Contract items in FUT 22 are consumable items that can be applied to a player or a manager to increase their number of remaining matches. A player or manager who does not have a contract will be unable to attend a match.
A player or manager who was involved in that match will lose a number of contracts when they play a match in FUT. The contract numbers of players on the substitution list who were not substituted to play a match will not be used. The number of contracts a player has left is indicated on the back of their card by the word “Contract” or “CON” in short form.
There are two types of contracts in FUT 22:
- Player Contracts
- Manager Contracts
Player contracts are applicable to players only including goalkeepers. Player contracts are available in three different qualities: Gold, Silver, and Bronze, and they add a specific amount of matches to a player item as follows:
|Contract Quality||# of Matches for Gold Players||# of Matches for Silver Players||# of Matches for Bronze Players|
|Gold, Rare (99)||99||99||99|
Manager contracts are applicable to managers only. Below is the list of them:
|Contract Quality||# of Matches for Gold Managers||# of Matches for Silver Managers||# of Matches for Bronze Managers|
How to Apply Contracts to a Player or a Manager?
Go to your Squad in FUT, choose your player, and bring up the Player Actions panel (PS4: Square button / Xbox: X button). Select a contract from the Contracts menu, then apply Consumable.tab.
To apply a contract card to a manager, go to your Squad, pick the Manager Actions screen (PS4: R2 / Xbox: RT), then Apply Manager Item, and select a contract card from the Contract tab.
Where to Find & Get Contract Cards?
Player and Manager contracts can be found in FUT 22 packs or gained as rewards. Contract cards can be purchased and traded in the Transfer Market’s Consumables area.
