YOU GUYS SHOULD ADD A GAMEMODE OF WORLDCUP QUALIFYING, AND ADD INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENTS, FOREXAMPLE

when season is over with , design new kit for new season (home and away, goalkeepers aswell) and have a variorty of REAL-LIFE sponsors other teams get new kit automatically so u dont have to do it.. when is promoted to the premiership,the numbers and names on the back of shirts will change to premiership style.
1) have the russian league
2) ref on the pitch
3) acctually negociate with the players/ teams
4)to be able to release players
5)on each league have the football that they acctually have
6)when a bad takle you can see the manager shouting
7)get taken off on a strecher
8)on ps3 some of the high rated players are rubbish e.g. Berbatov, Tevez, Ibrohimovic }these should be outstanding but insted these lower rated players are : D.bent, Agbonlahor, Defoe
9)on be a pro-season when you create a player when you play
there hair should grow longer!
in manager mode, theres a HUGE flaw in the transfer window. i know there are a lot of things
people want fixed, like the goofy transfer wiindow times and what not. BUT heres the bigger
problem. FREE AGENTS!!! playing in serie a for five seasons and just discovered this flaw,
big time players that don't resign w/ their club just sit there and don't play at all. and i'm talking
some big names. rafa marquez, frank lampard, rafael van der vart, theo walcott, nigel de jong,
gibarlito, raul, figo and on and on. what gives. clubs would be drooling over all those players,
AND all w/o a transfer fee. this needs to be fixed!
make are own design keepers kits with team logos on them.

I would like the PSL to be in the new FIFA 09 because it grows not only kaizer chiefs and orlando pirates.And the graphics should really improve and also the commentators should be many stadiums,teams and the coachers who are recentley coaching.
i also wanted to tell about the ball movements when in air. make them more realistic and smooth to see. while taking freelicks the ball should sometimes dip like c ronaldo does it.the net movements should also be better.
it wll be better if players can take powerful ground shots during the game.i am a fifa 07 player and have never had a powerful ground shot during the game from the d box on ahead of it,the ball always goes over the goal with full power.as in real lifeplayers can do that in think it should be included in the game .its not necessary that the ball shoulg go fully grounded but i think fifa 09 should have some special key to hot the ball hard and low.
you should be able to do deliberate falls which many players do to get a free kick and you can get either caught or get away with it, you can also make deliberate hard tackles where you don't always go for the ball in an attempt to injure a player like in real soccer. It should also be easier to do and pull off tricks with less skilled players able to rarely pull off a good move and with the occasionally really good players able to pull off stunning moves more often with better success. You also be able to curl the ball the opposite way instead of always from right foot curling left but being able to curl it right like some gifted players can actually pull off successfully.
In fifa 06 you were able to save replays of fantastic goals and tricks so why not bring it back. Indoor soccer should be brought back like what you had in fifa 97, it was a good change from the usual game of soccer and could be similar to what you have in fifa street like using wall and a HUGE range of tricks, you could have this in manager mode as an off-season tournament or a seperate season to add something unique to the game and is generally a much faster paced game in which anyone can play and in off season something what teams could do.
bring back broadcast camera and more camera options. Many dislike the new camera angles

Fifa 09 should have...
- Better manager mode (monthly awards, more transfer offers and more opportunities before the season begins,, also it shouldn't be ridiculous - i got an offer from Preston to sign Lionel Messi for $100,000 - where did they get that type of money!)
- Create a Team (Fifa 07 had it but Fifa 08 for the 360 hasn't)
- more weather options (rain, snow, eg)
we should be able to have different combinations for uniforms,for example.
USA .
combination 1, white jersey, navy shorts, white socks. 2nd combination: all white. 3rd combination: all gray.4th combination: gray jersey, white shorts, gray socks.

HOLLAND: orange jersey, white shorts, blue socks: 2nd combination: all orange. 3rd combination: blue jersey, blue shorts , white socks.

Arsenal: combination1: red jersey, white shorts, white socks. 2nd combination: red jersey, white shorts, red socks. etc.

I THINK YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN NOW. PLEASE DO THIS BECUASE IT GET BORING USING THE SAME UNIFORM COMBINATION ALL THE TIME,

GAMEPLAY- PASSING, SHOOTING, HEADING, RUNNING, DRIBBLING , TRAPPING, RECIEVING, CROSSING, FIRST TOUCH, SET PIECES, PHYSICAL PLAY, CORNERS, THROW - INS, PENALTY KICKS, INJURIES.

GRAPHICS- PLAYER APPEARANCES, KITS, BOOTS, STADIUMS, GRASS ( MAKE IT GREENER), BENCHES, MORE REALISTIC FANS.

IF YOU GUYS CAN DO THIS IM SURE THIS WILL DEFINETLEY BE BETTER THAN ANY SOCCER GAME IN THE WORLD, SO PLEASE THERE ARE SO MANY EXPECTATIONS FOR THS YEARS FIFA , SO DONT LET THE FIFA FANS DOWN .

when a game goes into overtime , show the players stretch with the help of the trainers and some other players can be drinking water. in fifa 08 it looks so fake teams dont go back to the lockers rooms , so make that be more realistic, also when the first 15 minutes go by have the players go to their bench and drink water and strcych again, and show them switch the sides of fields. so please this wil make this game really great ,

*More in depth Manager mode with harder transfer system aswell as sort of monthly award ceremonies for managers, players and team of the month.
*More Weather options (rain,windy, overcast ).
*In manager mode more pre_season games(was done in Ps2 but not Xbox and ps3)
*Updated game times eg. UEFA and champs league games at night and league games in early/late afternoon.
*Weekly Newspaper articles on Performances, transfers etc.
*No recycled commentary.(Martin Tyler and Andy Gray are getting boring)

I really hope they make the manager mode better! .....................................
- Have players get more injuries.
Other clubs bid for appropriate players, because sometimes Man Utd buy 60-75 rated players!
- Not have so many night games in manager mode! Most are day not night!
- No day games in Champion's League!
- Make some new options available before you start MANAGER MODE... like unlimited transfer window, amount of transfer activity made by other clubs (None, low, medium, high, crazy money!) These should all be optional.

