In the FUT Friendlies game mode, Swaps is a friendly option in which three players are randomly switched with your opponent before the match. Scoring a goal with a different player is worth two goals.
How to Play Swaps Mode
Swaps friendly mode is available in FUT 22 > PLAY > FRIENDLIES screen.
