I think, you need add a Russian Premier Leage. Russian national team third team on EURO 08, FC ZENIT - winner UEFA CUP 2008 in Mancheaster
i think you should be able to become a selector for your country as you get better in manager mode.....eg)your home country is australia and they play a match agianst france about 4 weeks from the match you should get an email sayin that you have been selected to choose players for the australian national team and the positions of which you get to choose the players eg) LW:....ST: ect

and then you get a list of players which are eligeble for the particular positions..


ALSO MAKE THE TRANSFER MARKET ALOT MORE REALISTIC AT THE MOMENT IT IS S*** AND UNREALISTIC

i think what you should add is this, if a player gets injured players should kick the ball out of bounds so the injured player can recive attetion. this would be a great addition to make it more realistic.
I think to make this game great, you should do this if a game is being played at dusk , it should become night as the game goes on. and when countries are playing , make both teams play their natinal anthems . not just one , for 20seconds. and make the passing, shooting, recieving ,trapping ,dribbling and running more realistic to real life. and have more atmosphere in the stadium, and bfore a game you should have a shot of the stadium outside , so we can see how the fans entering the stadum. JUST LIKE MADDEN IS DOING FOR THEIR 09 VERSION.
I THINK WE SHOULD HAVE THE CHOICE ON HOW OUR TEAM WEARS THEIR UNIFORM, LIKE MIXING JERSEYS WITH DIFFERENT SHORTS. FOR EXAMPLE HOLLAND DOSENT ALWATS WEAR ALL ORANGE THHEY WEAR ORANGE WHITE BLUE. ANOTHER EXAMPLE FRANCE IN THE EURO CUP WORE ALL BLUE AND DIDNT WEAR THEIR ORIGINAL KIT. BUT DO THIS FOR EVERY CLUB TEAM AND NATION N THE WORLD. GET EVERY COUNTRIES REAL PLAYERS AND KIT IT DOSENT MATTER IF THEIR NOT WELL KNOWN. ADD WORLD CUP QUALIFYING AND MORE INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENTS THAT WOULD BE GREAT.
i think that their should be more realistic passing, recieving, turning , running, shooting and trapping. for example if a player passses you the ball from the lefy side , you would recive it with your rite foot to open up your body and see what in front of you. same thing from the right side someone passes u the ball from the right , you would recieve it with your left foot. etc. And make the dribbling more realistic . ILL GIVE YOU GUYS AN IDEA WATCH A REAL PROFESSINAL SOCCER MATCH AND EVERYTHING YOU SEE IN THAT GAME, YOU SHOULD PUT IT INTO FIFA 09. ANS ALSO ADD WORLD CUP QUALIFYING THAT A GREAT IDEA.

I THINK THAT YOU SHOULD MAKE THE UNIFORM LESS BAGGY ON THE PLAYERS , THATS WHAT MAKES THE PLAYER LOOK SOME WHAT FAT SO MAKE THE UNIFORM TIGHTER ON THE OF THE PLAYER., AND HAVE ALL THE PAYERS IN FIFA 09 LOOK SLIMMER AND HAVE THEM HAVE THE SAME BODY TYPE AS THE REAL PLAYER IN REAL LIFE.
i think that you should put in more physical play like elbows to the face, pulling jerseys, high kicks for dangerous play. and have some blood to face sometimes. but i think having all of this would be agreat addition to the game, and finally another thing to add should be the kind of tackles that broke EDUARDOS leg . add this to make it a unique game.

1.have friendly matches in the starting of a season
2.a more real market of players

i think it would be good to put Honduras in the international team. because in this moment we have playes playing in the european leagues.
I think you should make it so that we can load up our manager mode saved on fifa 08 so we dont have to go through all the making a rubbish team good, messing about with money and getting them back to the prem with the players we had in fifa 08 or we would just be repeating ourselves. you could make it so we can load up past manager modes
when are they going to let us play the game instead of having to suffer their stupid animations of what these ignorant simpletons think football looks like? They said this one isn't based on animations, but it is. More EA BS. Why can't they come up with proper Ai for the CPU instead of making all the teams just pack the box, or simply paralyse your players and nobble your contoller. It's a joke.

when doing the manager mode make it so can be the international teams. when in transfer season put the old legends in so can bid on them.

how about putting a 2player or multi-player career mode or at least let us play against each other in a career mode on ps3

There should be more well known artists and songs in the playlist, such as songs in the top 40 chart, lyk rihanna, neyo or dizzee rascal, ther should be better editing such as stadium editor or kit editor as u can then show off ur kit or play in ur stadium online, and show it off 2 ur friends or other people around the world, u should also be able to use career teams online, and ther should be like an online goal of the month, wher the best goal scored online, or updated, wins and is shown at start up x
i think you should have the player socks longer and the shorts a little bit shorter. so their legs dont look very short and looks more realistic
what i think should be done to make fifa great , is i think that you should have the whole coaching staff watching the games on the sideline, and the head coach directing the team, with the substitutes watching also. then when they are told to start warming up , they should start to warm up on the sidelines.And i think they should have their warm ups on before playing. Please do this , it will be agreat idea.

