1) A new home kit creator should be available every 2 seasons, and a new away kit creator should be available every season, and it is up to you if you choose to update your teams kit!
You could sign kit deals with various sponsorships, which each offer different financial benefits. For example:
- Sign a kit deal with Nike for £10,000,000 on a 5 year deal, and make Make £2,500,000 back per year.
- Sign a kit deal with Sondico for £4,000,000 on a 4 year deal, and make Make £1,500,000 back per year.
2) Matches could often be called off due to bad weather (rain, snow, etc.) - even while your in the middle of a match! Pitch inspections could even occur before the game, and this could force the game to be postponed.
This feature should only be active in countries where there is actually bad weather, and also only at certain times of the year! (e.g. England and its unpredictable summer weather, Scotland especially during the winter, etc.)
3) Older players should not have their overall ratings downgraded just because they are approaching retirement! If they are still playing well, then they could still even go up in ratings!
4) Develop your own youth (e.g. Under 21) squad! Your youth team should be in a completely separate section to your standard starting XI, subs and reserves - similarly to how you can filter between your league club and your national team in Fifa 14 Career Mode!
You could view your youth squad and see how they are developing in their matches - similarly to the squad report where you can monitor your players growth, potential, in-game stats, etc!
You can offer the players first team contracts, or even release them from your youth squad. Also when you scout unknown players, the scouted players should be sent to the youth squad before signing for the first team!
5) Create your own career mode pre-set squads! Simply name the squad, decide upon the team line-up, sort out the player roles (e.g. team captain and set pieces), and then you can save the preset squad, similarly to how you can create custom formations on Fifa 14 Career Mode!
Then, you could simply switch between your Barclays Premier League starting line-up, or your F.A Cup starting line-up, or perhaps your reserve squad for example!
This would be so much easier and so much faster than having to swap individual players in and out, just so that you can give all of your your reserve players a run-out for instance.
6) More in-depth player contract terms should be included - e.g. Set a buy-out clause/asking price for a player!
7) List players for a free transfer - Useful for those who are low on their wage budget!
8) Manage ticket prices. For example:
- Higher ticket prices = Less people attending matches, and possibly more/less money made.
- Lower ticket prices = More people attending matches, and possibly more/less money made.
9) Upgrade your teams stadium - e.g. Invest money in expanding on your stadium capacity, which results in more match tickets profits.
10) You should be able to sign a player, even if they have recently joined a new club! You would have to pay a lot more money for these players however!
11) Train your players with various drills and exercises, so that their fitness levels, morale, and overall rating improves!
12) Hold press conferences with video cut scenes - similarly to the NBA my player franchise! If this feature is included, then this would mean that you could change the appearance of your manager, which would also be an extremely awesome feature!

~ Bring back the ability to see player overalls when buying players.
~ Just because a player is bad or young, their physical attributes should be more accurate. e.g. Jordon Ibe, is as fast if not faster then say raheem sterling and so the stats should support this.
~ Stats on players on loan, so view how many goals and assists. As this is impossible in this you loan them to the same league, which isn't ideal in some cases.
~ Secondary and Tertiary positions in player career.
~ Transfer Values based on form, not just age and overall.
~ More accurate, and generally more talented free agents. I mean, at the moments the likes of Ashley Cole and Rio Ferdinand have been snapped up on the free.
~ Some people are suggesting a women's football aspect, I agree with this, but it should be in a separate game.
~ In your squad report you should add MoM's, not just goals and assists.
~ Also, when players put in a transfer request because their homesick, and then move to a country further away from their homeland really annoys me. A player I had in France, who was Spanish left for a club in England. Which is further away...
~ CPU teams offer swap deals.
~ The Urkranian Premier League? Or at least Dinamo Kiev and Dnipro to be added to 'Rest of World' - you already have shaktar dontesk.
~ Be able to manage youth teams before becoming a real manager, or maybe being demoted after a bad spell and a sacking.
~ If you do not want to display overalls, at least give the player seasonal stats and a small analysis based of different circumstances - so say he's scored double figures in the last three seasons he is a good finisher etc.
~ Buy-back clauses, and be able to send on a newly bought youth player back on loan to original club.
~ Make more commentary lines, and make it so they do not repeat themselves in a match.
Fifa should have the option of selecting different types of boots for the players
There should be an option in the game to take a screen shot and save the picture.
Fifa should have the option of creating your own jersey as the season ends.
Option of choosing an asistant coach.
Adding a World Cup edition.
Make more of an effort with the international matches at the moment it feels like a chore taking on an international role.
Loanees should not be allowed to play against their parent club in the league at least.
Season stats should be displayed for the current and previous seasons... Ie.... Points total, goal difference, goals scored, goals conceded etc....
Like the season stats their should be improved stats for players. Player stats disappear at the end of every season. I would like to able to see hoe many goals a player has scored since they joined the club etc...
And one final last thing for me is the youth teams (reserves) etc... An huge overhaul needs to be done and more effort made.
Add player awards too! Like ballon dor, young player of the season etc
More realistic career modes. Sponsors, havin a life in player mode, change position etc. just make it more realistic but very important BE THE REF!!!
In Carreer Mode: Fix the captain because in carreer mode the teams always give the captain to anyone.
The Spanish Third Division (Segunda Division B) Please this is very important and makes the Spanish League more interesting
In tranfers the others teams could offer us players in a trade, not just us.
We would like to be us to choose the pre-season games, or receive invitations to play against them. Emirates Cup, Eusébio Cup, Allianz Cup, all good pre-season cups which we could be invited, or if we're Benfica (for example) invite some good teams.
Still in transfer we could have buy-out clauses.
In Be a Pro:
This mode is very weak, you know, players can come from the bench! And it should have presentations when we sign for a club. And it can go from small presentations (in a office) to Ronaldo-like presentations, depending on our status!
We should be able to negotiate our contracts, years, salary and role.
Another important point, we should be able to play in other position. Not from ST to CB, but a CB can be CDM!
In general gameplay:
Improved faces in the portuguese league and leagues like that.
Portuguese league is very low-rated comparing to others (just see Benfica, Porto and Sporting and then Juventus, Inter and AC Milan!!)
The crowd never goes nuts when someone scores a screamer or a game-winning goal! Portuguese commentators doesn't have emotions, and fix some commentaries. In celebrations, i guess the players could be a little (big) more emotive!!

