We NEED!!! A club/cup font creator where we can create fonts and graphics within them to be used at the start of each new season and where the AI can can pick from a pre created pool of say 200 or something. That way it skips the copyright of Efootball having club font rights and let's clubs in FC 26 or FC27 pick their own.
Also the cup winners from the previous season isn't wearing the winners patch (Newcastle United won the Carabao Cup but are still wearing the green patches in game)
Aweomeeeeeee!!!!!! Job putting all the Premier league teams 3rd kits in from day one!!! Awesome job on that one.
It would be great if in FC 26/27 you could add more iconic and representative clubs from smaller nations, at least in the Rest of World section. Teams like La Fiorita (San Marino), Vardar (North Macedonia), Lincoln Red Imps (Gibraltar), FC Santa Coloma (Andorra), as well as historic African and Asian clubs like TP Mazembe, Al Sadd, and others.
This would add more realism to international tournaments and more variety in Tournament Mode, without needing full league licenses.
Thanks for your great work
Career Mode development plans: Is so annoying that when training my players skill moves and week foot Always get a boost. Just put a specific training For those Two... I hate seeing every players 5* 5* c'mon...
F1 have had this for a few years now and if you want to make the game more realistic this needs to be added now.
de un club
I would like to see an online co op career mode!
I mean just Imagine you get home after a tiring work day and you just hop on with your pal and you control only urself as your friend and you try to climb higher and higher with your friend in the same team or even as a rivalry, the amount of year this game is processing I would be hyped to see some similar gamemode. Also could be some online manager mode which is of course harder to make, but thats what a game publisher should focus on I think, to improve his game of series, I personally really enjoyed the journey of Alex Hunter, if something like that would come in co op with friend, that would be magnifical.
Have a blessed day everyone!
better face details
more realistic singings just because you have 1 billion you could be an indian team and sign mbape
But thats the only way i will play the game
#SAVE EA
We’re tired of a game that prioritizes Ultimate Team profits over actual improvements or real content.
Unless there’s a serious overhaul in FC 26 — better gameplay, smarter AI, balanced online experience, and actual respect for players’ time — I won’t be buying the game again.
Respect the community, or this franchise won’t be worth a single dollar.
#EA_FC26 #FixTheGameOrForgetIt
2) More realistic injuries (Headcut etc)
3) Managers getting sent off
4) Fans storming the field, when home team wins the league or gets promoted
I am a hardcore creative, I would love to create new leagues, cups, rules clubs, maybe instead of one club a save, a whole legue with creation of players to go with
Mod support on consoles, larger upgradable stadiums even for all current clubs, maybe a stadium designer so I can design a 150k stadium. More business related stuff.
Maybe a system to upload own logos, kits, badges. Open world option to.
The ability to have or buy legends on career mode. Add the club B teams. Ability to play own songs like a spotify link.
Direct access to Esports.
- Way more broadcasting packages.
- Way more stadiums.
- More features for career mode.
- A complete overhaul of gameplay for career mode.
Kit customization
I'm aware I sound like a dinosaur, but the truth is FIFA / FC has been ruined. Tech is so good nowadays the least you could do is live up to its potential and create a realistic game. Career modes been dead since 2016 ish. Same rehashed nonsense.
Lazy and churlish
Mid-season transfers, instead of waiting to the end of the season. It makes the game more realistic
The Süper Lig and Turkish Cup are already in the game, but without the Super Cup, the career mode feels incomplete.
Many Turkish players would love to see this important local competition included.
It would make the experience much more realistic and enjoyable.
### FUT Suggestions:
1. **Cross-Play Flexibility:** Please keep cross-play enabled on all platforms, including between PC and Console, but introduce options like a toggle to enable/disable cross-play or allow PC cross-play only through friend invites. This make us avoid cheaters while still letting friends play together.
2. **Fair Pack Odds & Transparency:** Increase transparency about pack odds and tweak the system to reduce frustration from bad pack luck. This will build trust and improve player satisfaction.
3. **Engaging Challenges & Rewards:** Expand daily and weekly challenges with fresh, meaningful objectives and better rewards to keep players motivated throughout the season.
4. **Better Matchmaking:** Improve matchmaking algorithms to consider both player skill and squad rating, ensuring fairer and more balanced competitive matches.
5. **Customization & Club Identity:** Add deeper customization options for FUT clubs, including badges, stadium designs, kits, and celebrations, so players can create a unique identity for their teams.
6. **Stronger Anti-Cheat Measures:** Invest in enhanced anti-cheat systems, especially on PC, to protect competitive integrity and create a level playing field.
7. **Progression & Seasonal Goals:** Implement clearer progression tracking, seasonal objectives, and milestone rewards to give players a satisfying sense of growth and achievement.
---
### Career Mode Suggestions:
1. **More Realistic Transfers:** Make transfer negotiations more dynamic, including player personalities, agent demands, and bidding wars, for a truly immersive management experience.
2. **Player Development & Morale:** Add detailed player growth paths, morale systems, and off-field events that influence performance and team chemistry.
3. **Dynamic Storylines:** Introduce story-driven scenarios with consequences, such as managing media pressure, club politics, or youth academy breakthroughs.
4. **Improved Matchday AI:** Enhance AI tactics and behaviors to better mimic real-life football strategies, making matches more challenging and rewarding.
