END OF DISCUSSION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A GAME NEEDS TO BE REALISTIC NOT ... MANCHESTER AS UTD. CITY FOR MAN CITY, TURIN J, for Jueventus. MERSEYSIDE BLUE = EVERTON.
COME TRY AND ... KEEP UP KONAMI YOUR LOSING THE BATTLE MY FELLOW JAPANESE FRIENDS!!!! Finally Metal Gear Solid is a fanstastic game by Konami so lads scrap football stick to what you are good at!!!
1) Would it be possible to include the stadia of the rest of the premiership (e.g Goodison Park, Fratton Park, Boleyn Ground, Eastlands etc), rather than just the top four and newcastle?
2) Design a kit mode
3) Better scuffles after a foul!
4) More international teams / More european teams in "Rest Of The World"
5) Champions league / UEFA cup / Intertoto tournaments available from Tournament Mode
6) Be able to choose the fixtures in the set (as well as custom) League or Cup tournaments. (a bit like you could in FIFA 05)
7) In addition to the above, competitions like the English FA Cup could use a cup draw style interface to make it more interesting, tense and realistic.
1) Add the Iranian League PLEASE!
2) Add a different language option to the commentators (English (USA & GB), Spanish, French, German, Farsi, Japanese, etc.)
3) Make rosters as accurate as possible and make name pronounciations as accurate as possible
Thank you
The players just run back and forth to the nets; they should follow tactics more, like if I want to lob the ball in the box, usually there is only one or two players there, wich are usually the forwards.
Set peices need more work.
The crowds are also a very big problem. The stadiums always have the same number of people in the crowds, and all the crowd really does is just wave thier hands. The crowd should be wearing their team jerseys, and they should be seperated. There should be fires in the crowd, and paper on the field.
I THINK THAT THE GAME SHOULD BE MUCH MORE LIFELIKE
At the beginning of the career, the teams that are supposed to be in the champs league or uefa cup are not in it.
The transfer market needs alot of improvement. If I want to buy somone, and they have already been transfered, I don't know were to find him, so it should have the name search like it did in FIFA06.
You should be able to manage an international team in manager mode.
There are also many overated and underated players.
it should be steven gerrard, cristiano ronaldo and david villa on the front cover instead of wayne rooney and ronaldinho. after the match there should be a press to speak to the man of the match and then give him the beer and celebrate.
there should have SWANSEA CITYS stadium on there and the crowd should be more realistic like 3 d not straight people.
The game has to be more realistic. Some players faces look identical. The team rosters should be more accurate. The crowds should be more realistic like wearing the team's jerseys, the stadiums should be filled when it's interesting teams playing, the crowds should also be sperated by teams. The commentators should be more exciting, and also in different languages.

not just who makes it to the world cup....
o and dont have so many specialty icones you should only have one or two per position like in 05 and 06 but the copper silver and gold method is good.

More realistic fans. Not all fans chear like Europeans do in FIFA. Should have a different feel within each different country you play in.

The free kick system in Fifa 2005, is one my most sorely missed features. Although it was a tad easy to score miracle goals, it bought a "mini-game" element to the pitch. The corner system whereby you choose the corner type and a specific targe was also incredibly unique, and I can't understand why this feature was taken away.
Both these features should be re-worked and re-implemented, I think EA has tried too hard to emulate Pro Evo and the "blind shooting" just seems like such a waste of a potential. I also read post about first person penalty kicks, this could work out great in developing greater tension for the player.
In terms of ball physics and player control, I have yet to play a next-gen version of Fifa 07... so I am not too sure what the new engine is like. Would be more interested in seeing more focus on developing the intuitive nature of the trick stick. Goalkeeper has long been a problem, and I've scored goals by shooting at max strength from just past the half way mark. Moreover, players should be able to assign hot-keys to their favourite
First person views on the pitch seems stupid, as this is meant to be a football simulator, and focusing solely on a single player seems abit comical and arbitrary. EA are moving towards presenting the game almost like a TV show, and you (the game player) taking the role as more of a manager. I think "superstar modes" where you build a single player up isn't for Fifa, and would see better success as spin-off franchise (which btw, I think has been done before by EA or some other developer perhaps).
EA have been doing well in developing the manager mode, it would be good to see even more depth in this mode. It has worked out well so far, as I started playing manager mode in Fifa 2005 and each year it has gotten progressively deeper, allowing long term players to adjust over time. Football management games are always way too complex for beginners to understand straight away, and for that reason I believe EA will do well to incorporate more management features in their easy-to-understand format.
Signature dribbling styles, and running actions should be used on the upper echelon of players (C.Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, etc.). EA would do well to create options in Create Player mode where we can choose the players running and dribbling style. Naturally crowds should be improved, if the hardware resources allow. Maybe not every match should be a full house? Also, the fans in South Korea look exactly the same as those in Europe. I'd say EA have been aware of these issues for a while, but have never had the hardware resources in consoles or pc's to really step it up (pro evo doesn't do any better either).
I thought the player creation in Fifa 06 and 07 totally blew. Absolute rubbish, a watered down version of the human creation first developed for the Sims 2, and seen in many EA games like The Godfather. Player creation should be broken down into race, body type, skin colour, and then perhaps use a re-designed version of the Fifa 07 face detail modifier. (I'm sick of trying to create Asian players that turn out looking Hispanic or Arabic)
Typically, more leagues, more "real" players, more teams, more official content, more stadiums, etc. I think this will occur naturally due to the increase disc space and possibility of downloadable content.
A feature I've noticed on TakeTwo's Top Spin 2 is the "Attitude" feature. This basically brings up a close up of the player and renders a reaction to the point just played based on pre designed models for the given situation (win or loss, also taking into account effort and emotion levels). If EA want a good, simple way of increasing player interaction, this is the way to go. After a missed shot, we could have a quick 5 second view of the manager throwing his notes on the ground, or him yelling out words of encouragement after build ups of play.
These are all ways that EA can "improve" the current EA games based on my experiences and opinions. One thing that is certain, is that EA need to beef up the graphic models on the next Fifa, too many players look alike. Even when i try to design two completely different players, they still end up looking somewhat similar. With the help of next-gen consoles I hope this problem will solve itself however, I must say that the plastic look of Fifa 2002, was somehow the most graphically defined Fifa game I've played. Fifa 06 and 07 (pc & ps2 versions anyway), have been been visually appauling.
