hi i think you should be able 2 see players get there winners medals and lift the trophy wen you win eg the premiership,fa cup,ecc,efa because after youv tryed your hardest 2 win the leauge all you get on fifa 08 is 11 players jumping up and down thats crap. And players should be different sizes eg i scored with peter crouch and wen he celebrated with smaller players eg gerrard,carrager,alonso,pennant there all the same size that looks crap aswell thanks tezza

To many good south american clubs have been place aside, please take south American ligues as a strong part of the game. there are plenty of good players and teams down there.

You should consider the fact that there are some teams like Shakhtar Donetsk and Steaua Bucharest, wich were present in the Champions League for the last 2 years and probably will be this year.Maybe these teams deserve to be put in the game.

also just make it as much like real life as possible. with pre season tours and instead of jumping from matchday to matchday have a day by day manager mode. and basically everything in my other post was what i thought would be good. transfers should be more realistic with agents, and players hand in transfer requests if they want to leave, also clubs shouldnt sell their best players ( e.g. juventus selling buffon.)

dont make all the big team players fast and perfect, eg messi REAL LIFE HE IS slow ON FIFA HE IS super quick ???????????? all top league stadiums.. EWOOD PARK PWEEZ , match highlights and highlights from computer matches, choose any stadium to warm up in, U21 internationals
all international teams in the world. old wembley in fan shop , edit stadium instead of upgrading stadium manager with a huge variorty of stands.. in important matches show fans walking into tickets stands . finally, not all pitches same size. eg wigan is a smaller pitch than blackburn

Change the ECC to the Champions League as well as the EFA to the UEFA cup.
EA already makes the Champions League game so why not just change this in FIFA 09. And if EA does make this change they should have the players wear the Champions league badge on the sleeve of the Jersey. Also in the pre game cut scene have show players listening to the Champions theme song and then walking down and shaking the opposing teams hand.

1. for manager mode, you should bring in a lot of the tactics, training etc, from the actual manager games by fifa just to make it more life like.
2. also to help make the game become more life like, there should be an aging progress eg; during the season and throughout the whole of manager mode, you should see age lines crossing the players face, some other players hair growing grey, and for that matter of hair, it should be growing like natural hair, and cut when the players decide.
3. also when in manager mode and creating a player, you should be able to change his appearance whenever you want.
4. one of the most enoying things in the game is when youre playing a match, you can keep winning on wichever level. but what i mean is, players should feelings and emotions when playing on the piych, but they should alsdo have these off the pitch eg;a player has had a bad day, or week. like somewthing happens at home, on the road, sickness etc, but this should come up on manager mode in the news letters describing what happened to the player. in conclusion this should effect tghe players preformance, it makes them more like the people we adalise and respect, making them human.
5. you should be able to create a team on the playstation 3 and when you do, there should be sponsers of youre choice, and loads of different designs, and more crests. p.s; there should be a mode in creating the kit and team where you can make youre own design for kit and crests.
6. evry player should have their own movement eg; ronaldo stands stout when running and dribbling, and when doing tricks he bends. but these movements should be mixed. ronaldinho is an agile player, not like ronaldo though he is agile but deosnt always use it. but also when creating youre own player, there should be a special menu where you can make youre own movement, finishing shots, celebrations etc.
you should be able to create youre own stadium along with your created team, or if you want, use it for a real team.
7. there should be spitting and divingput into the game, little scraps and press conferences; in the conference, you should be able to be the manager and answer questions. when a player is asked a question, he answers himself.
8. there should be more build up to rivalries and deciding matches instead of the commentators throwing in the odd comment. newspaper cuttings, press conferences, television; on this i suggest, sky sports and other major sations.
9. there should be more transfers in the game eg; in fifa 08 on the playstation consoles, there werent many deals done except for the team youve chosen, there should be a menu that shows you all the tranfers that are taking place.
10. and ofcourse, you should be able to be offered jobs as an intenational manager when you reach a respectabkle rate. so in this case, there shouldnt be a boundary on the manager mode seasons. lets say youve done eleven seasons, and want to go international for about another twelve (seeing as the world cup, and european cup occur only every 2 and 4 years) and then you want to return to clubs. there should be an age limit of whatever age the gamer wants. when starting manager mode, you should have a choice to choose a real manager, or create one.
11. the referees, linesmen, fourth official and the managers should be seen on the pitch and off, eg; when the ball goes out for a corner or throw, or when one of the players takes a bad shot, you should see the manager critisising or giving instructions. the fourth official should be seen when making a sub, and so should the board with the changes.
12. NOW FOR THE MINOR THINGS!
13. there should be more skills and tricks, more boots etc. and when you win a cup or league, there should be the proper stand and the flares, graffiti, medals etc
14. when working on the created players stats, or for any other player, there should be more stats, and moe thingd to use them on. the minimal level should be 80 because its kinda boring when youre playing with a top team and eveyone outclasses you.
15. WITH ALL THESE IDEAS AND OTHERS THE GAME CAN BECOME MORE LIKE THE REAL THING, LIFE WISE AND ON THE PITCH, SO I’D ADVISE FIFA TO READ THIS, AND TAKE THE IDEAS!!!!!!!!
i agree with all of this but i think some of it will be near impossible for fifa 09 maybe fifa 2010. i think there should be youth and reserve teams so you can call up players when they have developed enough. i was just gonna say make it more like the manager games
also when i downloaded the transfer update for febuary it deleted my created players. and other players e.g veron got put on this thing called ‘TEAM ABBR_’ thats followed by a bunch of numbers. and i cant transfer those players, so if that was fixed it would be good.

