2. There is no point in making more leagues like israli and russian or columbian because the majority of people would not use them and it would take a long time to do. Maybe make a "other league" were top teams from the rest of europe go.
3. Make the gameplay better. Make it easier to get past player when with your best players. it could be based on form and morale.
4. Press Reactions when you buy players. They ask you questions and you answer them they keep a record of what you have said and if it dosn't happen they ask you why, just like in real life.
5. If you have lost 5+ games in a row at half time and full time fans boo and throw stuff. (Sadly this is the modern game.)
6.Make free-kicks easier but harder to perfect. Be able to put lots of curl or lots of power.
7.Make it so when you score online the openent dosnt get away with leaving the match. An idea would be to make him lose 2 matches for this instead of just one. This happens alot online.
8. When you get promoted, relegated or win a trophy on the last fixture at the end it shows the highs and lows of that particular campaign.
9. When the ball is crossed in the user can press a button on the controller to slow down time so they can shoot at just the right moment. This can again only be done by the best players. This feature should only work when the player is not marked and if he misses the chance his morale goes down really low unless he has scored a hat-trick or something.
10. FIFA player of the year, European Player if the year, African Player of the year, Manager of the year.
11. Dont put diving into the game. Lots of people want this feature but personally i think it just spoils it.
12. When your scout returns with players he has found you get to either just sign him as usual or watch a highlights video of just that player in a match
12. Fans invade pitches when you have won cups, been promoted or won a match against all the odds.
13. FIFA puts default stadiums on teams who do not have a high ranking. You should be able to customize your stadium. Not only be able to make it bigger, but you should be able to change seat colours, net colours, the way the pitch is cut, huge tv screens, and this is all real money. The better your stadium manager the more customization you have to play with.
14. Change players boots and Hair Styles
15. Offer players cars and houses in contract negotiations this would appeal more when scouting young players.
16. You can hire assistant managers. This could be real fun, just imagine having jose mourinho or alex furguson working under you.

19. If a players is 32+ morale is down for 2 months and they're not getting regualar games when you do play them you realise they have got a lot fatter that you last saw them. ( This could be alarming, but on the other hand hilarious)However this would be in only extreme cases.
20. If FIFA are not going to put 1000+ questions into the interviews after games, they should get rid of it. Its pointless. You answer the same questions every time.
for players. the manager mode does become tedious, so some actual footage of bust ups would
be good, like the wwe games.
in be a pro (if u make it that ur the player only) if u get injured u as the player try to get better by training resting organising doctors appointments stuff like that (a bit of a ask but it would be cool)
new front cover rooney is s*** and ronaldinho has been on too long. it should be kaka and messi or kaka and c.ronaldo or messi and c.ronaldo. but if u have to put an englishman put gerrard since hes the only decent englishman around at the moment.
have a create a league mode where you decide on EVERYTHING that happens like fixtures, dates, trophies and other competitons inside the league
in realistic they are more relaxed
in the next game i think when a team scores an away goal most crowd should boo and just show the away fans screeming with their team colours on...
also i agree with having a fan run onto the field in crucial last minute goals..
and also have the giant team flags up before some matches.. (only big teams)
and some turkish teams should pull up the giant turkish flag
and in create club mode you should be able to draw up your own emblem and in manager mode instead of using the soccer ball as the emblem in matches you should have your own team logo on ... thanks
also be have be a pro: and be able to get a created player or a player of your choice to be picked by the manager to play etc....you have no control over the manager's decisions...plus be stuck on your player only for entire seasons....in this mode also be able to be picked for your national team and play the national team matches....have national team duties and play them in national team tournaments such as the euro championship, the copa america, gold cup, the world cup etc....plus have a description of your player like in madden 06....where it speaks highly of you if you're good and not so good if you're not....
also....add the copa libertadores, sudamericana, and club world cup in manager mode and be a pro manager mode....like the ecc...
66."Be A Pro" mode should be more like Madden NFL Superstar where you actually control your life.

