In my opinion Fifa 19 could have a stadium editor in manager's career mode, where we can build new stands an improve the stadium if we are playing with a non licensed arena team. But if we are playing with licensed arena team we could do little things like change the price of the tickets, change the style of the net , the height and the style of the grass.

The Journey needs more Scenarios that are throughout the story, more involved in how it plays out , be able to play after finishing it all decisions become what you decide to do,

Make the career modes manager/player more like the journey with its involvement

Creating stadiums and upgrading stadiums, needs to be done, had been done in NHL, and Madden should be done in FIFA as there are so many teams but not as many stadiums people want to play their teams in their stadiums in real life or ones close to it, sometimes playing with a team you’ve played with from the football league 2 and then playing in the premier league sucks as in the beginning you don’t want a huge stadium it’s just not right, but as you progress your 3000 person park bleachers is not a realistic scene like playing PSG at the park is a joke.

General Customisation option:

I would like it if you could pick Skill moves out of the 'skill moves list' and choose those that you want to use.

It can be a little frustrating when you do a the skill move you want to do, and it sometimes does another one. It'd be cool if you could lock on to skill moves that you want to use.

Make more dream teams, world XI has gotten poor and whats the point in all these legends and icons if you can't use them in classic XI?? every major football country should get it's own all time best XI, as should the continents with a mixture of legends and current players. You've got MLS all stars but no other league dream teams which is ridiculous, for just being a football game and the price it is at now and to not have all of that is absolutely disgraceful.
And then there's the ridiculous probability with the packs, if you're going to pull s*** like that at least give people good cards.. There should be an elite pack where you get a legend or an over 90 rating player guaranteed for say £50, but make it a one time purchase or something so at least everyone has equal footing?

Please add ability to change your team kit in career mode every season.

-Have form improve player ratings more drastically, if a player is a top scorer from a different league or from the world cup this drastically improves their ratings. This would allow for more incentive to scout and find talent along with add variety to each person's career mode.
-Be able to hire and fire managers. Along with that have each manager add certain types of statistics to each team. Ex: Some managers improve the defense while some managers improve the offense, or some managers make players more versatile.
-Have chemistry affect the team, allowing you to choose the squad not just based on ratings but on partnerships.
-Have a reserve or youth team so that fringe players can improve and get game time. And if form affects ratings more drastically this would allow more youth players to get a chance in the senior team quicker.

CAREER MODE:
~ customize kits
~ more countries to search for great players in your youth academy
~ sponser changes ( basically based on your performance and marketability allowing you to get bigger or smaller sponsers, you can use this money to help out with the transfer windows or improving your club in other ways )

~ manager tranfers/sackings ( basically at the end of the season or during managers other then yourself can get moved to bigger or smaller clubs based on performances )

~ Have a main team, U21, U17 and reserves squad ( managed by other managers of your choosing ) to better develop youth players and see there stats to see who is read for the big time

So I dont know if this is good or not but yeh, a sort of road to glory career mode. You start with nothing but some random players and you can choose to start playing football in non-league sides. Eventually you can sign better players and climb the leagues and stuff. A bit like an offline ultimate team or top eleven.

More leagues and international teams is a must! Personally I want the English Conference and Scottish 2nd Tier but there are plenty of other leagues that need adding too. And the lack of international teams is dreadful. There are only the top nations that stand out. EA should try and add as many as possible in the future.

Next is a sort of Creation thing. If EA arent gonna let us have leagues then we should at least be able to do a number of creation things like creating a new team where you can design the badge, kit, etc. You should also be bale to make custom leagues and add the custom teams to those custom leagues and stuff.

If youve played a 2k game you will know what im on about with this. We need to have a community creation sort of thing where we can download players uploaded by people to use in our own game.

A position change in career mode. Say a player can learn to change wings but it will take a certain amount of months.

If we could create our own football club with jerseys, cleats, stadium, basically everything there is to a football club, it would be the single greatest video game ever conceived in the history of mankind!

2- In the Online system players should create their own club and players with a base of total points awarded for another such amount of players (example 550 points divided into 10 players)

I propose more teams from the "rest of the world" section- I definitely miss Dynamo Kyiv, a couple of other Ukrainian teams, Qarabag, Steua or Dinamo Bucuresti, Red Star Belgrade and Partizan, Dynamo Zagreb, Maribor, Ludogorets. While their respective leagues are maybe not so popular to be added fully, these teams are certainly missed in European games.

Ideas:
1: EXPANSION TEAMS - MLS continues to expand. Allow fans customization in being able to grow their league in career mode up to 24 teams.
2: CREATE LEAGUE - allow fans to create a league in career mode. Fans we add all the rest of world teams or created teams into the league.
3: CREATE STADIUMS - allow fans to create their stadium playable in career mode so you can reduce those generic stadiums and fill the void with real licensed stadiums.
4: MORE LICENSED STADIUMS - Fans have been begging for for more stadiums for the last 10 years google it if you done believe me. Benfica, Porto, Sporting, Braga, Boavista, NY Red Bullls, Celtic, Rangers, PSV, Napoli, Dortmund, Lyon, and Barcelona are the most common stadiums being requested. How about fifa create a vote for fans to vote top 10 stadiums we would like to see next year so EA Sports can work on getting these licenses.
5: FACE SCANS - Scan players in leagues like Spain, Portugal, Italy, Turkey and France. Players like Arsensio, Casamiro, Quaresma, Rui Patricio and more top talent have generic faces. We’re in 2019 the top 3 teams from every league should be scanned. Or work up a deal that the champion of every league that’s licensed with ea gets scanned treatment.
6: LEAGUE LICENSES - Portugal, Italy, Brazil, and Chile should all be licensed with real logos and player names. Couple teams in Portugal don’t have the team logo.
7: MORE LEAGUES - introduce the Chinese super league and Brazil fully licensed league is a must. There is too much talent and money in these leagues so ea has to come up with a licensing agreement to please their fans.
8: ICONS - make icons playable in career mode like PES does. If money is an issue that put them on the market for us to buy them via DLC or when a player unlocks an icon in ultimate team team allow that icon to be unlocked and playable for career mode under icons free agents. If anyone has a better idea thriw it out there but i feel users should be given the flexibility to use their icons how the feel.
