Why wouldn't you want a change, anyway he's in court for tax fraud. Do you want someone under that circumstance representing Football/Soccer?
Of course he deserve it he is the best player in premier league &he will stay
•I think there should be at least 2 players most years.
•Each of the main countries should have at least one player from their league or national team every season.
•They shouldn't use the same players like Messi, Rooney and Ronaldinho every year.

UK FIFA17; Many may say Leicester should be rewarded with a player on front cover as a one off and maybe they should.
Leicester aside, I'd choose Kane, Aguero & Suarez.

SPAIN FIFA17; I'd say Suarez and Griezmann.

GERMANY FIFA17; Aubameyang and Vidal

All the players in this list are good, but we should choose the best. Good player means a person that do his work completely, but best player means a person that do more than what is necessary. LEO is the best. He's from another world. He can do everything that he want. He does magical works that no one else can do it.