Graphics.....................
- Player faces, there were some shocking faces on next-gen 08! Eg. Dimitar Berbatov, Wes Brown, Carlos Tevez, Nani, Eduardo, Adebayor, Torres, and all the lower rated teams like Fulham and that had very similar faces.

-The running looks wierd!
- Some kits colours looked a little bit different, I thought Man Utd's looked a little pink?
You need to do a lot of catching up to beat pro evolution a lot
Fifa gamplay is far to slow it is realistic but boring compared to the gameplay in Pro Evolution so faster gamplay for probably fifa 10.
Also i find it pointless having japenese leagues and swedish maybe you should only put these leagues in for their version of the game i.e. the swedish version just to have those leagues and more time should be spent on the look of the players in the lower english divisions rather than on foreign leagues.
i also thought that when you score you could do your own celebration and contol the player to do a flip or run into the crowd once he has scored
add the Philips stadium, eindhoven
in fifa 09 should be realistic free kicks with more realistic variations. for example two players run to the ball and a third player kick the ball.
i think there sould be a big edit mode ect create your own kits international job offers in manager

show the subs from both teams running up and down the pitch warming up
they should put serbian teams,and national team.including the hole balkan teams and national teams
i think there should be more signings in the transfer markets....i mean man united would by tevez ...but then they buy someone who is rubbish....i dont get it. and u should include more stadiums like Villa park and goodison park...actually all the premier league and championship stadiums.... it would make it so much more realistic...and more delays in the matches...like when fans come on the pitch..that would be brilliant.the player faces could b better, i hope fifa 09 will b the best ever, i am defently gona get it...CAN'T WAIT
1- Create team and choose sponsor and it will be sowed on your kit.
2- More realistic, like you can train ur team while ur watching, and choose between different tasks.
3- More interviews and let players answer and show it like if it was on television.¨
4- Create ur own stadium.
5- Show players applauding fans at the end of the season.
6- Show players receiving cups etc..
7- More options in create player, and new stuff like create your own footballs or shoes or manager
If u do this the game would be PERFECT, and good job to now.

1- color of the pitch should improve. its not same as real ones
2-futsal has to be added to next fifa.
3-stadium editor should be added.
4-players boots should increase and be available in edit player.
5-create club tools and details should improve.
make it so that you can bring the keeper up for corners if you wanted to, you can do it on the ps2 but not 360 :S ??

oooooo and just before you take a free kick you get to decide who you ant to take it....like on 07

I cannot understand why I cannot play FIFA soccer game with Iran or Saudi Arabia, Ivory Coast etc...

longer tranfer times because for some teams u only get to make 1 transfer and if u dnt get the player u hav 2 wait till jan.

transfer battles e.g liverpool 20 million for xavi and chelsea come in with a bid 22 mill and you have a bidding war or sumfin real like that.

players want to come to your team.

no budget for buying players, the OWNER of the club shoud say how much you can spend each transfer window on new players.

They should bring better boots on like Nike vapours and etc ,, also you should have a reserve and youth team and should be able to train them so they can become good players then bring them into the first team and have the world cup on in 2010 and you should be able 2 become the manger of it if you do well with your original team and see if you can bring succes for england in manger mode
on fifa 09 there should be:

1) linesman and ref
2) all top league stadiums
3) create manager
4) when creating a team have real nubers (premiership numbers0 and have proper sponsors on the kit.
5) when a team gets promoted to the premiership or any other top league they should get the premiership numbers and names.
6) when creating a new team you should be able to create the stadium as well .
7) when signing a new player it should show him in the the kit.
8) when seasons over in manager mode, you should be able to design a new home kit and away kit, and maube a 3rd kit if your team gets in to europe, and if you want select a new sponsor (but a genuine sponsor).
9) interview man of the match after the game and person who is playing the game could get a list of options on what to reply to a certain question.
10) could see highlights of your game and other games that have been played elsewhere
11) real referees
12) fourth officials
13) when winning a cup , actually show the cup. and the players on a platform.
14) get players on trial before buing them.
15) show players walking round pitch at end of season applauding fans
16) stadium not always full, depending on form of team.
17) at wembley when winning a cup show players walking up the famous stairs.
CHAMPIONSHIP NEED TO BE ONE OF THE BEST LEAGUES IN THE GAME
fifa misses the obvious.
add the blue sqaure premier
add stadium and kit and face editor
warm up before games.
change commentators and make em say the teams names and stuff.
when players train i think u should b able to control them.
why do created players always have thier picture in black it should be like the real players where its thier face.

make the matches more tv realistic.have like sky sports or bbc at the corner and have sky commentators and bbc ones.

Try to be more realistic when it comes to goalkeepers, please!! In create player let the player be 99 in everything, come on, that should be your choice. Real dribbling, not like they were flying. And please the way the players kick is horrible. You should play PES and with your graphics it will be the best damn game ever made. Thierry Henry should be 90% at least not 88 or 89. And please, put the Puerto Rico national team!!! Since fifa 95 it hasnt been in a game. PLEASE!! I BEG YOU!! And when you create a player you start a career and you can change soccer clubs if you want to. You manage the club your player is in it.
Please, We know that you hte persian but please put Iran Pro League, Iran National Team, Azadi stadium