Main thing that realy disturbing me on fifa 08 it was referee’s decisions sometimes is clearly wrong for some action I recieve a yellow card but for my opponent it is a good clear tackle.
Camera angle is not very good on fifa 08 there was broadcast option or even action option which was clearly better view. I don’t like very much this be a pro because when I play fast passing it makes me confused.
Scoring on free kick is very hard but for the opponent even a palyer with lower level of attribute taking a perfect free kick which it is not possible.
I know it is hard to be realistic but is’nt it the point of this game to be more realistic?

These are a few ideas for xbox 360.
- I think you should make a create a team mode (when we can choose our kit colors, badges, and all that stuff) Fifa 08 for xbox360 hasn’t it.
- Please improve the edit mode! We should be able to make more changes on the players, like low socks, high socks (like Ronaldo has), bigger ankle tapes. The old fifa had these options, but FIFA 08 for xbox360 doesn’t have it.
- I really think we should be able to edit all teams kits (like old fifas, 99, 2000, 2001, 2002), even if it was after a season on manager mode. People get tired of playing always with the same kits.
- Improve players faces
- We should be able to add a nickname to the players on edit name “known as”
- Improve Cup and League celebrations
- In manager mode we should be able to trade players as well.

Oh yeah one more thing - why are there so few features on xbox 360 compared to PS version? Xbox 360 has pretty much exact same graphics ect. if not better so why miss out so many cool things???? :@ ……. oh yeah and why do your created players have to be so rubbish? Even with all arena player and creation point packs, my created player still had a 72 rating!!!!!

Scottish First Division (SFL 1) would be a great addition. Why are there 4 English leagues and only ever the SPL in Scotland?
Easier to use skills, more editing features (don’t you hate it when your favourite player has a baldy at the start of a season and dreadlocks by the end of it?) and I agree with many others towards more international based footie and tournaments!

when season is over with , design new kit for new season (home and away, goalkeepers aswell) and have a variorty of REAL-LIFE sponsors other teams get new kit automatically so u dont have to do it.. when is promoted to the premiership,the numbers and names on the back of shirts will change to premiership style.

in manager mode, theres a HUGE flaw in the transfer window. i know there are a lot of things
people want fixed, like the goofy transfer wiindow times and what not. BUT heres the bigger
problem. FREE AGENTS!!! playing in serie a for five seasons and just discovered this flaw,
big time players that don’t resign w/ their club just sit there and don’t play at all. and i’m talking
some big names. rafa marquez, frank lampard, rafael van der vart, theo walcott, nigel de jong,
gibarlito, raul, figo and on and on. what gives. clubs would be drooling over all those players,
AND all w/o a transfer fee. this needs to be fixed!

i also wanted to tell about the ball movements when in air. make them more realistic and smooth to see. while taking freelicks the ball should sometimes dip like c ronaldo does it.the net movements should also be better.

it wll be better if players can take powerful ground shots during the game.i am a fifa 07 player and have never had a powerful ground shot during the game from the d box on ahead of it,the ball always goes over the goal with full power.as in real lifeplayers can do that in think it should be included in the game .its not necessary that the ball shoulg go fully grounded but i think fifa 09 should have some special key to hot the ball hard and low.

you should be able to do deliberate falls which many players do to get a free kick and you can get either caught or get away with it, you can also make deliberate hard tackles where you don’t always go for the ball in an attempt to injure a player like in real soccer. It should also be easier to do and pull off tricks with less skilled players able to rarely pull off a good move and with the occasionally really good players able to pull off stunning moves more often with better success. You also be able to curl the ball the opposite way instead of always from right foot curling left but being able to curl it right like some gifted players can actually pull off successfully.

In fifa 06 you were able to save replays of fantastic goals and tricks so why not bring it back. Indoor soccer should be brought back like what you had in fifa 97, it was a good change from the usual game of soccer and could be similar to what you have in fifa street like using wall and a HUGE range of tricks, you could have this in manager mode as an off-season tournament or a seperate season to add something unique to the game and is generally a much faster paced game in which anyone can play and in off season something what teams could do.

Fifa 09 should have…
- Better manager mode (monthly awards, more transfer offers and more opportunities before the season begins,, also it shouldn’t be ridiculous - i got an offer from Preston to sign Lionel Messi for $100,000 - where did they get that type of money!)
- Create a Team (Fifa 07 had it but Fifa 08 for the 360 hasn’t)
- more weather options (rain, snow, eg)

we should be able to have different combinations for uniforms,for example.
USA .
combination 1, white jersey, navy shorts, white socks. 2nd combination: all white. 3rd combination: all gray.4th combination: gray jersey, white shorts, gray socks.
HOLLAND: orange jersey, white shorts, blue socks: 2nd combination: all orange. 3rd combination: blue jersey, blue shorts , white socks.
Arsenal: combination1: red jersey, white shorts, white socks. 2nd combination: red jersey, white shorts, red socks. etc.
I THINK YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN NOW. PLEASE DO THIS BECUASE IT GET BORING USING THE SAME UNIFORM COMBINATION ALL THE TIME,
