Personally I'd say it needs about 3/4 leagues from Asia (J League plus perhaps Iran, UAE, Qatar,Uzbek) etc. The licenses wouldn't be exclusive and it'd make the AFC Champions League more fun. For South America I think the leagues for Uruguay and Ecaudor are a must, plus some 'Rest Of' from Paraguay,Bolivia and Venezuela to accompany the random Peruvians.

Europe is pretty decent, but some more 'Rest of' teams to make Season mode more varied, clubs like Salzburg, Maribor, BATE, Qarabag, Ferencvarosi are in European competition a lot.

That's just my view
We need the Australian A-League in PES 21 should be easy to get the license for that league.
It’s very simple all leagues available in WES should be available in PES and vice versa. More African teams so you don’t verse the same team in world club cup. More generic leagues so you can create teams from leagues you would like and place them as a premier or lower league if you wish
K-league and J-league, Eliteserien (norway). And any second or even third divisions for main league what already is in PES.
Two best league are premier league and la liga. These license pes need if they want number 1.
Premier league(England) , bundesliga(Germany), Indian super league(india) , Major league soccer(usa), a laegue(australia) , Iran league, Japan league are still missing

What PES needs is more Asian leagues, few more smaller European leagues, about 2 African leagues & more South American leagues. We also need to USA national team & MLS fully licensed more licensed stadiums in Brazil. More fully licensed national teams. The copa America, liberatadoes Sud Americana, African Cup Of Nations.

We need MLS and Zlatan!!!
You have to add the Uruguayan Primera Division and Liga MX of México. Uruguay has more history than many of these leagues and Liga MX has much talent from South América. Greek league may be a good addition. Colombian Primera División as well.
