I mean real boots)...so many players have the same face and that sucks...try to do something about that...Also create new stadiums (I mean come on how hard could this be to be added in the game) and create more stadiums from all over the world...More choices in career mode like changing kits from one season to another, chose shirt, shorts and socks as we like...Include training in career mode...more time to make transfers (and what is the deal with the "bids"? why so few?)...more realistic cut scenes (croud, manager reactions, players etc)...more sponsors and more realistic bonuses (come on a team can make money through several ways, selling kits, tv, friendly matches, uefa bonuses for winning in champions league etc.)...also try to make the game features more appealing in order to really feel the football atmosphere and not only try every year to improve the gameplay...The details makes the game more special...

p.s. Do something about the players' faces really ...or at least let us improve them by editing them

-at the end of every season there should be highlights of your best goals ,saves and tackles kind of like a match of the day style
-the goalkeepers should be alot better
-improve CPU
-real sponsors
- interviews at the start of each match and you should be able to have a selection of comments and they should react in different ways
-man of the match trophies presented at the end of each game
-smoother game play
-more tricks specified to players like cristiano ronaldo, ronaldino ,queresma and many more
-when you improve the stadium you should be able to see them building it over a period of time
-players should have facial expressions when they get hurt
-formations should be as flat lined they should be more fluid for example players just shouldnt stick to they posistions they should make over lapping runs whilst the other player is on the ball
-include another classic team and include players like george best, cantona, keane,bobby charlton ,frenz beckenbauer and many more
-the crowd should become more lively as your team keeps possesion or they are attacking
-when the players go up for corners the crowds should stand up like in real games
-one of your staff members should go to a game and witness the passion and intensity in the game and implicate that into fifa 08
-the other team should get intimidated when they not playing home they should make poor passes and wrong decisions because thats what it is really like
-make it hard to score because i play semi pro and its not easy to score
-players shouldnt get so tired because come on people its there jobs
-you should have training sessions with each indivdual person on the team to make there stats better
-refs and linesmen should be included
-you should be able to see the manager on the sideline shouting at the players
-they should be able to train at there proper training grounds for example man utd should train at carrington
-include tricks off fifa street into fifa 08 but just dont make the tricks to stiff it should be fluent and the person who you are taking on should be able to tackle you when you doing the tricks
-the atmosphere should be greater in games like arsenal vs tottenham and man u vs man city
- teams shouldnt sell there prize assets for example ac milan shouldnt let kaka go for 20 million it should be somewhere around 50 million
- all players should have the chance to improve not just the ones who are good in the game at the moment
-when they score in big games they should be full of passion and commitment there faces should be screaming with joy

Make awards like player of the year best midfeild award stuff like that

make the fans more realistic ... like fifa 06 the world cup or better ... show coaches outside the bench ... show players warming up ... show players subbing out

make a decent "Create a Club". Make it able to choose/buy jersey brands like nike, puma, kappa,etc. So that the logo appears on the shirt. Also the logo of company that sponsors you in Manager Mode should appear in the front of the jersey.

In the EA Arena mini game, you should be able to chose the number of attackers and defenders and have more than one player be able to play at one time so that two players could shoot against the goaltender or a player could shoot against the goalie controlled by player 2

-Much better crowds and replays (EXTREMELY IMPORTANT)
-Also some more hype about derby matches.

mek the game more realistic e.g put linesman nd referee on nd if ball is kicked towards ref it shud hit him. also for sum celebrations u shud mek the player go into crowd nd show him get booked lol. thanx

-Greek league + Cup should be added (they won the EuroCup, I mean that is deserving enough right? You already have 4 teams there...and they are much better than other leagues in there like K-League and Belgium)
-1st and 2nd Divisions for all countries (except US, since they don't even have that)
-If possible (I know liscensing issues can occur), Include UEFA and Champs League names.
-Create a Stadium mode (or at least with the Create-a-Team thing)
-Manager Mode should not let 1st year managers go to good teams (I mean will Chelsea or Inter just pick some guy off the street to manage their team? I think not)
-League and Knockout in Custom Tournament mode would be nice (yes I actually use this)
-Cusomizable formations
-Commentators have side conversations, not just stand there to wait for something to happen

You should have player mode where you choose any player or a creative player and do season mode, so you play as one player and live the dream of a football player not 11 players, 5 subs and a manager e.g. wwe smakdown vs. raw, you can do season mode as one player or tag

- Include “Copa Toyota Libertadores�
- Include “Copa América�
- Include teams from: Chilean league, Argentinean league, etc… at least the more popular if you can’t add the entire leagues ^^
- Include some South America Stadiums("maracana" "national chilean" "Monumental of river plate" and more stadiums )
- Include 3 referis to wash in the games

common make the game play more FUN, it is sooooooooooooooooo boring playing fifa 07, after a while you no how to score easy goals, by one man tacking on the whole team to score.

I would love to be able to play a season, with any of the leagues, and also play in all of the friendlies or exhibition games or tourneys that a nat'l team of my choice would play in. So simultaneously play a season and play as a nat'l team in say the Copa America. All stats would progress for both and you could manage both.
