Healing items in FIFA 20 Ultimate Team are consumable cards that can be applied to a player to reduce the duration of injuries.
When a player in your team is injured, they need to take rest in your reserved list for some number of matches to get healed. But, by applying a healing item to your player card, you can reduce that duration and even make them fit immediately.
There are 7 types of healing item in FIFA 20, which come in 3 usual qualities as Gold, Silver and Bronze. Below is the list of them including their reducing values:

How to Apply Healing Cards to Players?
To apply a healing card to a player card, go to your Squad in FUT, select your player and bring up the Player Actions screen (PS4: Square button / Xbox: X button), Apply Consumable, then select an appropriated healing card from the Healing tab.
Where to Find Healing Cards?
Player healing cards can be found in FUT packs or be gained as rewards. You can purchase and trade healing items in the Transfer Market – Under the Consumables tab.