I HAVE ONE BUG ON MY FIFA 08 FOR MY PS3 SOMETIMES WHEN IT IS A SUBSITUTE AND THE CAMERA L00KS AT THE STADIUM IT FREZES THERE SO IT MEANS I HAVE TO QUIT THE GAME AND RESTART IT. PLESE FOR FIFA 09 MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO BUGS LIKE THIS IT IS QUITE ANOYING.
put the game with more emotion and the crowd screaming very loud and with heart specialy in finalls and dont show the ball on foto team show the cup
Ther should be a training camp on the game, or the option to put a defender in the arena so that you can practice skill moves, there should also be a indoor pitch, or the option of having 5 a side, using your career team online would also be good as u can put them to the test, and show off how good of a manager you are, and why put rooney on the front cover, hes rubbish now!!!
you should be allowed to manage international teams in manager mode that would be great
you should be aloud to create your own stadium! in manager mode you should be allowed to make swap deals for players

In addition to my earlier post of July 9, I would like to add the following points:

1. In "Edit player" or "Edit kit number" options, there should be some differentiation between international kit numbers and club kit numbers. This is because when you change a players number for the international side, it will also change it for the players respective club side, and that in turn can muck up every players numbers; a process which cannot be reversed quickly. So, if you want to change a players international number, it should have no effect on their club number.

2. In "Play now" mode, as in the recent UEFA Euro 2008 game, you should be able to select stadiums, conditions, etc. instead of just playing a game, when its sunny, in your home teams stadium. Just to liven things up a bit!

3. There should be personalised managers. Maybe only the top managers at first, and, of course, if a manager were to move on, or be sacked, in real life, this could be changed in the game as well to mirror this alteration.

In addition, I would like to reitterate what other posters have suggested in that there should be more leagues, more teams, more personalised players, more stadiums, more national sides, better kits, a wider range of boots, etc. Little touches just to smarten the game up a bit!

i think that you should make the grass look more realistic and darker. and before the game starts we should have a look outside the stadium with all the fans entering the stadium that would be great. and also during that we should have a look of the players warming up prior to the game, with their warm up uniforms or just warm up shirt, this would be a great addition. one more thing make the stadiums look more real, if some stadiums in england have the crowd really close up to the field than that what you should do.

all consols should be teqnique in diferent ways.
we should be able to create up to 30 players, and should be able to create youth players aged from 10. they should put in the sunday league. with our 30 created players, we should be able to create a made up team, not from real players. the classic 11 teams need to be edited alot. we should beable to unlock much more equipment and editing should have alot more viriety.
thay should have lots of minigames gor every game consol, such as kick ups, wall to wall, arcade, 5vs5and much more. some players are either overlly rated or too underated so they should correct that. thay should put more of diferent leagues such as the chinese, nigerian, gahain, austrailian and much more. the gameplay is to slow. No offence, but fifa 08 is so fake and not at all realistic. there should be 2 types of manager mode. 1) The normal one. 2) The one where your'e actually a manager, like on fifa manager games.
Wil Egypt be included in FiFA 09 as Egypt is a very good team.

please dont make it like euro 2008 how they have stars. it gets really annoying because the players get worse easily and for them to get better you need to score a hatrick like everygame!

Hello! In carrear mode i choosed FC Salzburg in the austria League. After the first season i choosed to stay in the club for 1 more year. It´s 10 teams in the league but not one of them had been relegated!!!! why?
That you must do better and i dont think its only in the austria league.
they shold bring much more gameplay into the game. More leagues, youth teams, youth players. On manager mode, they should have preseason tournaments, such as the emirates cup, amstedam cup and much more. Be a pro mode should be like captain your'e country mode on euro 2008. They should put more african leagues.
It would be awesome if you could create your own league in the game and at the same time create the teams for it, with the option of either 12, 14, 16, 18, or 20 teams.
Or if only EA would add more leagues such as the Russian, Argentinian, Romanian, Greek. Create your own stadium would be a neat option as well. Also like so many others have stated, improve the free kick, more hand balls, more realistic manager mode, if you could have the manager as the player too, since so many teams have that. Thank's.
