that is we would like the Russian league added as it is now a booming league with lots of fantastic players i know it may be too late to add the whole league which we look forward to next year(Fifa 09).
But we would like if you updated the rest of world teams by adding some of the top Russian clubs seeing that fifa 07 had like 4 greek clubs in rest of world teams we would be so happy if you added a couple of teasm like CSKA Moscow(mainly), Lokomotive Moscow, Zenit St.Petersburg and Dynamo Moscow with full licenses so that we could use them on Exhibition matches, tournaments and transfer their players to our clubs in manager mode. Even just one team to most people CSKA Moscow would be enogh. I am sure the Russian football federation and premier league would be thrilled to be on fifa even as a full league or a couple of top teams.

You should also be able to use something like a marking tool to mark the part of the stadium you want to edit. This should help the player make stadiums that contains seats aswell as standing sections.
You should also be able to choose if you want tracks around the pitch and if so how for the stands should be from the tracks and from wich height the stands should begin.
Regarding the height, the player should be able to have different parts of the stadium in different heights (see the marking tool).
Then I think you should be able to adjust the angle of the stands, and to be able to set different angles on different sections.
Besides the suggestions mentioned above theese are the functions I would like to see in this "Arena-editor mode"
Suggestions for "Arena-editor mode" in Fifa 08 (inc. the allready mentioned ones above)
The ability to:
Edit different parts of the stadium with help of a marking tool
Choose setting
choose coulors
size of the pitch
the number of rows in the stands
choise of seating (seats or standing sections)
edit lenght and height of the stands aswell as the shape of it
have a large number of pre-made models that are easy to edit,
put in extras like office-like-buildings connected to the arena (RÃ¥sunda, Constant van den Stock, Luigi Ferraris, Bayarena)
edit the lenght from pitch to the stands
edit the angles of the stands
choose placement of lights and big-screen
choose shape, placement, height and functions of the roof
create own flags and hang them wherever you want
choose new stadiums for the teams in options mode (if the current stadium doesn't look anything like the real one you quickley get bored during manager mode)
and lots and lots of extras
To be clear I want it to possible as a player to create almost any stadium in the world as long as you have the patience, knowledge and skills.

Got a few comments…
1) I want to be able to see the fan’s reactions to goals, fouls, ejections, etc… There was no fan reactions at all in 07 at least for the pc.
2) There should be a world cup tournament mode with more international teams in it. It could include the qualifiers to get into the world cup as well as the actual tournament.
3) The commentators didnt say the names of the mls players unless they were on the national team. In 08, the commentators should say the names of all the mls players like they did for the premier league players.
4) Update the linups on all teams and include 3rd kits.
5) I would like to see a superstar mode like in madden 07. You could make a player or choose a current player and live their career. Sign deals, move to new teams, be a club leader or club distraction. You should be able to argue with the ref about fouls. When playing games in this mode, you should always play as the player as in madden.
6) There should be more tricks and they should be more effective. The tricks would make the defender back up and give you more space. The tricks would be more effective with players like Ronaldinho of course.
7) Make a pre season in manager mode with training sessions to make the players better and improve team chemistry. Also during the season, make practices between games that wont count against you if you choose to simulate them but if you do them, they could improve team chemistry and individaul skills.
8) For the very recongnizable players like Beckham and Rooney and so on, the commentators should give their opinion of those players when they get a touch or when they score. Give past stats about the players or just opinions.
8) FIFA 07 WAS TOO EASY… I played on world class and crushed everyone I played. The game would get boring cause I would always win. The opposing defense should be much tougher, they should make more tackles, and get the ball more often like in past fifa games. I could just run around the defense in fifa 07. Plus, I scored on every single free kick I took. The free kicks should be more difficult because in real life, no one makes every single free kick.
If you guys add these changes, you will have the best soccer game ever made. Keep up the good work. (for sure)