The player who renews his contract must have a clause (in carrer)
For example:
Player wants to the club to transfer with another player to play with
The player wants to be Captain
When the transfer with the player hold a press conference to introduce the player to the fans (in carrer)

Extras:
- Having at least 5 real stadiums per ligue
- Turkish leagues (a lot of great teams are there)
- Some Asian and Africans ligues, like Ghana, South Africa, Japan, China, Korea, etc.
- Have the license of all major ligues (BPL, La Liga, Serie A, Ligue 1, etc.) Maybe th argentinean ligue since I'm from there :P and that's it

We are a bunch of friends who plays FIFA once a week since 1999, we have a spread sheet were we write every detail of the game, for every friend, scored goals, assistances, red and yellow cards, etc, what we want is a way were FIFA keeps tracks of all of these things, I think this is possible now that the PS4 allows you to sign with your PSN ID, it would be lovely if we can have this, so every tournament we play would be human error free, please FIFA programers do this, I bet there a more people who plays FIFA in the same room, and would love to see who is the best player, the best passer, the best scorer, who is on a winning streak, etc…

Ok, so if anyone has played Football Manager 2014 I think the manager mode on fifa should be a much more toned down version but with gameplay so it compensates for the lesser detail than Football Manager. In player mode I think that instead of having to improve stats through doing a certain number of shots, short passes, crosses or take ons. Instead, there should be a currency system like in NBA 2K14 where you earn VC and chose what you want to improve about yourself. This would mean you could become exactly the type of player you want to be rather than it taking forever for you to get good at the things you want to get good at... Maybe even throw in a different camera angle like 1st person. This would probably have to be implemented in fifa 16 though..
Ultimate team:
More commitment to servers, so that we can play whenever we want and not just get compensation packs, with players in which we can't sell. Second, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES remove the transfer market and make sure all players can still be bought and sold... 3rd add customizable formations. Change the style of position. For example, a winger maybe Raheem Sterling is a RW on Fifa. In real life he plays on both wings so they could add a card called W so that you can get 10 chemistry on both sides. Or if this is too extreme add position change cards so you can change a RW to a LW and the other way round. Or the third option is to add secondary position to cards where they only lose 1 chemistry no matter what position they are. For example again Raheem Sterling sometimes plays CF so you could put his RW card into CF and he would only lose 1 chemistry instead of more...
Pro Clubs:
Pro clubs needs to be revamped with the same currency system as offline player mode...

in career mode, you should be able to have a better youth academy and watch youth team games. More realistic Free agents and a better contract negotiation system.
in matches, the ground should be more realistic and more noise according to the match etc, derby, cup final, first day of season.
also I think the weather should change, for example, KO 4;30, in the second half get darker and a bit of rain to come on etcc.
I think their should be a referee mode, like be a pro, where you can move up leagues and nations depending on your referring decisions.
I also think in career mode you should be aloud to train your players and pick what training session for them, like we saw in the world cup game, also show famous managers and them celebrating.
Add more LEAGUES or add more TEAMS.
Just friggin' check the teams that participated in Champions League`s Group Stage last year and add them. And maybe the teams from the playoffs too.

We Bosnians are a proud bunch, and we certainly are a football-loving nation. Ever since we officially became a country back in 1992, we've proudly been following our great sportsmen in the greatest sport in the world as they've been fighting for glory. After many years of sweat, blood and tears; we've finally made it.
After an impressive run during the 2014 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers, we ended up at the top spot in Group G, securing our admission into the World Cup Finals.
This small, once war-torn country has succeeded in qualifying for the world's most prestigious tournament, and impressively enough, also climbed to the #16 world ranking.
We believe that a team with such heart and skill finally without a doubt deserve a place in the undisputed #1 Football game.
Our guys have done their job, the ball is at your feet now, EA Games.
- Reserve Team/U21 for the youth academy players and the assistant manager give the manager list of players who should consider giving them a chance in the first team.
- Team Sponsorship
I usually start with a small team and It's really hard to buy players with their small budget. So, The team should get an offer from a new sponsor if they start doing well in their league. Therefore, getting enough money to bolster the team. It shouldn't be real sponsors. also it will change the shirt sponsor.
- Editing The Team Kit
Being able to change the team's kit every season. Giving us full control on how the team's kit should look like. Just like the 'editing player option.' except it's allowed between seasons or at the end of the season.
- Players stats
Improving players stats. along with the seasonally players stats, I think there should be an 'All-Time Stats' or something like that showing how much a player played and scored his entire career.
- Customize the manager
Being able to customize your manager like you would in player mode. Age, skin tone, clothing, etc
- More than 15 seasons. 15 seasons isn't enough.

And when cpu player is run my defence player stay there and no run for cpu player to defence.

When its happened,defence player must auto to run with cpu player.
