Your Ideas for FIFA 08

i would like to see the UEFA Champions league tournment in the game.

Make proper Trophy celebrations when winning the league or a cup also have fans sing the big clubs anthems like man utd fans singing Glory glory man utd and liverpool and celtic fans both singing Walk On as well as AC Milan fans singing the Milan Song that would make the game far better especially if they had this when teams where coming out of the tunnel at these clubs home grounds at start of match and also when club wins a trophy have the fans sing it then as well that would improve game a lot.

the PRIMERA DIVISION "A" DE MEXICO in the new version of fifa please this league is important like the premier league or italian league

When playing the game make it easier to score headers because in fifa07 the players tried to volley the cross most of the time and it was easier for defender to defend as a result. Also make it harder to score freekicks it was far too easy in fifa 07. And please add more stadiums especially the likes of Celtic Park (Celtics stadium) the second biggest club stadium in Brittain and other big stadiums as well like Ibrox (rangers stadium) and the likes of valencia's and villareal's stadiums. I think that the mexican league should also include the team Dorados. Oh, and if there's gonna be a team of legends it should include: Zinedine Zidane, Pele (the brazilian one), Diego Maradona, Hugo Sanchez, Carlos Valderrama, Garrincha, Rene Higuera, and any other players (but I would like to have the ones that I mentioned on the team). When you create a team, there should be a feature that allows you to design every aspect of the team's uniform (with sponsors, team logo, and a wider variety of colors and designs). You should also be able to choose the same colors for the jersey and the short, unlike in fifa 07 where you are limited to a few colors for designing shorts. In manager mode, if you are a really good coach, you should be given the option of also managing a national team (only during international games). The goalie should also be able to do penalties and free kicks, that would be pretty cool. The spanish commentators have to be jesus bracamontes and pablo ramirez ( I think that's how you spell their names), they're the commentators on the channel Univision.

I would like to see more leagues on more continents/countries like:
-USL (US, Canada, Puerto Rico)
-Hyundai A-League (Australia, New Zealand)
-PSL (South Africa)
I would also like to see more national teams

these are somethings you should be able to do on fifa:
make another mode for your made up player to so you can control just him and do his real life stuff in training and just play him in the matches and controlling him in conferences after the match thats just aswell as having the other modes.
i think you should add conference teams.
more realistic celebrations.
more realistic gameplay.

In the FIFA Lounge:
It would be better if you had more stats, especially individual stats. Rooney has scored X amount of goals, Ronaldo has Y amount of assists. I also would like to see how one team matches up against other teams- stats, etc.

Few ideas about game play which make '07 annoying

-make sure defenders mark 'goal side' - i know - crazy
-defensive schemes - don't have them just run back to the 18 and wait for the ST
-career stats for players
-basically - crosses are useless
-defensively - '07 sucked - good thing the offensive aspect of the game was fun to make up for it

The managermdoe should be better for smaller teams.
If a little team wins the MLT (CL on fifa 07) you don't get a penny unless your sponsor expects you to win it.
So I think it would show in the wallet if you win a cup or league, more than just from the sponsor...

i really enjoyed fifa 07 but their is a few things i would like you to put on fifa 08:
1.can you please put championship teams and leagues etc on the next gen consoles.
2.can you please put championship teams stadiums on etc( eg west brom the hawthornes)
3.can you see the manager in the dug out
4.see the ref and linesman
5.use team nick names (eg. west brom baggies or albion, man utsd reds or man u etc)
6.and can you please make it more realistic to real football
7.have a choice of celebrations when you score
8. and finally can you have it in real time when you score, celebrations etc

In FIFA 08 there should be new leagues, players. As the new, high-grade cursor is necessary for game. And one more: Simulation!!! Certainly, it will break fair game, but at forums fans very much want it. Thanks.

