1. When you create a player the commentator should say his name, like Russell on the ball !
they have this in other games there should be loads of surnames already saved and you can select this as your commentary name! this makes it much more personal when you create a player.
2.more or all players who actualy look like themselves in full detail with realistic stats !
3.better ways of desingning your own staduim when building.
4. better chants it goes with out saying for every club so when you play at home or away! depending on how well your doing or your league position. it makes the crowd load or loader
FAN MORALE! you could have this bar along with team chemistry,fan support,experience on manager mode.
or being able to provoke the crowd with a player making a guesture ,
5.Being able to change your kit sponsors on the screen play ,kits like chelsea have o2 or AIG! nike or umbro,addidas you decide .
you could even change your colours but the club logo must remain! if you get relegated your premiership sleeve badge should change to a Coca Cola or if your promoted youve got a Premiership badge on the sleeve! visa versa
6.bring in past players whilst playing manager mode like shearer, zola, osgood, best…………. as YOUTH PLAYERS coming through the ranks with their real pics stats and look like them whilst playing and close up shots!and the crowd loves them!
7.If you create a club you should be able to play with them in manager mode perhaps from a low league up to the Premiership or pick what ever league you want have 21 teams in the prem,or relegate a team!

u shud be able to transfer youth players and buy them from other teams and also i dnt like the feture that if u start as any club (e.g. newcstle) then u can only buy the same players everytime like joe cole and juniniho u shud be able to buy different players each time and not most of them being unavalible

After the manager has enough experience allow international teams that want him as manager to
try and make a deal with him.
Allow the manager to be shown in interviews and in the bench while the team is playing to show if his happy or mad.
Allow the manager’s club to compete in every competition such as Barcelona competing in La liga,
copa del rey, Ufa champions league or Uefa cup and Fifa club world cup.
Allow the manager to be shown in interviews and allow the manager to be shown with the team practicing before the soccer
game. And finally allow the manager to be shown in the bench after a goal to show is he is happy sad or mand.
And also allow the manager and team to be shown el pasillo such as barca doin el pasillo to real madrid.
