At Practise Arena game mode in FC 24, you can train and improve your dribbling, shooting, and goalkeeping skills, or practise free kicks and penalties while on the practise pitch. You can also choose whom to play with on the field to test your abilities against real-life player skillsets.
How to Play Practice Arena
Practice Arena is accessible from the FC 24 home screen, under Learn To Play > Practice Arena menu.
On the Field Controls and Options
Once you have entered the practice mode in FC 24, you will have the option to set up your training scene. Here are the options you have to do this:
- Move Cursor: L stick
- Move Faster: L + R2 / L + RT
- Grab/Drop Player: X / A
- Add a Player: Square / X
- Remove a Player: Circle / B
- Change the team (side) of the player: Triangle / Y
- Rotate Player: R stick
- Start/Stop Training: Press Touchpad

By pressing the Options/Menu button, you will get the following options in the Practice Arena:

How to Select Practice Arena Player
To change your Practice Arena player, go to the Practice Arena, then remove your on-the-ball player using the L stick and pressing the Cirlcle/B button. Then, move your cursor to the players standing beside the field and select your desired player, then drag the player near the ball.
If your favorite player is not on your favorite team, you will need to change your favorite team first by following the instructions given below.
How to Select Practice Arena Player
To change your team in practice mode, you need to change your favorite team in FC 24. In order to do this, go to FC 24 Home > Settings > Profile > Profile Manager, then change your favorite team.
How to Select Practice Arena Goalkeeper
To change your Practice Arena goalkeeper, go to FC 24 Home > Settings > Team Sheets, then select your favourite team, then click on your team heet. Next, r replace your on-field goalkeeper with any other goalkeeper or player you would like to.
Why can’t I enable trainer in practice arena
how do you just free play like in other versions of fifa and run around or practice movesets? I just wanna practice some tactics and skill moves but its not allowing me to for some reason in fc24.