I would like to say that in the future make manager mode more realistic as in:

Transfer requests
Swapping players in negotiations
Back Room staffs to bring reports back
Go and talking to the board about improvements
real life managers
transfer kitty each season
real sponsorship
new kits every other season
allow takeovers of the club
Fans reaction
Fights between players,back room staff and managers
dug out tactics
suspension of players

thats all for now but please take these into account and the future will be great.

Ohh...And...it would be nice, if players were in position...to enable faster re-starts...on throw-ins, freekicks...to catch the defense off-guard. This would create faster gameplay and force the defense to react differently.

get more money at the end of each season instead of having to sell your best players to get transfer funds.it would be good i you could design your own boots and design your own sponsors if they change their sponsor.pes do this so i think fifa should as it is better.there should be more stadiums like the riverside stadium!!!!!!!!

I would also love to see Referees and linesman in the game. The possibility of players getting injured and responding differently depending on a certain set value (either limping off to the side to stretch a pulled muscle, etc.)...also, I know you will have more teams in the new x-box 360 version, but even more attention to detail in gameplay is the most important aspect. Anything that will aim to create a more realistic in-game 'football' feel would be excellent (weather conditions: standing water on fields, fog, snow, etc.) I would also appreciate a more in-depth skill-stick move set, that varied between different players and allowed for multiple animations. Also, the possibility of 'blown calls' by referees and its impact on gameplay and post-match discussion. Basically, anything that would improve the realism of the game even further. I know the commentary has already taken up most of the disc, but possibly adding content (i.e. Spanish commentary) as a downloadable feature would alleviate some of the space constraints. I have been playing Fifa since the first game came out, and have owned probably 10 of the games -- I am very excited to see the new improvements and would add more suggestions, but it seems that most of the people on the Forum have the right idea. I love fifa games but i'm currently playing a manager mode with a coca-cola championship team and there are no authentic stadiums. It is stupid cos you play in the same stadiums all the time. You should add an indoor 5-a-side mode like on FIFA 98.

Firstly, i felt that the xbox 360 version of the game has potential to be amazing. Compared to the PS2 version, it played much more like real football. A couple of points in addition to what i have already heard about the game would be:

The feeling of 'pace' when a ball is hit by the player is not realistic in the current game. A very powerful shot almost always results in a ballooned shot over the bar. Why not allow really powerful, fast shots but place more emphasis on player positioning/balance etc to determine accuracy?

The ability to curl the ball or for the ball to swerve through the air, perhaps dependent on the weather/power of the shot?

One or two cosmetic points: Bring back Clive Tyldesley for the commentary on the UK version - he is the finest!
how about a few more replay angles like on the PS2 version? having only one replay limits the very important gloating when you score a beauty against a mate.

I think it would also be cool when the player is injuired, he would be carried off the pitch because i dont like it when a player is running injuired on the pitch , he should be at the side of the pitch. I hope you can fix it.

You should make an Estonian league.It should not be hard. Theres only 10 teams in the 1st league(Meistriliiga in Estonian).That would be great. And i have thought about young players too, like in Fifa Manager.But it would be great if you could play with them.
Still i would really like if there would be an Estonian league.

Make players in other leagues except premiership and la liga look more realistic especially the big teams players in other leagues like players from Celtic, Rangers, Porto, Benfica, Shalke, Stuttgart, psv eindhoven, and ajax. Also allow a system where you can spend money on players fitness levels so players dont just retire and can play until at least fourty like in real life players like maldini, cafu and sheringham have done.

I say that in FIFA 2008 should be included all the suspenders, professionals and he gives them ascent, and to remove him some suspenders to England since has many, only the main ones, he gives them first division and he gives them ascent.

Be awarded better money when you win leagues or cups also be given better money each time you progress in europe and each year you get better allow better sponsors with more money. Also add more players to the classic eleven like george best, Jimmy johnstone and yousebio.

I want to do some tricks like the nutmeg or the cros over or juggle the ball of possible ,
not just move side to side like in FIFA 07. And the one on one situations are way too hard.

