Healing items in FUT 23 are consumable cards that can be applied to a player to reduce the duration of injuries.
When a player of your team becomes injured, they must rest in your reserved list for a certain amount of matches in order to recover. However, by using a healing card on your player card, you can shorten the duration and even make them fit right away.
In FIFA 23, there are seven different types of healing items, each of which has three different qualities: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. The following is a list of them, along with their decreasing values:

How to Apply Healing Cards to Players?
To apply a healing card to a player card, go to your Squad in FUT, select your player and bring up the Player Actions screen (PS4: Square button / Xbox: X button), Apply Consumable, then select an appropriated healing card from the Healing tab.
How to Gain Healing Cards?
Player healing items can be found in FUT packs or be gained as rewards. In the Transfer Market, under the Consumables category, you can buy and sell healing items.