its been mentioned on here allready i think but anyway,
make a mode where you create a player (only control you, the manager of whatever team your on decides when you play etc.) and get an agent,
you then start on a team not a major one, a low profile team that not many people know about,
then when on that team you have to impress the manager by playing well in training sessions to ger picked to play in the next game,
you keep playingwell to get a regular place in the first team,
then if at the end of the season youve played well, you get offers from other clubs better clubs, and your agent gets you a contract at the one of the clubs that have got an interest in you, (you have a choice to pick with club out of the ones interested you go to, or you can stop at the club your at)
you get paid more as you get better,
your not alwasy guarenteed a spot in the first team you have to keep impressing in each training session.
confusing i know lol but itd be a good addition to what is allready a great game,
also maybe having the ref on the pitch and having the weather change whenever,
so it could be sunny at the start of a game but start to rain near the end.
maybe put in the world cup and different competitions in manager mode so your players go for for international duties for different amaounts of times,
make injuries better because on the 360 you dont get serious injuries that can keep players out for months, its just a sprained shoulder or something that keeps them out for a week, make it more realistic?
its been mentioned allready but be able to make changes to your kit each season like in real life
be able to check on how other teams around the world are doing,
be able to check which player would be the best to sign in the transfer season.
have a be a pro co-op manager mode like on the ps2/ xbox.
thats it really, not much else i can think of,

Fifa player of the year
In manager mode have grudge matches that you create eg. after lots of close games with even results, after numerous big games like finals that go down to the wire and when one team has consistantly beaten or lost to another team over an extended period of time. These games should be highlighted with press conferences and the players should increase or decrease in form depending on their stats concerning their ability to handle pressure (this should also translate into big games in general eg. final or top of the table clashes)

Make growth easier eg. in fifa 07 & 08 players grew really slowly but in 09 form should be taken into account eg. if a player scores a hatrick the week before his form should increase his stats for that game, if form is consistantly improving base stats can be raised. (This was kind of achieved in 06)

1. Be able to start playing a match and finish it with VISUAL SIM or QUICK SIM.
2. After a match receive a PERFORMANCE RATING for your team in CORNER KICKS, FAIR PLAY, ATTACKING, POSSESSION and OVERALL rating about your play style so the better your RATING, the better your REPUTATION. This will encourage you to play better every match to keep your REP high.
3. When you're searching for a player in transfer market BE ABLE TO SEE HIS GROWTH.

4. Add a MINI-GAME MODE (Try to score 10 free kicks, Steal 10 times the ball without making a foul..)

2) Be able to create a character for " Be a Pro " Season and be able to impress the manager and get picked for matches
3) Be able to see the referee and linesmen
4) Have an option so you can kick the ball away and get a yellow card
5) Have a massive variety of goal celebrations
6) Be able to dive and fool the referee
7) Score a goal and whilst your player is celebrating, have the linesmen/ referee blow for offside.
8) Be able to jump into the crowd and suffer the consequences
9) In manager mode be able to create your own manager and walk around the changing rooms and see the players shirts and boots
10) In manager mode, be the manager ( GTA camera view ) and stay in the little box during matches and shout at the referee and players

2.) when creating your own club choose your sponsor to show up on the jersey
3.) have a choice in manager mode to either be the manager of a team or become a player in a youth system that works their way up to becoming the next star
4.) be able to see the refs running in the game
5.) show flags and more realistic chants during the game

8.) the players that come through scouting skill levels should not depend upon what team you play for or how good your scout is, but completely random. So if you are playing for a team like Notts County in CCL 2 you should get players that are rated 50s, 40s, or 30s.

12.) Have a reserve team instead of having everyone on one team
I would also like to see the addition of more eastern European leagues.
And the ability in manager mode to be hired as the manager for the national team and compete in that arena would add even more depth to the game.
