Fitness (Attribute)
Fitness (FIT) is an in-game Player Attribute in FIFA that shows a player's condition of being physically fit and healthy. A player's fitness will drop when they are playing matches. In FUT, players fitness can be recovered when they are placed in Substitutes or Reserved and are not being played. Applying Team or Player Fitness cards can also recover players fitness.
