Being able to do a manager career with icons
World Cup license
Being able to put playstyles on a player you create in the settings.
Get a technology or something so players we create in the setting could actually have a real face instead of no face.

More cutscenes to enhance career mode even further!
Contract negotiation and transfer cutscenes
In the EPL (I don't know for other leagues), make it realistic and after a player gets 5 yellow cards, make them get suspended for a game, just like real life!
More logos for create a club
More commentator choices. Derek Rae and Stewart Robson are boring, and Guy Mowbray and Sue Smith don't help that much either.
Bring back player progression through achievements in game.
Get rid of the contract nonsense and bring back actual transfers

1. Aprofundar as Histórias de Jogadores Jovens
