it would be nice in career mode to have some options after choosing which club to manage, as follows:
1) turn off scouting network? Y/N
2) turn off press conferences? Y/N
3) remove player ageing? Y/N
4) turn off youth development? Y/N
5) allow CPU to CPU player transfers? Y/N
personally, I would choose yes to all of the above as I find that they spoil my managing experience over the course of my career :-)

2-Give us more control over the players, don't control them by handicapping them when they receive a ball or when you freez defenders in favor of the forwards.
3-Fix your online servers.
4-Think to make UT mod more realistic instead of arcade mod like now, it doesn't make sense that I add a boost card to a player to make him a super man!!!!!!!.
4-Add the Egyptian league, they have the African champions Al-Ahly, how come you don't add them and add South Africa teams!!!!!
5-Add at least the first 100 teams from FIFA ranking of world's national teams.
6-Get the creation center back for ps4.
7-Don't leave unfinished graphics ruins the final product of FIFA 15 like you did with FIFA 14.
8-Add online "Friends Tournament" mod, where ppl can invite each other to create their online tournaments that could keeps all records and matches bookings like yellow and red cards and injuries, so you can gather your friends and play the Italian league with it's all conditions. It will be like online career mod with friends once you gather them you start the league.
Also I think the managers need to have more of a role, so far they just increase chemistry and adds a percentage on your contracts!
In addition to my previous comment I also think there should be a new card for whoever gets PFA player of the year in each league? For example if Yaya Tourè gets it the card should be improved from his original card and should be purple or turquoise like the cards on card creator on fut head.com

1. We would like to see that CL is included as one of the tournament. It is time now, and CL intro & song etc.. (Champions leuge)
2. That the team's coach look just like they do in the real life just as you are creating players. namely Mourinho, Moyes, Ancelotti and all the other coaches!
3. When creating your players that there are more choices to make and it had also been fun if for example, had 5-6 different tattoos one could choose for their players.
4. Intro in every game is really good! but if you can add when you see them standing in the playing tunnel while waiting to go out on the pitch just like you see on the matches on TV. you have put it in one of your trailers on fifa 14 when liverpool stands and Wait.
& Even the stadiums should be expanded to more famous choices! Like when you play international career. Sweden's national stadium "Friends Arena" and for example, Spain's national stadium, Brazil's new arena, and so on. when playing for example with spain the home match playes at the Santiago Bernabéu-stadion.
So if you could fix only these features, it would have been the ultimate game of all time.
Would also be fun if you could during career mode "playing maneger" change their own player's hair, shoes, etc. During the season like real players do. if you put it in career mode between "kit number" & "formation".

2. The youth academy should be full with all real youth and academy players and when you scout for a player you have only real players e.g. Emmanuel Boateng from Ghana.

- that you can give commentary in the middle and end of the match as trainer

1. Ref mode/Linesman mode. This is quite a fun one but EA will obviously not implement this because, well, do you think they'd want you to ruin some ones game or another persons/teams game because of your bias? Thought so.
2. Spectator mode. This mode is quite probable and is quite a good one. I think that this mode will be great if the "spectators" are not involved too much and do not affect the player, or else we would have a lot more broken controllers and friendships on our hands.
3. Customizable kits and badges. this feature has long been suggested by the FIFA community for a long time now. I don't think EA would allow it for Ultimate Team but it may be possible for Career mode, although they may put some restrictions on how drastically we can change it. E.g. only use the club colours for the home kit and not being able to change thee mascot on the Badge.
4. Youth League. Continuing on with career mode, this feature has been the most asked for by Career mode fans. When you buy young talent but they aren't up to scratch with your squad they usually rot on the bench or you throw them out on loan. When they're on loan you don't know what has happened to the player or how good they've played. The Youth League will help. It doesn't have to be playable. But I'm not sure how they're going tho make it so that all teams have youth teams to play in that league.
5. Training. This is an important part of an athlete's career so why is it not in place in Career mode?
6. Stadium editor. This Feature is quite important for those doing RTG or starting with really s*** teams. Once you've been promoted you can be given the choice to Upgrade your stadium and be taken to the stadium editor where you can increase capacity, add shade, more hoarding for sponsorship, better pitch, etc.
7. Better visuals. This includes Cut-scenes of the dugouts and reactions of the manager to an offside or goal. The Kit Number font should be changed when promoted from the championship to the premier league as well as the league badge on their arms and the Premier league winners should have gold badges.
8. Better celebrations. The stale celebrations at the end of the season when we win a title or achieve promotion. Make it vary, with pitch invasions when achieving promotion, team celebrations when winning the league cup, and the team going crazy when you win the champions league.
9. Press conferences. This must be drastically improved. Improvement of the conversation tree and the time of when they happen (before match/after match) as well as the reaction in the media and the players and opposition.
10. Make Money Mean Something. I don't care how. Be it Houses, cars, kits , boots. Just make it so i would wan to leave my championship team to a premier league team.
11. AI Improvement. This is not only for game-play but for simulations, and transfers. It's not really Realistic when you see Cavani leave PSG for Lazio after a season or Neuer go to Everton.
12. More International teams. We see it every 4 years but it seem that EA are to lazy to even try to put in more international teams. There are only 60 international teams and 32 places in the world cup. Come on ea, you can do better than that
13. More leagues. I personally would like to see at least one African league enter the next installment. Its quite disappointing only having European league in the game. EA last year added more South American Leagues which is a step forward but now its time to turn the focus on the 2 continents that hold more than half of the worlds population. Asia and Africa.
14. Sponsorship. This should be included in both Player career mode and Manager career mode. After reaching a certain prestige in player career mode you will be approached by small companies. as you get better, better sponsor ship deals would be offered. In manager mode the type of sponsorship deals you receive depends on the prestige of the club or the place in their league. if they're in s*** league, they will get s*** sponsors although they may get better ones if they have higher domestic prestige. The sponsor Don't have to be licensed. We don't expect them to be.

I dont want to write some obvious things like Ref Mode or Dynamic weather.
For me the most interesting part in FIFA is Career Mode.
I d like to see more interesting communication with press and players, more "second" leagues(Russia Scotland Belgium Holland etc...)
Another wish is the ability to start my career like an assistant coach or in the middle of the season.
By the way the new transfer network is useless for me, because if I build a comletely another squad(and I like doing it)
my scouts find me very weak players and it s too long to wait untill they study the player s skills.

Some more statistics would be nice.
Big events like the World Championship should feel more like a World Championship ... in Fifa 14 it was sooo unspectacular.
There should be a manager create mode like how we create a player
Every season in manager mode we should be able to create new Jerseys for the club
Be able to upgrade or make stadiums bigger
And most importantly when you win a cup final to have the cup there
Also more options in manager mode and warm up sessions before the game
And pre and post match conferences
Hope the game designers can make it a little more exciting....
