2.More international teams
3.More realistic play, when you play against ronaldo make him do stepovers and whatnot.
4. Create a stadium mode and you should be able to create your own team,kits and players
5. Show managers on the sideline and also linesmen and fourth officials. When you make a subsitute show the electronic board and the players walking off clapping the fans etc.
6.Make lower premiership teams 4 star such as Wigan, Sunderland, West Brom,Stoke ect. they all deserve it.
7. Make the higher teams, Man U, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool ect. harder to beat than Blackburn. I could beat Man Utd 3-0 then draw with blackburn every season. It is just unrealistic
8. Make the odd offside desicion wrong so it is more realistic.Have the now and then goalkeeping blunder

if u dont to do change the kit every season on manager mode i will go mad and it just prooves that ur lazy donkeys and u dont care about doing anything instead of making a rubbish version of fifa 09 and getting alot of undeserved money!!!

Keep be a pro
Make it slightly easier on harder game modes (i cant even win on pro nm legendary)
Make it so you can play any minute half from 2 to 45
Better AI
Use the free kick system fom Fifa 05 (best so far in my opinion)
Make Torres faster!!

you need to improve torres he should be at least 88 and jones should be in the 80
sullivan is way better thene a 60 - 70 he should be a 70 - 80 and shevchenco should be rated better to adebayor needs to be improved as well as eduardo alumania masherano leroy lita becford .milner should be at least an 80.beckhams finisghing should be higher.cech is now where near as good as cassilas so how come cech is better vidic should be improved and so should ashton and rooney is over rated n zobia should be better and taylor and harper santa cruz is a another one raul van nisteroy

I think in transfer mode you could do swaps 4 players or like take off your shirt kick the ball away

I think a stadium creator would be brilliant for creating clubs. You know, so the club you’ve created has its own stadium, that would be great!

Also when creating a tournament, it should be possible to choose a tournament form, on the basis of a nationality (which country all the clubs are from), stars (only 5 star teams, etc.) and one for only international teams (ps3)…

Speed/acc. in 2008, no need for all the big names to automatically be some of the fastest playes in the game…for example, was it said by officials at euro 2008 that the Croatian national player Ivica Olic was the faster player at euro 2008 (and there was some big names at euro 2008), but in Fifa 2008 he has at best a moderate speed/acc. compared to many of the bigger names. So in regard to Fifa 2009, no need for all the big names to be as fast as they are in the game, when many of them are much slower irl, like Ronaldino.
Locking the players, bad: When you play the ball around (on the ps3, do not know about the other platforms), the computer locks the player and you can not move towards the ball in full speed. The receiving player just walks/jogs towards the ball and an opponent from 15m away can intercept the ball, because ones plays walks/jogs instead of running the 5m he needs for reaching the ball and it is a sure thing every time.
The same when the opponents keeper has the ball (because he has saved a short), the player you control and ones teammates, start running toward the middle of the pitch. Lack of freedom: to control the players instead of the computer deciding what is best (which often is the most idiotic move, when analyzing the situation), because it just does the same again and again, with no flair for the situation.
Keeper interception: When trying to intercept a long pass with the keeper, he often fails as the computer locks him, which does that the keeper will not intercept the ball (as he runs a little forward, stop and then back and so fourth, which means he never moves from his spot), even though he is 3-5 times closer to the ball, then the opponents striker.
Free kicks: 90% of the time ones players gets slaughter by an opponent and you do not get a free kick, even though such a foul irl would have given a yellow or red card. The ref is one-sided in such a degree, that it is a joke.

in BE-A-PRO mode you should start at a little club and attract interest from bigger clubs and agree terms with them you should also be able to have training sessions and your manager should be able to decide weather you play or not and if you do play if you be subed if your playing badley.

i wish that the creating players was better and the movement of the players are quicker
cause in fifa 08 i loved it but when u bring the ball under control it goes miles away from you and you lose the ball

there should be the option to do world cup and european cup in tounement mode,, also fa cup.. and
in these there should be the option to watch the draws to see who is playing who..
also after big international matches, it should go to gary lineka, alan hanson n alan shera etc in th studio.
that would be kool.

add more EURO leagues speacially serbian 1 alot more internatonal teams create ur club create ur manger & have other managers like mourinho so on have real squads not made up ones lateset transfers all cups in manger mode not just uefa chapoins
other ones like afc dat will be cool + manger in international teams add create ur own botts like u can chosse premaid boot from nike addias so on & u can modiefy dem
add more fk stukk like fakie den kick or three people line up from diffetrent angle 2 fakies den kick + should have new moves 4 fk like dip spin frorce and have create a team and still have edit players

Developers should increase the AI of the strikers . In fifa08 , strikers often move to a offside position , without any reason . It may be a offside trap but it happens so often , that it just irritates me .

WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING MANAGER MODE WHY CANT THE GAME JUST BE REAL LIFE. IN OTHER WORDS HAVE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE IN MANGER MODE BUT JUST IN THE MAIN PAGES SO YOU WOULD NOT HAVE EXHIBITION MODE. IT WOULD BE LIKE PLAYING THE GAME DAY BY DAY

Be a Pro Mode should be improved, the Player should be able to start as a rookie at a club, and then slowly progress to better clubs, winning trophies on the way, and be able to deal with which club he should go, and the media will always comment on the player regardless whether he undergoes a rough patch or a good one.
And the stadium creator is a good feature.
The Be A Pro should be changed to Create Your Own Career!

More realistic shooting eg) shots do not always go the same way your pointing you could miskick,
eg) Cristiano Ronaldos free kick style and penalty
eg) Its more difficult to score from long range

they can’t make the ecc the champions leage because they don’t have licensing for the name. but they should have
1. being able to dive
2. refs that you can see
3. trophy presentation
4. press confrences
5. more leagues (russian, greek etc.)
6. create your own stadium
7. having a pre season in manager mode
8.real player overall stats
9. player valuations more realistic (eg ronaldo is more like 60 mil not 30)
10.players can hand in a transfer request

(1)Be able to create your own kit for the following season to your old kit instead of doing about 5 seasons in the same kit.
(2)Have a Create-A-Stadium mode
(3)Bring back the ability to save your goals