Gameplay Improvements:
- In FIFA 07, increasing the difficulty level meant only one thing: the CPU-controlled GK became more god-like. Although easy to defeat after a few months of playing, the CPU plays a game that is not like the one played in real life. It is as though the CPU AI analyzed the data programmed into the game: almost all passes are one-touch crosses all the way up and down the field. It looks like how a machine would think - the fastest and most efficient way to transport the ball to other players. One problem: only 10 Zidane's (in my opinion) could one-touch volley the ball all around the field and finish with a spectacular goal (and in FIFA 07's case, an impossible/annoying goal because Watford players, for example, can barely get it to each other on the ground).
- Still on "difficulty level": when set to the highest difficulty level, I see little difference in playing against a 5 star team vs. a 3 star team. Somehow, a team full of 70 overall players will play at the pace and speed of my 90 overall players.
- A few years ago now, L2 and R2 used to be for putting inside and outside spin on the ball. Why did you take that out?!? It made little sense to me. The year it was taken away, L2 and R2 actually did nothing for a year which is even more illogical. You guys cannot be Americans like myself (or this game would be trash), so you know the game better. Players are constantly putting spin on the ball in play (and you have to know that). Please put it back into the gameplay.
- Although this game is still the best you've ever produced, scoring goals is still not that fun. Shooting needs to be the next thing focussed on and hyped for this game. Shots don't have the realistic zip that the biggest crushers can put out (see Gerrard, Riise). The graphic and physics for the shot must not have been taken seriously yet because it looks silly (they look like they're leaping awkwardly after a full power shot. In real life, the player's leg swings in front of them and to the opposite side of their body - search youtube "Seedorf Goal of the Season." That's beauty, copy it.) Many players approach shooting with a different style: Gerrard gets practically horizontal to the ground before he rips the cover off of it, Riise has an elaborate arm-show and stays more upright. Players with cannons for legs are exciting and need their own programming just like the icons and dribblers that are given all the attention!!! Many of the goals scored in FIFA 07 require a cross into the box - I'd venture to guess that 30% of goals (in real life) are scored by blazing shots from outside the box. I'd love it if 3/10 shots (in open space, of course) went into the back of the net. And let's face it, leave Gerrard or Riise open outside the box and tell me how many, out of 10, they'll blow past ANY keeper. Right now, with what happens to the GK when you increase difficulty, you're lucky to put 1/10 in there, without a screen.
- My guess is it takes too much time to program the imporovements that I see necessary or they're actually impossible to program. Making the GK get better is the easiest way I can think of to make the game more difficult; it's disappointing but I know how making money in business works.
- FIFA 07 was a GREAT game. It felt and played completely different than 06 - DO NOT go back to the 06 style, it was barely fun. I can't wait for '08 - if you need a tester, I'm game ;o)

Seriously, though, every Fifa game needs a world cup option as well. The blatant money-grabbing that comes with exclusive Wolrd Cup games is not appreciated. Put the World Cup in every Fifa game.
-Harder difficulty levels, after a while even the hardest level was way to easy, therefore become boring.
-More options in Manager Mode training, pre-season, player interaction, tactics, formations etc.

Plz add the teams from Copa Libertadores from South America. I’m not asking for the whole leagues just for the best teams that qualify to the South American Club Championship “Copa Libertadores� or at least give us the more country teams especially from south America. Thanks.

You should have all three kits and the premiership badges,letering and numbering. When playing in champions league games in carear you should have champions league Badges,Lettering and Numbering. More Nike, Puma, Umbro Footballs.
you should get more of the new legends like zidane to be in the game. and there should be a version of manager mode where you get to select a player and control his whole life in football thorugh seasons , like deciding to sign transfers from other clubs ,control him only in games and make him a star.
also there should be like if you beat all the challenges you get to unlock a player of the century, like pele, if u cant maradona , or garrincha , or fontaine

Overall - I feel that really the only leagues that should be on fifa
are the English, French, German,Spanish, Italian (add lower divisions to these also)
Scottish, Portuguese, Dutch, Belgian, Brasilian, Argentinian,Mexican & US.
With Remaining teams you should break them down in Rest Of Europe; Rest of America: Rest of the World.

As far as stadiums make more generic ones for the rest of the americas, and rest of the world. Give more realsitic crowds - as lower teams will not usually attract the big crowds as the bigger name counterparts.
Add in a legends team similar to ones done in the past with players such as Cruyff, Pele, Charlton, Best, Maradona, Platini, Di Stefano, Beckenbauer, Vogts, Yashin, Zamora etc. and / or classic teams as done in FIFA ‘02.

3) Make the crowd less white, and when someone scores, make the crowds reaction more realistic

13) If you want to play as one person in the match, you can set the camera as if it looks like its you thats running and touching the ball, rather than watching your player run. I meen it like as if you want to be Thierry Henry, you can set the camera as if your looking through his eyes.
14) Put a Tournement Mode, Friendly Match, Manager Mode, World Cup and Training
15) You can warm up before the game starts if you want to ( you can be only 1 player )
16) Better Reaction when players win Trophies and When they win the League
17) Allow ball boys to appear
18) At Half time and full time…there could be a computerised clip of Ally McCoist and Andy Gray