I think you guys should improve gameplay.
There has to be a mode in which u can take better free kicks and make the ball curve like the pros do. You guys should also come up with better game play and better campaign modes. Fifa 07 was great excellent but the only thing i wish you guys could have dome better was the the staduims were not very lively except of the calderon, and
there were no tricks involved. I mean you couldnt really do the cross over or the nutmeg u know things that make it fun. And it would be really nice to have some kind aiming system in which you could kick the ball with certain power and make it go where you want it to go.

I just want to say that in the next FIFA you should Manager Mode more exciting by being able to go play in the Cups that go on after the season like Euro 08 or here in the Americas the Gold Cup. Also let the player play international friendlies just like they make your players leave you should be able to go play with some. Could you add Mexico's Second Division. Also make the shoes look real and have the players latest hair do like in FIFA 07 Cristiano Ronaldo had highlights when he doesnt have highlights today.

I think you guys need to have all the international teams from every continent. International soccer is a big part of FIFA and soccer. Also I think you need to include a lot more leagues from Europe and the MLS and ones from South America. I remember when I played FIFA 2000 back on the ps1 you guys had more modes, for example World Cup, FIFA 2000 is still my favorite FIFA you guys ever made. I think you guys need to stop trying to think outside of the box and remember that this is a game for people that love soccer and probably play it too. All we want is a realistic game with lots and I mean lots of leagues and international teams, more stadiums would be nice too. Thanks for your time.

forget the stupid gimmics its nearly the perfect game improve the gameplay

1. slow realistic match with time on the ball but not slow player reactions.
when you watch a real match and a player has the ball in his own half he isnt constantly being closed down
2.make the goal celebrations and corner, free kick taking run in real time
3. more corner, free kick options eg: ability to move team mates in the box etc
4. you should be able to pass the ball anywhere on the pitch. get rid of that floaty, limited feeling you get when you hit a long pass
5.ability to be able to move player when the ball is approaching him so they don't just stand still waiting to recieve the pass. This is a big problem that, if rectified would increase the flow of a match.
6. more skills moves a better one on ones with the keeper. eg: you can't really slot the ball pass the keeper

Hy i'm from ROMANIA , and very upset because all romanian team's or less teams made by EA have unknown players ( not the really players names ) all the name apppeard in UEFA CL 2006 -2007 for example to STEAUA Bucharest are unkown so i will be pleased to see a 1 or more Romanian teams in FIFA 08 with real names !! I am 13 years old (neary 14) and i have been playing fifa football for many years. I waas very exited when fifa 07 came out but i was a bit disappointed to be honest, i bought it for xbox 360 so i understand that it was the first fifa ror the console!! I am really looking forward to fifa 08 coming out. Here are somthing i think would really improve FIFA 08:

1. Referees and linesmans on the pitch
2. More leagues

4. Weather conditions
5. Real money in manager mode

First off, give the PC version the same engine as the next gen consoles. And also, it would be nice for the PC controls to be PC-oriented >_

ohh we should also be able to customise our jersey, in the sense that we get a new jersey sponser or supplier, as well as setting our own ticket prices and merchandise even

1.you should be able to vote the man of the match then he comes out and takes the award.
2.goal celebrations should be better like taking of your t shirt i think after you scored the goal it should come up with what celebration do you want then you pick it and then the player does it.
3.maybe half way in the game the ref stops the game and see a fight giong on and he has to brake it up.
4.atually use the trophy like the premier leaugue and see the players lift it up and celebrate with it.

i hate the resticted number of transfers that you are allowed to make, i also think that there should be youth leagues, not neccicarily but your own youth team to raise players from, also better player interaction and a more realistic environment off the field such as warm ups and victory laps

i also reckon there should be a futsal part of the game that would be good and atleast some show some emotion of the coaches and not blurry fans make them real with there teams jersey aswell

i think firstly there should be australian league or at least sydney and melbourne in the rest of the world also there should be training in career mode and to be able to coach internationaly also more realistic faces and like in the world cup game there should be all the boots and other gear