5. **Expanded Management Options:** Allow deeper control over training schedules, staff hires, and club finances, offering a full managerial simulation.
6. **Customizable Presentation:** Let players customize match presentation elements such as camera angles, commentary styles, and broadcast overlays.
---
I believe these improvements will not only enrich the gameplay experience but also strengthen the community and keep players engaged for years.
Thank you for considering these ideas—I’m excited to see how FC 26 grows!
Best Regards,
I would also love them to spice up career mode like open world. There should be off the field social life as a manager and a player. Bring something spicy on board because GTA VI is around the corner. Lastly please don't leave PS4 players behind. Don't give us the old game, spice it for us. It's hard to buy PS5 in Africa. So make it a little interesting on PS4 for us too. Thank you
- Don't get lazy with player faces, some haven't actually changed for YEARS.
- Definitely more content like 'The Journey' that was the best concept of all in my opinion. New person? New storyline?
- Way to unlock legendary teams & be able to use them on kick off mode. For example Arsenal Invincibles 03/04, Chelsea 04/05, Barca 10/11, Milan 06/07, etc
- Ability to edit Club Names.
- Lastly...but vitally... Ultimate Team. Split this to Mens & Womens. let us choose what one we'd like to play.
I would also like to see some changes in the custom controls, most players in my country prefer to sprint with R1 and shoot with square button. Thank you very much, I hope you send my suggestion to EA
Ability to play as a youth academy player
Ability to restart someone’s career without mods
Add more “the journey” like cut scenes
Ability to dive
Less scripting in games and be more focused on skill level
Make transfers more realistic and give the ability to request a loan or a transfer
Be able to negotiate wages with your future coach when moving to a new club
Be able to negotiate with coach about captainship, a starting place, an increase in wages, etc
More communication with your agent
More communication options with teammates, family, friends, etc
Make defending positions more interesting
Stuff for manager mode:
Tactics have a bigger impact on playstyle
Ai defense plays better when you are not controlling them
Ability to be an assistant coach
Ability to be a youth coach
Ability to play with retired players as a manager
Better options for press conferences
More things to say to players
Things for online friendlies:
Ability to play in tournaments
1) Manager Career Mode:
- limited contract duration in years / clause
- gradual manager ranking system
- realistic manager job offers
- play career mode with friends (same team in coop or in different teams in the same or even different leagues)
- all existing countries with at least 1 league should also have the correspondent 2nd leagues and all internal competitions. For all leagues. None managable teams to replace the last classified teams at lower divisions.
- past historical of all players and managers
- national and international youth squads since u-13.
- teams, players, managers and competition rankings/ hall of fame
Thanks...

Better AI Team Management in player career for CPU and Player
Better Stadium sounds: crowd, pa system, etc
Better Weather effects
Intro doesn’t work in player career mode
Better overall setup of all toggle screens: rosters, league, etc
More licensing no one likes playing at the “stadion” stadiums especially when it’s a big team/rivalry

7. The option to make players capable of playing multiple positions, they can even add a limit of three positions maximum
Since Pro Clubs already offers these features it would be great to add them to the created players in the main menu because no matter how unique or skilled you make a player, they often feel lacking without the ability to add playstyles, roles, composure, and other attributes. If EA is worried about players becoming overpowered, they could make it so you can only add four or five silver playstyles and one gold playstyle. Similarly they could limit player roles to one role Plus Plus and two roles Plus. Ultimately it shouldn't matter if created players are overpowered as they are only used in offline gameplay.
EA FC 26 brings an exciting evolution to the Manager Career Mode, introducing groundbreaking features that make managing your club more immersive than ever.
1. Dynamic Club Vision & Board Expectations
Your club’s goals will now evolve over time based on your success, fan demands, and financial situation. If you exceed expectations, the board may increase your transfer budget or set new ambitions, such as expanding the stadium or improving youth facilities.
2. Realistic Transfer Negotiations & Player Personalities
Transfers now feature more dynamic negotiations, where player agents and club representatives react in real time to your offers. Star players will demand higher wages, bonuses, and even specific squad roles. Additionally, players have unique personalities—some are loyal to their clubs, while others chase money or trophies.
3. Tactical Revolution – AI Assistant Coaches
Hire assistant coaches who specialize in different tactics, such as high pressing, counter-attacking, or possession-based football. These assistants will provide matchday insights, suggest tactical changes, and help develop young talents in specific areas.
4. Immersive Matchday Experience & Interactive Press Conferences
Experience pre-match and post-match press conferences with deeper consequences. Your responses will affect player morale, board confidence, and even fan support. Additionally, a revamped match engine allows you to adjust tactics in real time with improved AI decision-making.
5. Youth Academy & Training Overhaul
Scouting and developing young talent is now more realistic. Youth players will have hidden potential that can change based on their training, performances, and even mentorship from veteran players. Training sessions have also been expanded, allowing you to customize drills for individual player growth.
6. Financial Realism & Club Development
Your club's finances now play a bigger role. Sponsorship deals, ticket sales, and merchandising will impact your budget. You’ll also have the option to renovate your stadium, improve training facilities, and invest in marketing to attract fans worldwide.
With these features, Manager Career Mode in EA FC 26 offers a deeper, more strategic, and immersive football management experience.
